After ordering his men to move out, Arnold with his aide, Charlotte, set off to find a suitable place to build a base. After scouting and surveying the forest environment for more than an hour, they found a flat but elevated location where Arnold decided to summon his base.

"Alright, this place should do. If I remember it right, according to history fighting an uphill battle is really difficult and is usually advantageous to the defending side." as Arnold mused, he begins to summon his base piece by piece along with the engineers and other support personnel to guide him in making a base.

First, for fortifications, he summoned reinforced concrete walls 30-feet thick wide at the bottom and 20-feet thick wide at the top with the wall being 50 feet high. He also summoned watch towers in intervals at the top for observing the surroundings. The wall is divided into 4 areas, mainly the North, East, South, and West with a strong 10-foot thick steel gate that opens sideways. It is also equipped with ramps and lifts to transport supplies, searchlights and armaments like the M45 Quadmount and Bofors 40mm against aerial and ground enemies.

Then, for his defensive lines he made triple concertina wires, concrete bunkers and pillboxes, and trenches in multiple zigzag formation countless of kilometers long surrounding his base before placing weapons in them like the M2 Browning HMG and MG 42 and M1919 GPMG for anti-personnel role.

After that, he summoned artillery positions inside the base. He summoned 8 M115 203mm Howitzers, 16 M114 155m Howitzer, and 6 120-PM-43 Mortar for indirect fire support.

Next, he summoned durable buildings and facilities like a Command Center, Communications Center, Barracks, Hospitals, Mess Halls, Administrative Facilities, Storage Facilities, Factories, Training Facilities, Utility Structures and others for his troops.

He also summoned an Air Force Base complete with airfields, control towers, hangars and living quarters. For his Air Force, he currently summoned 8 P-47D for CAS, 12 P-51H Mustang for air superiority, and 5 F-15A Reporter for photographic reconnaissance leaving 5 free aircraft summons in case he needs it.

All in all, the size of his base is approximately 3000 acres or 4.7 square miles (12.1 sq km).

'Okay, I should summon additional weapons and gear for my men. Let's see, they need maps and other map making tools, radio, compass, binoculars for recon...Hmm, although they're equipped with STG-44, for more firepower they'll need the MG 42, M9A1 bazooka, and maybe an SVT-40.'

As Arnold finalized the equipment the Recon Teams will need, he also summoned 12 GMC CCKW 2½-ton 6×6 truck as their main transportation. After everything else was prepared, the 12 Recon Teams left in different directions.

"Charlotte, do you mind not calling me leader every time you have to speak? You can be more relaxed around me."

"NO, you are our glorious leader, the one who have the power to command us all which we swore our absolute allegiance to, my leader. So, forgive me, sir, but I cannot address you quite informally." Charlotte said in a zealous manner.

Though Arnold was taken aback by Charlotte's firm stance, he still tried his best to convince her.

"Okay, although I can understand your reasoning, can you at least consider calling me Arnold in private? You can consider it as a personal request of mine."

"T-that is, then, if my leader requests it I guess I can consider it if you want, A-arn-, Sir Arnold." Charlotte said as a slight blush was visible on her face.

'What the hell, that was actually cute. I didn't think my serious, prim and proper aide can be this dangerous. Is this the legendary gap moe?' Arnold thought as the sudden change in Charlottes personality sent a blow to his heart.

"Ahem, likewise miss Charlotte. I hope we get along well from now on." said Arnold as he extends his hands to Charlotte.

"Yes! As do I, Sir Arnold." Charlotte beamed with a bright smile.
