Chapter 5 :The Epic Clash

Chapter 5 :The Epic Clash

The city was a bustling metropolis, a labyrinth of towering skyscrapers and narrow, winding streets. The air was filled with the cacophony of traffic, the honking of horns, and the chatter of pedestrians. Kuro navigated the crowded streets with ease, his eyes scanning the cityscape for his destination. Kuro arrived at the construction site, a sprawling expanse of dirt, machinery, and scaffolding. The towering cranes seemed to pierce the sky, their metal arms reaching towards the heavens. The sound of jackhammers and drills filled the air, creating a deafening din.

"Hey new guy! You better do it faster!" another worker yelled at the worker.

Kuro stood at the edge of the construction site, a wide grin plastered across his face. He had finally landed a job as a construction worker. It was his other side job. The towering skyscrapers under construction seemed to dwarf him, but he was undeterred. He was ready to take on this new challenge. As he donned his hard hat and safety vest, he couldn't help but feel a surge of adrenaline. This was a far cry from his previous life as a mysterious wanderer. But he was determined to make a fresh start and prove himself in this new world. Kuro joined his team, a group of hardened construction workers who were as tough as the city itself.

Kuro, a towering figure with broad shoulders and bulging biceps, moved through the construction site with ease. His physical strength was evident as he lifted heavy beams and maneuvered the machinery with effortless grace. He was a natural at this kind of work, his body was built for labor and his mind was quick to adapt to the challenges of the job. "I have a day off from the university today. I should work here full-time. I will earn extra coins (Money)" Kuro said.

Kuro typically works as a cleaner from morning to afternoon. After finishing his cleaning duties, he heads over to the construction site. Kuro started working like he used to do.

[about one hour later]

But suddenly, Kuro felt a strange, magical feeling in the air. He had never felt anything like it before in this place. "Monsters in this area? That's strange!" Kuro exclaimed, his voice filled with surprise.

"Whatever, that's nothing to do with me. Wizards will come to kill them eventually".

[Five minutes later]

He suddenly remembered in his mind, "What if they don't arrive in time? If they don't come here in time, What if monsters attacked in this building? My second job will be done for. There is a chance that the building might collapse. There are lots of people who might get hurt. What should I do?" Kuro was thinking.

Kuro decided that he would confront the monsters directly, ready to deliver a powerful punch. Kuro asked for permission from the senior construction worker to go to the toilet break. It's necessary to ask permission in this field.

If you stumble upon this narrative on Amazon, be aware that it has been stolen from Royal Road. Please report it.

"Sir, I need to take a break, It's urgent," Kuro said, The senior construction worker nodded, understanding the urgency in Kuro's voice. "Go ahead," he replied. "But be quick about it."

He genuinely needed to deliver his s*it. Kuro nodded and hurried towards the nearest restroom. As he entered, he couldn't help but feel a surge of relief. With a sigh, Kuro sat down on the toilet seat, his body relaxing for the first time in hours. He closed his eyes and focused on the task at hand, his mind momentarily free from the stress of the situation.

Kuro had left his belongings in the toilet section. As he finished his business, he flushed the toilet and talked to himself," So what's the spell? Oh yeah.

He sat down with eyes closed, "Spiritual Realm....open" Spiritual realm opened

A blinding flash of yellow light filled the small space, momentarily blinding him. When his vision cleared, he found himself standing in a lush, verdant forest, the air thick with the scent of pine and damp earth.

As the realm opened, he went out from the toilet. He said, "Now then, where is that dragon crap?" He sprinted through the construction site, his boots kicking up dust as he made his way towards the exit. Once outside, he continued his search, his voice carrying across the busy city streets. " Oi Dragon crap! Are you on the s*iting break too? Come out, bro!"

Once he reached the railway station, he felt earthquake steps coming from the street. As if it's approaching very quickly. Kuro jumped up and went to the street as well.

Finally, a humanoid-looking monster appeared.

This humanoid monster named "The Four-Armed Berserker" possesses a terrifying physical appearance, with four muscular arms ending in razor-sharp claws. Its eyes glow with an unnatural red light, and its mouth is filled with rows of jagged teeth.

This formidable creature, a fusion of human and draconic traits, possesses a dark, almost obsidian skin that absorbs light. It stands between 80 and 120 feet tall, towering over most opponents. Its tail, a whip-like appendage covered in razor-sharp scales, can be used as a deadly weapon. The Four-Armed Berserker possesses an overall power level equivalent to 50 individual draconids. This makes it an incredibly dangerous opponent, capable of overwhelming even the strongest warriors.

The Four-Armed Berserker came face to face against Kuro. Destroyed buildings as he walked. Looking at Kuro as he is pissed for some reason.

Kuro's voice was laced with boredom as he said, "Oh, you finally showed up. I've been looking for you. Anyway, I'll spare your life if you leave this place and head north." There's a huge height gap between these two. 6 feet vs 120 feet tall. The monster can barely see Kuro as if he is an insect to him.

" Hey...are you listening bro? I am saying go to North!" The monster can't hear a thing. Kuro stopped shouting and started to warm up for his fight.

"First Spell: Power Surge!"

Kuro simultaneously began accumulating magic power and warming up, his body glowing with a soft, ethereal light as he stretched and prepared for battle.

Suddenly, the Four-Armed Berserker spoke in a deep, menacing voice. "You're no mage..., how are you inside of this realm? Speak human!"

Kuro was surprised. Monsters typically can talk when they are strong and powerful. Kuro questioned himself. Typically, monsters with such power could speak. Kuro said excitedly," You can speak monster, which means you are strong, I can tell."
