The second age, middle earth
Barad-Dur
A humane figure emerged from the top of the gigantic tower half completed, wearing a fair and wise appearance, composed of dark robes accompanied with details in gold. for the beings who worshiped him, called him "the lord of the land", he was there to declare his intentions, for not all his listeners worshiped him.
Two hundred years had passed since he decided to settle in Mordor, it was time to expand and subjugate the neighboring villages, some orcs still hesitated to join his ranks, and men had forgotten his name.
He had learned from the mistakes and successes of the past, orcs were loyal and strong but not resourceful. Very few were born with the gift of intelligence. He could not trust his ambitions to such an army. The elves would soon be his, strong, intelligent, and deadly in combat, but for now he would settle for men.
"We are here my subjects, because we were called monsters, barbarians, and beasts. While the other kingdoms prospered and grew, you were abandoned, treated as inferior creatures unworthy of the elven council; vain creatures who were unwilling to share their knowledge for fear. of being overthrown, but that will end, we will take our place in the world, we will unite our kin and overthrow all those who would hinder us." His dark voice seemed to be heard in the ears of every one of them.
Inspired, those who heard his speeches cheered and roared, filled with ambition for their Lord's vision.
"Capture the useful hands, slay the weak, let us go south, let us show the power we have united, those blind to it shall be taught by force, let us take what is ours!"
Thousands responded with shouts of elation at his words, then like a tide of darkness, they all departed for the south, the expanse of darkness. For many of them, the age of Sauron had begun.
The orders had been given, to conquer the lands of Mordor.

I sighed with annoyance as I walked with my grandmother through the forest near the village, she had not spoken to me since we saw the depths of the forest, trees destroyed, ravaged by something of immense strength, I would think they might be orcs but for the huge footsteps.
Trolls are big, strong creatures. But very stupid, so they were not usually afraid of anything. It could only mean that such stupid creatures knew they didn't stand a chance against whatever they saw. According to the movies, it could only mean great danger.
I'm sure Grandmother came to the same conclusion, only she doesn't know the answer, nor would she believe it, the stories declared Sauron was destroyed in the last war.
"Darhiel listen, you must not tell anyone yet what we saw in the forest, whatever he did was running away from something and we won't be here to know what it is, we will tell the others, but in time, first you and I must prepare, pack all the necessary food, I will see if I can get something to help us carry everything" grandmother's instructions echo and interrupt my thoughts, as she grabbed my shoulders to make sure I listened to her.

After her words I noticed my state, my body was trembling at the thought of danger. It had taken years of planning for this moment and I was simply trembling at the thought of what would happen.
I had to prepare to take out what I had planned and more, I know there were no weapons in this town other than the typical hunting bow, which I used to get the food I had stored, but that would not be enough, I had a plan to make a weapon out of the old tools but it seems time is not on my side, I must go with plan b to steal a rake and the butcher's machete.
"We are close to town, get ready. Whatever made the Trolls flee, it will easily finish off the Elves." He said with certainty in his voice of his fate.
She understood the words the grandmother said and also the words she did not say. Although the elves were the main warriors in the previous war their memories of that time still linger. A millennium has passed since the war, and even the races that do not forget, and trust each other, a long time of peace has passed.
So here they were more than a simple militia of soldiers, they were a simple detachment that only fulfilled the task of guarding the various remnants of the ashes of the enemy army, ensuring that they were not a danger. But they focused their sights on the wrong remnants.
"I don't think it's the best idea to warn them, it's an unnecessary danger to us. At best they will ignore us and at worst, they will take our words seriously and want to accompany us back-" I was interrupted by a blow to the head. When I looked at her I noticed her look full of disappointment and reproach.
"Darhiel, in this world, the moment you see others as mere burdens, is the moment you lose your humanity, never lose it Darhiel, I didn't raise you to be a monster." He said with one of the most serious and angry looks I had ever seen on his face.
...Her words and her look were like a blow to my body.
"I'm sorry grandma, I swear I won't let you down again." I replied, but they were words that were more for me because I already had two promises to keep in this world.
"You didn't boy, but our compassion is what makes us better people, we protect the weak".

Eregion Ost-en-Edhil
A woman dressed in pure snow white, accompanied by a tall figure and a golden mane with almost gleaming white skin, walked with a confident stride towards the royal hall.
She was there to have an audience with Celebrimbor, the lord of Eregion, and his (distant) cousin. Walking through the glorious corridors, accompanied by the elven royal guard, who would give her a humble bow as she passed, to finally reach the doors which opened with the help of two guards prostrate over them.
"Galadriel, to what do I owe the pleasure of your visit?" a golden-robed, dark-haired man greeted her. "You do not come often, even though you have been in the realm for several decades.
"Greetings Lord Celebrimbror, It is strange to see you fulfilling your duties as Lord." Galadriel greeted him, as she performed the characteristic elven salute.
"I'm afraid this time the council has forced me, speaking of how I have neglected my duties to my people." He replied with a chuckle.
"I fear that this time, it has been a disappointing event that has brought me to your doorstep." The change of tone in Galadriel's voice from friendly and warm to cold and formal showed how serious she was about her words.
"Come on Galadriel, I can't keep sending elves into a danger that doesn't exist."
"You have heard Gil-galad's warnings a war is coming, we must end it before it gathers more power, the visions speak of darkness, now stronger than ever."
"You know I can't make a whole army move based on visions, least of all because that leader raved. Though I bear him no grudge, I am still the leader of the Noldor, I cannot command my people to follow the ravings of those who exiled them."
"You are allowing yourself to be blinded by the words of an evil." He said to her as he gestured towards his smithing tools, which never strayed from Celebrimbor.
"I will no longer listen to your rantings my good friend, I will take your advice once you have put aside your pride." He answered her with a clear annoyance at her insinuation.
Galadriel with a cold fury, headed for the exit. Knowing that she could do nothing to convince her good friend of the danger she was in.
