When Ichinagi left the Demon Queen alone, he set off to find a new goal
Well, whatever his goal is, he didn't actually know what it is. So, because he had this powers of his so he wouldn't make him very much insane because he is in a very foreign yet almost alien like world
"Modernization!" Yeah that's the word he had been looking for
But the only modernization he know of is just military. He mostly read Military books and novels, to the point he is very good at playing war games and Military Simulation Games
So he hid inside of a monster infested forest just to think of what he would do. He likes every culture and tradition so his plan was implement German, Japanese, US, French, UK, Italian, Russian, Chinese, Korean, and Spanish cultures and traditions here in this world. If he tried
He also researched this world also
There are 2 countries that has a similar culture of Germany and has the same Military tradition as Germany, he then later realized they are rivals. 1 country from the northwest of the continent has the same Culture and traditions of the US. The Empire of Phoenix culture and tradition is a mix of French and United Kingdom
Just Eastern of this continent there are 5 countries or kingdoms if you might say, that has a similar culture and traditions of China and Japan. He also read Manhua and he knows that there would be cultivators there
Just up to the very north of the continent is a rip-off version of Russia
And the south is like the second but best version of Spain
He also likes exploring. So in year one, he spawned at least four cruisers and 3 troop carriers to set out to find a suitable island
He did so and this island somehow has the same size as the very Southern Part of Japan, well 1.5x bigger than the one from Japan
He also checked if there is any inhabitants. Just some pirates who got executed, War Crime Style. No biggie
He then "colonized" this island as his own now, and ordered his men to build residential areas and other city accomodations
Year 2
The residents are all of his soldiers, they had nothing to do except the ones from the Navy. They had fun sinking pirate ships
And also the Air Force, they also had fun hunting stray dragons. An ace name Ludwig Derfflinger credited over 10 stray Dragon kills and 32 stray wyvern kills. His kill assists is 56
But anywho, moving on, he had a plan to gather as much "normal" civilians. So he plan on capturing slave ships that carries, of course the clue is in the name, slaves
But he doesn't want to force them to stay as he said that ask them first if they have anywhere else to go. If so, like to go back to thei family, they would give them a large sum of money they had by "trading" from merchants, so they could survive from their journey of returning
But if not, then they would ask them if they wanted to live in his island. About a chance of 70% of the slaves would agree to stay in his island
In just one year, he had over 88,000 former slaves living in his island. It was a shocking number but then he just realized slavery is normal in this world
He had then a second goal; abolish slavery
He soon found out there is a country that doesn't take any slaves, and it is a demi-human country. He has plans if he wanted to partner up with then
Now that demui-humans are mentioned , let's talk about them
The civilians of Ichinagi's island consists of mostly demi-humans, because this is the world where humans are a bunch of xenophobic dickheads, they are being hunted down for "tools". Such as servants, sex slaves, the whole fucked up tech tree
So, the Demi-Humans banded together to create a kingdom of their own that can rival human kingdoms. Well, because there are a variety of Demi-Humans they split themselves rather quickly when Ichinagi read a book about them
So anyways, they split and now they are back at square 2. Even disapproval looms over non-humans
As I said being hunted down, people like bandits, slave traders, or even nobles, tend to target less defended Demi-Human villages or settlements
Year 3
After two years of his soldiers not leaving the island (except the navy) Ichinagi sent out a 200 man squad just to furthering his "liberation" of slaves. Split into a group of 10, they are doing a mighty fine job. Somehow, just 30 minutes of looking away, they suddenly had this competition that whoever's group saved many slaves gets to enter a High rated Brothel found
Boys will Boys, Men will be Men I guess
As he furthed his influence of liberation, he now had target some "religious" sites. Such as Church and Cathedrals.
In the common sense of Isekai, don't trust the religion of the otherworld too much. It kills you and bite you in the ass if you don't keep an eye on it or be careful of what you are doing
So he sent out another 200 of his soldiers, this time they are split onto a group of 20. A 20 man squad in short
Half of them should be scouting every church or cathedral in that city or large town, while the other half conducts planning on, whenever if it is possible to silently break in to the said Church and Cathedral and find if there is any slaves. It is also optional to steal their money if the plan is easy
Continuing on, they did found three, and those are small churches, no biggie
They "accidentally" killed a priest shen they were evacuating the slaves. But of course, Ichinagi knew, they killed the priest in a form of rage of keeping slaves under their basement
One was also blown up
There was this pending "strike" because they are gonna break in to a Cathedral when Ichinagi was reported
Year 4
Ichinagi kept an Eye on the Demon Continent, he saw that Lanushi took his advice of building a navy
Now that he mentioned Lanushi. He thought, she is a little bit to "nice" to go on a genocide of Humanity. But then again, he observed there are "low intelligence" Demons, stupid enough to not follow simple orders. And the "high intelligence" Ones
He thought that those attacks and massacres might be lowly intelligent demons and the ones who's giving them simple orders was likely a highly intelligent demon
But he couldn't trust anybody, even his own soldiers that he "created"
In Year 4, he has been researching a way to go back to his own world. Because he is a little home sick for not in a modernized city like Nagoya, his home city
But then again, he somehow is getting used to his new life

[So that's how it is huh?] Lanushi said as she reads his short written history book
[Yes, I'm planning on making Humans and Demons to coexist with each other, but that plan of mine is in the "on hold" section of my bookshelf over there. So, while you are here, I'm gonna ask what were you doing?] Ichinagi asked her
[Well, I was planning to search for islands so it can be used as my trump cards, but I ended up encountering your fleet, Hero Ichinagi.] (Lanushi)
[Please, just call me Naru in short. And also, my island has so much space so I might give you a small portion of the island to you. But is a shared land so yours and mine can freely go there without restrictions.]
[I also notice the demons hatred towards humans, and because of my "ghost army" are created humans, don't blame me that your men got absolutely beaten up by a US Marine or a Russian Spetznaz.] (Ichinagi)
[I see....] As she puts down the history book on the table. She then looks out of the window [Is this what your world looks like? This looks like a utopia to me.] She said as she saw the modern looking buildings outside
[Well, technically yes, but the design is like 100 to 80 years ago. I am still learning the gosh dang physics of this world. Seriously, it is a good thing I created scientists to deal with this. That's why I failed in Science class so much.] (Ichinagi)
[So....] She then glances at Ichinagi with a hint of seriousness on her face [It's my turn to ask you something. What are YOU doing currently?]
Ichinagi breathes in and out [Well, as I said, learning the phsyics of this world, but at the same time, figuring out how to return back to my own world. I'm getting home sick thats all. I miss Nagoya. I keep on searching books about previous hero's that ever returned back to their old world but to no avail, they ended creating their own country like the Empire of Phoenix.]
[I realized that the first hero of the Empire of Phoenix is a UK (British) born French National.] (Ichinagi)
Ichinagi just nods at the information
"Is he that desperate if returning back to his own world? That is something not a summoned hero would say. This is interesting..." Lanushi thought. She also read books about the previous Demon Queens and Lords and the only objective that hero's have is defest the demons. No second objective. Same thing
[Well, while you are here. Are you interested in what the Military is like in my old world?] He asked

[Can it be combined with magic?] Maro likes magic when she was little, and she is practicing the art of Magic somce she was like 8. And now she is 237 years old. After two centuries she has finally mastered it. Making her feared among magistars, sages, and Magicians of her formidable magic

[Science combined with Magic spells for D.I.S.A.S.T.E.R. Well in a sense that Magic can be combined with science, it's just that, it has to be in the same "level" as science. Because this world's magic is compatible with your Swords, Medieval Era science. With late 20th century, early 21st century science.... I-It's not gonna work two shits.]
[I tried doing it on my Admiral Garshkov but it ended up blowing up on its own. Good thing nobody died. Because that would suck.] (Ichinagi)

[I also know that Magic can stop an arrow. But can it stop a bullet going as fast as an arrow? Or can it stop a large object going Mach 1 or above? Tell me Maro, that if you stop a thousand arrows with your current knowledge of magic, can it stop a hell fire of bullets? I doubt it because, when I enter "Dragon Territory" five years ago, and suddenly meet you in battle, the SPAA (Self-propelled Anti-Air) and SPAAG (Self-propelled Anti-Air Gun) vehicles just lit you to pieces that you were left heavily injured am I not wrong?]

Maro then remembered the shining light that follows then explodes when on impact or near to it's target. She clearly remembered the massacre of her best Wyvern swarm being killed in just mere seconds by these "AMRAAMS"
[N-No...] She answered him
[Good... Because of my knowledge of the current science we have in our world and the technology level of the military. I can just steamroll everything in that little continent if I have to. But I don't, because I don't like bloodshed. In fact, my first kill made me puke out my lunch.] (Ichinagi)
Maro didn't answer him back
[Interesting.... The firepower of these weapons of yours can silence one of my best generals. Then I can't wait to see your "fierce" firepower of yours. Naru.]
As Ichinagi smiled with full of pride he nodded and told her to go to the docks and said that there would be a special seat for her there

At the docks
Lanushi, Maro, and soem other high ranking demons that Lanushi brought have been seated. They are now going to be displayed by Ichinagu's firepower
[Ladies and Gents from the Demon Continent. We present you. THE AIR FORCE.] The announcer said
And then a formation of MiG-29k(s), F-22, F-35, and F-15 jet fighters
In a satisfying moment, they split up in unison
[So smooth...] Maro compliments their smoot turn. But that turn itselt was absurd
As they look left of them, they see a MiG-29k being chased by a F-22. As it got to their north, it did a Pugachev Maneuver on the F-22. Now it's on their six

The maneuver cannot be achieved by a Normal Dragon. Sure Dragonkins can do that but with that unimaginable speed. She already conceded defeat on why she is always being chased by them
[What you are seing now is a Russian, MiG-29k, US F-22, F-35, and a F-15. These are majestic fighter jets and all of them are multi-role fighters. Meaning they can have multiple roles. Albeit the same time or one after a different one.] (Announcer)
These "jet fighters" are now engraved in their minds. For Lanushi, she thought that this can rival the Empire's "Holy Wyvern Corp"
As the Air show finished a Guild appeared
[Ladies and gentlemen, please follow me to the Naval Port. There we would see our Navy.] The guild said
They just nodded
As the guild leads them to their naval port. They are once again seated
[For our navy, there is a variety of ships with each being different type of ship. We have Battleships, Battle Cruisers, Heavy Cruisers, Light Cruisers, Heavy Destroyers and just regular Destoyers.]
[But that is just the "front weapons", oh no, there is more. We have Missile Cruisers, Missile Frigates, Missile Destoyers, and Corvettes.]
[And the mother of all ships. The AIRCRAFT CARRIER. Once those majestic super ships appear, the power level of that ceetain fleet would dramatically increase, unless it is well defended. It's like a mother that needed protection.]
[To your left, you'll see Battleships, and Heavy Cruisers. And to your right, you'll see Missile Cruisers and Missile Frigates.]
[And on your front, it is the Navy's "four mother ships".]

[HMS Queen Elizabeth]
[And RFS Admiral Kuznetzov, who she is currently undergoing refit.]
As the announcer had finished his speech. The guild pointed at the ships
[That right there is a KMS Bismarck. A Battleship in the "German" Branch of the navy. And that there is the IJN Takao. A Cruiser in the "Japanese" Branch.]
Because Ichinagi kep spawning soldiers. Their randomness is a kicker because they are automatically generated soldiers
Because they are automatically generated, they have different nationalities
So he split them into "Branches". Just simple ones like "Italian" Branch, "French" Branch, "British" Branch
As the guild continued
[To your right, that is the USS Arleign Burke. A Missile Cruiser of the US Branch. And next to the USS Arleign Burke is the RFS Pyotr Velikiy. A Missile Cruiser of the Russian Branch.]
The spectators just nodded in fascination. They are soo bigger than the ships that Lanushi ordered to build them. They even wonder if they can defeat one of them. Hell they can't!
As they approach the parked Aircraft Carriers
[Th-Thats the same one that ran into us, isn't it!] A Demon Admiral pointed at the HMS Queen Elizabeth
[That right there is the HMS Queen Elizabeth, A Aircraft Carrier from the British Branch. Those two very identical looking Aircraft Carriers over there, on the right, that's the USS Enterprise, to her left is the USS Gerald F Ford.]
[And that ship that is docked. That is the RFs Admiral Kuznetzov. It looks like it is undergoing refit if I say so myself.] (Guild)
[Uhm, how many of these "Aircraft Carriers" do you have?] Maro asked
[Hmm....] He thinks for a second [Four is here, another four is on the other side island. Two more is docked somewhere in some of our recent "colonization". And Three that are gone on patrols or pirate hunting. So that means we have at least 13 of these in store. We are currently gonna have our 14th and 15th Aircraft Carrier, but, Leader Ichinagi said that the 14th and 15th will have to wait if the number of inhabitants in this island is around 150 thousand or if we colonized about 6 more islands] the Guild said, earning shocked faces from the Demons
[Th-Thirteen?!] Said one of the Demon Admirals
[H-How many of these Battleships and Cruisers sre there?] Maro asked for more
[Do you want to be shocked more? OK.]

[Well, sir Admiral. Even with the number of "civilians" we have. We are just "ghosts" that are created by our creater, of course, Leader Ichinagi. We follow him everywhere.]
[It Might sound fucked up. Sorry for my language. But he is trying to figure out a better name other than "ghosts".] The Guild said
[I-I see....] Teh Demon Admiral didn't answer back
[And finally, one of our "ship killers of the deep". The number one enemy of every surface ship out there. The Submarines!] The Announcer said
As Guild leads them to an open body of water
[I-I don't see it?] Maro said
[Hold on, those guys from the US branch love to surprise people.]
And then, something is rising from the water
Seconds later, it surfaced, shocking the spectators
[This is the USS Florida. A SSBN or Submersible, Ship, Ballistic, Nuclear. This is the top class type of Submarine. I don't know I am not from the navy.] (Guild)
[A-A Sea Monster!] Exclaimed teh Demon Admiral
[How many of these are there?] (Lanushi)
[Hmm..... About 20 of them to be exact...] 20? So 20 of these are lurking underwater like some sea monster waiting for a ship to prey on
They then saw the crew going out of the submarine. They also asked on how do they breath in it
[All subs are air-locked so the oxygen inside when submersed last about mmm... About 1 or 2 months.] (Guild)

They then explored more like the insides of the ship. It took 3 hours to tour around the navy
And finally the "army"
Lanushi and Maro can clearly remember the fight with Ichinagi's army, even the air force. But they only encounter small groups
In the Army Base they are presented a whole line of Tanks, vehicles, and other miscellaneous stuff like supply trucks
They soon were told that the number of soldiers number around 200,000 and 50,000 more outside of this island
After their tour around the island. Their Guild waved goodbye to them as the tour ended just like that
"Hero Ichinagi.... The one defeated me single handedly..... Has this power of his that he spared me because he felt pity .... What kind of game are you playing?" The part where she was spared, she felt, he didn't have any ill or malicious intentions before, during and after they meet
As if, he has no intentions of killing her. As if, it doesn't benefit him at all. What is his one true goal? Return? She also agrees that the previous heroes never returned to their old world once they were done. But for him he wanted to return, to thr point he is trying his vest he can to figure out a way
[So, how was the tour?] Ichinagi somehow appeared out of nowhere for some reason
[It- It was great.... I guess...] Lanushi replied
[Huh? Are you sure? You are not that great what I'm looking? It seems like you are rather intimidated. Was it my army? Well that chance is high, higher than mount everest.] (Ichinagi)
[What do you want?] She asked
[What I want? Nothing sort if malicious. And to be honest, I don't have something that I wanted to do in this world. As if this world is lacking. That's why I'm gonan fix it before I leave this place.]
[ Alright you primitive screw heads listen up. The barrier I made had already disappeared, said my scout. If I ever see your army cross the border of any human civilization, I won't hesitate to retaliate. As I said, no fighting.]
[Don't act up all arrogant now because I am in control here. Remember your defeat five years ago. I am 100 times stronger than you, Lana. So, as you return, I might visit your demon territory to see what has been developed over the years.]
[Reason? Well I am bored.] (Ichinagi)
Bored? Well she has no position to refuse anyways
[What are you gonna do there?] (Lanushi)
[Well, I plan if we "improve" our relationship between ours. I mean, I also have demon civilians here in this island so don't worry.]
[I might even assist in building your infrastructures. Hell it can even surpass the infrastructures of that Empire if Phoenix.]
[I also am interested in learning the culture and traditions in the Demon Continent, I didn't have any books about that so I want to have a first look at it.] (Ichinagi)
[Well if you say so I guess.] (Lanushi)
They then both agreed on assisting each other
Though Lanushi had a paln on using him against the himan civilization but she thought he might realized it very early so the idea of making him as her tool is a NO in her books
Then tomorrow morning, Demon Queen Lanushi and Hero Ichinagi set of to the Demon Continent
Just for Ichinagi to go sightseeing for soem reason
