As you may have noticed, I have not posted for quite a while now.
I could blame it on the university, or something like that, claiming to be busy, but the truth is that I don't feel like writing right now. This happened a couple of chapters ago, but I managed to write a bit more, promising no more giant pauses like this one.
Well, this is going to be a pause and a long one at that. I don't feel like writing right now, although I have lots of free time. I keep finding myself giving excuses for why I am not writing, but the truth is that it isn't as exciting as it was in the beginning.
This is even worse with the fact that this fiction is a LitRPG. LitRPG's are hard to write because you have to have into account the system and the progression of all characters. Do some math, give bonuses, add skill levels, come up with new skill names, it becomes harder and harder the longer it goes. The fact that the last two chapters didn't have any notifications or something like that was what allowed me to write them without complications, but going forward I will not have that chance.

As such, I decided to take a break. I do not know how long I will be without writing, or if I will write again.
You will without a doubt not see a chapter on this fiction in the remainder of the year, and very probably not until summer if I ever do decide to write again.
I would like to apologize to the ones that were looking forward to the continuation of this fiction and I would like to thank all that supported it.
I will give an estimate, which you should not take into account because my estimates are 90% of the time wrong, but I may come back with the fiction one year from now, on the next Royal Writathon that starts on October 31st. I know it is a long time, but it might just encourage me to write more.
Thanks again for all your support,
Alaqi
