Day 30 / Month 3 / Universal Period: Starfall 3060. Treya - Silver City.
Warning alarms rang across the silver city, it was exactly noon when cities across the western hemisphere of Treya witnessed one of their three orbiting moons come into view. The bright and non-cloudy day gave clear witness to what many considered… The Apocalypse.
It took an hour for professionals in their respective fields of weather, science, social entertainment, and others to spread the word of the fast descending speed of the large moon.
An hour had passed when society started to fall into anarchy, local police and enforces kept the city in lockdown, and sirens and radios spoke of the government’s counter-measure being in process of activation.
However, even the laser satellites which were capable of drilling a hole through the planet would not be able to melt enough damage in time.
Twelve hours. That was the time given by scientists.
Yet James sat down eating a bag of chips, he was suited up in woven carbon fiber ballistic armor, painted with a full coat of midnight black. Gloves were even put on with metallic knuckle protection, making James look like an elite special forces soldier.
Looking up James watched as Charlie and his Grandma argued about who was at fault it was that the moon was crashing into the planet. Behind them was a classic movie playing on an antique tv, it was a movie about old cars racing through the streets with weapons attached.
*Crunch*
James took another handful of barbeque-flavored chips and stuffed them into his mouth, then he checked his nearby phone, it was a Glass-Frame III which was considered quite old in the current market, but it kept him off-grid.
Checking the time, he put down his phone before grabbing some paper towels,
He whipped off the grease and then grabbed a water bottle that was resting in the fridge.
“It was that damn Reatus Cliffston, that man who has been causing suffering to the North-East for far too long, now look what the universe is doing as punishment!” Grandma Teresa said, her emotions heated.
Charles responded in kind, “As if that man was the worst, have you heard of Torgus Devon, that bastard probably sacrifices hundreds of innocents in the name of The White Beam. It’s his fault, he probably just sacrificed a group!”
The narrative has been stolen; if detected on Amazon, report the infringement.
Taking a swig of the water bottle, James finally spoke up after watching their charades.
“You guys are too bored in life to be arguing like this when the world is ending.” James laughed.
“Shut it brat!”
“Shut it pipsqueak!”
The two responded at the same time, their emotions mostly vented.
“Oh well, good luck!” James waved.
“Huh?” Grandma Teresa and Charles looked at each other in confusion.
“Where are you going?” They both said.
Then all three disappeared in an instant in a flash of warped space, as if they all entered a different dimension.
The warehouse lounge area became quiet, fans could still be heard running. Birds could still be heard chirping outside.
The moon… was still falling.
Far behind it was a massive cloudy wave of blue, as if a transparent blue sandstorm was approaching.
An ancient-sounding deep voice appeared from within.
“First, we evolve.”
Then came a second voice, it too sounded ancient and primordial.
“Second, we plan.”
Above the milky way, a massive spire-like structure appeared unknowingly. Its surface is a seamless silver, smoothly rounding all but on the edge closer to the bottom of the spire, which with its tip faced away from the milky way galaxy which it rested above.
This futuristic like-object seemed to turn invisible and a large shield appeared around the milky way universe. The blue wave which was passing through the universe seemed to be trapped within the shield, with the passing through fog incapable of escaping the shield and gathering.
‘A third ancient voice appeared, this time a female, with an alluring charming voice capable of capturing the hearts of any who hear.
“Third, we desire.”
At that moment, an unknown entity in an unknown location pierced through space and time, its perception falling onto the milky way galaxy. Yet this entity had no malice, no feelings at all. Like a cold machine, it observed, calculated, and then proceeded as its core principles told it to do.
A mechanical voice followed the third voice.

These voices sounded out like that of a program, slowly changing the galaxy in its entirety. Yet the galaxy’s inhabitants were unaware of it all, since they were now located deep within the Tower.
The Silver Tower vibrated before lines were created across its previous smooth finished silver surface. Then lines appeared, climbing up the tower at odd intervals.
Two levels on the tower glowed, creating a soft white light from the silver tower, brightening itself, and making it visible from any planet located in the Galaxy.
The first and tenth levels of the tower glowed with a soft white light.
The previous mechanical voice rang out from the tower itself once again.
[TOWER ESTABLISHED. INITIATING TRIALS START… BEGINNING: ASCENSION.]
The cluster of space which included quite a few galaxies fell silent.
A voice rang out in space, vibrating the void, the planets, and the very stars themselves with words filled with power, a single simple sentence rang out.
“Another new initiating galaxy, outer rim, wait… is that moon falling onto the planet? I guess I’ll have to let the guilds know about this… I’m sorry little galaxy, but duty calls”.
