Failed To Blaze

"Yo, are you doing fine? I visited again"

Raising his hand as to greet her, the pale dead eyes instinctively looked at him without having any care about what the other side would think:

"You might be thinking why I came here again or maybe not?"

Taking a seat in front of her as If It's already a given, he smiled cheerfully and with blissfulness to her as to not scare or terrify her.

But those smiles of him was proven useless since she's completely ignoring him, locking his existence in a cell, not giving him any kind of attention

"So I'm thinking for a bit, you're kind of beautiful... I didn't realize It Because of that get-up but If you tidy yourself then you're going to be as beautiful as Angelina Jolie or something..."

Breaking the ice and starting her up with a bunch of praises, as If a servant praising his king as much as he wants... He's flattering her and engaging in small talk, avoiding the main topic for now!

"Please... cut... to the... chase..."

With her hoarse voice, she voices out her complaints at Allaine's engagement at Small Talk, calling It out as useless, unnecessary, unneeded...

If you come across this story on Amazon, it's taken without permission from the author. Report it.

At a business proposal, this kind of thing might be helpful but in this kind of situation, It will only waste your saliva and time! Noticing that she doesn't want to engage in small talks first, he inhales the air around him...

"I'm just here to ask you again... Do you want to live? If yes, come with me... If no, It's fine"

Releasing those words out of his mouth, he immediately said It with seriousness and density opposite from his small talk before... The girl noticed the density in the air and asked with all her voice left

"If I live... through this... Can you assure me... that... I won't die... at the outside...?"

"I can't assure It, but I'll be with you until you find your memories"

Replying to those words at her sudden question, Allaine's words didn't have any effect. It still didn't blaze a flame at her heart! It still didn't give her the desire to live and conquer the future! Seeing those expressions that are not changing and still dead, Allaine continued his words of encouragement to live

"I can't assure It... But we can laugh together at least, we can cry together and aim for the future together! As long as you live, you can conquer the future and anything you want! Even change your life so please, I want to save you! Come with me!"

Allaine just realized that he's contradicting the very words that he said to Santiago. That he won't help anyone who doesn't have any desire to live! But Allaine can't help but help her... Because she's beautiful to his eyes! He's hella curious what would happen If she cleans herself!

As If seeing through that desire of Allaine, she just stared at him despite all the encouragement he did for her... With her dead eyes and shallow mouth expressions not showing any kind of change or desire... She answered his proposal with the very same words she used to reply to him yesterday...

"I don't know... about that..."

Her answer translated to Allaine as once again, a total rejection... Despite all his desires, he genuinely wants her to leave this place and start life as an ordinary woman... But without any desires to live or resolve to even come with him, she'll just be a burden to his plans.

Arriving at that conclusion again, Allaine stood up and patted the dust at his knees. Then attempted to leave the cage by crawling at the hole when he gave one last sentence to the girl:

"If you change your mind, just call out to me... i'll just be here inside the other cage"

Reassuring her that he's still there, he leaves the cage and went to his own. With that, the eighth day of being a prisoner here passed... On the 10th day, they're going to initiate the plan so If they need to settle something, they need to settle It on the 9th day...

Will Allaine and Santiago's plan succeed? or not? Will they be burned in hell? or perhaps be burned in the incinerator?
