Prologue
“Has he accepted the task?”
Three people were discussing in a room. Many personal were busy shouting reports across the room about various things nearly drowning the three persons voice. The room has a hologram and a traditional PC to one side of the room along with many other electrical instruments which seem to process data at fast paced. To another side of the room situated a digital map of Earth but had several grey spots on the map. WW3 started a month ago. After decades of disagreement between the superpowers of the world, and a mistaken launch of drone missile in a major city has led to this situation.
The man talking and who seem to lead the other 2 person has 5 stars pins in his shoulder signifying his position as a General of the army. He is wearing a raven suit with a golden dragon lining in the side. The other 2 personal each had 4 stars adorned on them along with their Raven suit having silver lining on the side. One of them has a Hawk on the side while other had a Tiger as the lining.
“Yes General, he has accepted the task already but who is this person we are putting so much trust in?” Asked the one with Hawk lining.
“You are not qualified to know yet.”
“What, how come even I cannot know about him! This is a matter of national security, we cannot put all our trust in him for no reason.”
This punk, thinking that he is qualified for everything because of his family background. If this was not a war situation I would have probably slapped him 10 times over.
“Enough Hawk, you don’t have enough authority to question the General. Watch your tongue.”
“Hump, just because you have more military achievement doesn’t mean you can question me, Tiger”
“Enough you two! This is a critical situation and you, Hawk, are disobeying the superior during wartime which will result in grave punishment”
Hawk muttered in the side, and thankfully for him no one seems to hear him.
“Well can I at least know where he was deployed?”
“Very well, this is something I guess I can disclose, but remember that this must remain between us” While saying so General had the most serious face he probably had in his whole life.
“I…I understand” Realizing the grave situation Hawk gulped and nodded.
“He went to Ceclen Island”

“What! This is the most secure location held by Russia where they store majority of their nuclear weapons and they manufacture most weapons, there is no way he can accomplish anything there” This time even the cool-headed Tiger loote his calm, raising his voice and pointing out the obvious.
“We will see about that.”
Although the General answered so while maintaining his poker face, he was sweating his guts inside. Thankfully, he owed me a favor otherwise our country would be in bad condition with how many weapons Russia has. While thinking so he couldn’t help but recall about that man he fears the most.
Name John. This is not his real name, but a code name associated with him. Plain and simple like an assassin should be. He is probably the most skillful assassin the world has ever seen. His look was never certain. Every time the General has met up with this man, he has different identity. One day he can be Asian youth while other day he is dressed up as old black man, he can look like a beggar or act as a rich businessman. Recently General has been suspicious of every person he meets, wondering if this is John or not. He has never set looks, addresses or anything for that matter. There is no single thing that can distinguish him from other ordinary person. Somehow even the superpower of the world cannot figure out his location, even by putting their all in this project. Although they must email him to ask help for certain tasks, he covers up his tail so well that not even master hacker can pinpoint his locations. His summary is a hired assassin with an exceptional price that even a superpower rarely hires him because of the price; but his skills are unquestionable as all the listed assignment has been done to prefect level.
They had just recently contacted him asking help with the war by taking down Ceclen Island and thankfully he agreed to take the task but just thinking of spending half the military finance on him pained the Generals heart greatly.
At the same time a Captain shouted toward General from across the room.
“General, another nuke has been fired off by Russia, but it doesn’t look right.”
“What happened, why are you so flustered?” Asked the General while keeping his cool. Although nukes were one of the top weapon in the 23rd century but it is nothing serious considering how far the war has progressed. Although it is still of concern because nukes are still not weapon they can use for large scale.
“Well sir, they seem to fire the nuke at their own important territory”
“What! Is there some mistake in the system, why would they do that? What’s the name of the territory?”
“Answering the first question General, the system has been rechecked several times and no abnormalities have been found. Secondly, the name of the territory is Ceclen Island.”
“What!” This time not only the General, even Hawk and Tiger seems to be surprised.
General and Tiger had happy look on their face while Hawk was showing a concerned face.
“How could this happen! Is this some kind of plot by the Russians no how could this happen, it doesn’t add up…” Hawk went off to mumbling on his own while General looked at him in disgust.
This failure doesn’t even know what this means, I wonder if he even passed High School. Ignoring Hawk who went further into conspiracy theory, General looked upon the map which now had one more grey spot in middle of Pacific Ocean thinking, the legend has come to an end, and so has the war.
