Sleepover
A gathering of friends wearing their own pajamas. Friends spend their night talking about different things or just play board games and card games.
A group of eight friends decided to have a sleepover. They pretty much did all the things to do in sleepovers: pillow fights, board games, card games and just have a long talk. Now that it's too late at night, they turned off the lights to sleep but-
"I can't sleep." Akari said as she turned on the lights. She thought she woke up the others but she's surprised to see they are all still awake.
"You night owl. Get some sleep. It's really late." Kino said, pointing at the wall clock. It will be a few hours before sunrise.
"I don't see you sleeping either, Kino." David remarked as he sat up from his sleeping mat. He stretched out his arms making cracking sounds from his bones.
"We're all insomniacs." Mikka said as she stood up, about to go somewhere
"Where are you going?" Charlize asked, right now she's fixing her bed hair which she's having a hard time with since it's all tangled up.
"Maybe about to take a leak." Lawrence said as he shrugged in his place which suddenly got hit by the pillow Charlize threw at him.
"I'll be back shortly." Mikka said, flashing a smile at her friends then glared at Lawrence and left the room.
"I'm not sleepy at all." Yuki said as she facepalmed. With all the activities they did the whole night, she thought she'll be sleepy by then but unfortunately, that doesn't seem to be the case.
"Yeah, I'm tired and I really want to sleep. Do you guys feel the same?" Juvy asked, hugging a pillow as she sat up. The other six friends raised their hands and said "Aye."
"What should we do then?" Akari said as she tilted her head to the side, trying to think of a way to sleep or to kill time.

"Good question." Kino said as he shrugged, honestly having no idea what to do next since they already did all what they planned to do for the night.
"All we need are coffins and fangs, then we're certified vampires." Charlize said as she threw another pillow at Lawrence who teasingly said "Bleh! Bleh, Bleh!"
"I'm back!" Mikka appeared from the door saying it in a sing-song voice. She's carrying something that seems to be a parcel box.
"What's that?" Yuki asked as she took a closer look at the box
"Probably another one of Mikka's online shopping tendencies." David said, rolling his eyes
"Shut it, David. You know how I am. But this time, I bought this out of pure curiosity." Mikka said, unboxing what she bought. It consists of eight vials that have a rather unique color.
Mikka's friends stared at the package, they were still wondering what the hell Mikka bought this time and then David finally spoke up what all of them thought.
"Mikka finally bought poison. Took you long enough. Tsk. Tsk. Tsk." David said, trying to sound like he expected this from Mikka. He clicked his tongue as he turned his head left and right.
"Again, David. Shut. It." Mikka showed an intimidating smile. She probably plans to murder David the next time he'll try to open his mouth. So, David did keep quiet gesturing a zipper on his mouth
"If it's not poison, then what is it?" Juvy asked, curious to know more about the package. Mikka rummaged through the box and found a piece of paper, a manual of some sorts. Then, Mikka read the first line out loud: "Sleeping Potions! We let you live your stories in your dreams."
"Interesting." Charlize said as she raised one eyebrow, skeptical at these so called 'sleeping potions'
"More like suspicious." Lawrence said as he squinted his eyes, full of doubt about this whole thing. And for once, Charlize agrees with him and so do the others.
"Let me see. Give me the manual." Charlize said as Mikka handed over the paper. Then, Charlize pretty much summarizes the whole manual; the instructions and how it works. It says that the potion makes a person sleep and lets you dream any story you want. Keep in mind, to select which story to enter into, you must have the right storybook and place it near you while you're asleep.
"Let's give it a try. Besides, we need to sleep. At the very least, we will dream about something." Kino said as Akari nodded in full agreement.
"How long will the potion's effects last?" Juvy said, asking the real question.
"It says a few hours and that will be exactly morning by then." Charlize replied as she checked the details of the manuals once more.
