Kuro was oozing sarcasm. "You're quite the specimen," he said, his gaze glacial on the creature. "I'll spare your life if you leave this place and go somewhere else." The thing was that this monster didn't change its expression to show anger from hearing Kuro's words since the Four-Armed Berserker couldn't hear one word from that distance. He only heard an insect making sounds.
Continuing, he spoke, and the Four-Armed Berserker finally answered him. Growling, it rasped in its hoarse voice, "Hey, human your words couldn't reach me! Care to be louder?"
Kuro was surprised. Monsters seldom spoke, and even more seldom with clarity. Only the strongest could possess that ability. It was his first time to encounter a talking creature- a monster of an unknown origin. They possess a wide array of magical abilities. Such an array of magical abilities could only be matched by a wizard highly skilled and powerful.
Kuro leaped from the ground to a building, getting a better view of the Four-Armed Berserker. "You can talk? That's unexpected," he said; curiosity and amusement were thick in his voice. "Wanna be friends?" The monster didn't know what to make of him. This is the first time a human is casually speaking with a beast.
It was the voice of the Four-Armed Berserker, and it rumbled like thunder as he declared, "Do you know where you are, human? I am the mighty Four-Armed Berserker. The strongest wizards of Zephyria think twice before they come to this place. I am one of the most powerful creatures in this world. And you mere mortal-"
The Berserker stopped and looked Kuro up and down. "You dare to challenge me?" it growled, its voice full of disdain. The Four-Armed Berserker narrowed his eyes; he could clearly realize that Kuro was not a human. "You are a wizard. Aren't you?" The monster added.
Kuro was unphased, setting his stare right back in the Berserker's face. "Listen," he began coolly, "I don't want to fight you. Just leave this place and head north." At his words, the Berserker's rage spiked even higher, his eyes glowing with unnatural intensity. "You dare to command me, human?
Kuro was being nice because Kuro believed that he could tame the monster as he had tamed Earth and Zephyrian creatures." Without waiting for an answer, the Berserker charged at Kuro, its four arms a blur of movement. The monster unleashed a barrage of punches, with each one stronger than the last. Kuro managed to dodge the first few punches thanks to his incredible agility, his body nothing but a blur of movement. As Kuro dodged those punches, he jumped from the building. However, a single punch of the Berserker managed to catch him off guard and connect to his shoulder.
The impact was so great it sent Kuro flying in a turning motion, enough to send him totally off balance. The result sent him flying across the air, the impact of the hit sending him a meter or so away from the Berserker. The very second such an attack hit him, an almost visible shockwave pulsed through the surrounding buildings, shattering every window in its vicinity and cracking walls.
Filthy humans, don't know their place. Now I'll devour you and you can't do anything about it! The Berserker stalked towards Kuro, its heavy footsteps sending vibrations through the earth.
[Meanwhile, in the northern part of the city, in the football stadium.]
What a mess. Explosions echoed with roars of monsters. In the open field, three wizards battled against a horde of low-level monsters. Fireballs flew in the air, colliding with the magic energy blasts emitted by the monsters. The ground shook with their attack force; the buildings in town shook to their roots. The wizards charged forward in the violent wind, their black robes fluttering, as they fired a fusillade of spells and rained crackling, sparkling magic. The monsters struck back with a ferocity equal to that of the wizards, their eyes glowing with an unnatural light; the very ground shook at the force of the blows.

The leader of this group was called Sugiyama Ryota from the "Windvale" Guild of Mages. He had long white hair, was 5.9 feet tall, and had black robes. Ryota was also a bit of a moneymaker, always on the lookout for opportunities to earn extra gold. He has a very long stick-like weapon that generates magic powers and controls it with his left hand.
Ryota's eyes ran down the bulletin board of the Windvale guild when an offer that was just too tempting showed up. Two Four-Armed Berserkers had shown up in the stadium, extremely rare and dangerous, the reward offered for defeating them was so handsome that Ryota felt attracted to it; on the other hand, there wasn't any denial of the danger these monsters posed. No other guild member had dared to take up the offer for fear of their lives. None of them, even the strongest member, took that job. For Ryota, an adventurer to the bone, this was the perfect opportunity to shine and bring in a fat reward. Ryota approached the guild leader, determination in his eyes, and took the mission from him. Realistically, he knew it would be incredibly dangerous. But he had faith in himself. Yet in reality, he was actually just an average wizard.
"Ryota, we really shouldn't take this job," one of Ryota's guildmates said, his voice thick with anxiety. "Those monsters are coming from everywhere. Our magic won't last forever." Ryota paid no attention to his guildmate's warning, directing his gaze at the horde of monsters approaching. Ryota was using his spell, "Magic Ball". His hands shone with a bright, light as he channeled his magic into a powerful spell.
With a flick of his wrist, he launched a barrage of "Magic Ball" against the oncoming creatures. A spherical projectile of pure energy the size of a baseball each, the Magic Bolts flew through the air with incredible speed at the behest of Ryota's will. The bolts exploded in contact with the monsters and sent them flying through the air. The low-level monster kept coming.
He continued to cast his spells, using his most powerful techniques as a last resort. The ten-minute battle was fierce, but in the end, the wizards won, and all of the horde monsters were defeated. "Let's call it a day," one guild member panted. "Out of mana. and I also can't use healing magic anymore."
Ryota and his group nodded in agreement. They were totally exhausted because of the hot fight, and their bodies were aching badly. After some time of rest, they thought of going back to headquarters. On the way back, Ryota couldn't help but keep his mind on how successfully they pulled it off this time. They had been brought down to something hostile; however, they were able to defeat it at last. Yet, he knew the danger wasn't over yet. He had expected to be fighting the Four-Arms Berserker monster, but there was no sign of him. "You are right," Ryota answered.
"We must get rid of this monster as soon as possible. Just think about the treasure that we can get by defeating such a powerful creature. We will get 100 coins within the guild and then we can get a blue orb which is highly valuable. "Blue Orbs are a rare resource exclusively obtained from the Four-Armed Berserker. They could fetch a hefty price on the market.".
Just about to leave, a formidable figure emerged from the dark side, which sent shivers down everyone's spines. "What are you going to sell again?" shouted one of the guild members, who cautiously retreated backward.
They freaked out! That Four Arms Berserker came out of nowhere!
