You have won, so much power that leaks, all the glory and fame; that's not what you care about is it?”, they pathetically voiced “Never has and never will. You want us dead more than anything… Are you happy?”
“Happy? Never…” Lights leak from the smoke to shine spotlight on the show of a lifetime. Trees screech as the harsh wind blows branches off them crashing down bloody flowers. Violent waves crashed into the shore putting more salt on the wound. Almighty Gods bloody and lifeless, while a figure loomed over them. Fire still blazing and crackling around leaving an ash taste to the air.
“Mhm well, will you do this god’s dying wish?” with a forced smile. the god’s red eyes locked on the figure looming over. “Maybe, maybe not,” They laughed out with a malicious grin, sending shivers down the god's back.
“What will you do now?” She glanced at the figure as pain echoed around her body. Suddenly, the figure froze shutter as they tried to answer the easy question. “D-die I guess?” It sounded more like a question than an answer…

“Die?
“Yeah”
“Pathetic”
“How am I the pathetic one? You the one on the floor”
“Hahaha” The figure was too stunned to question the laugh as blood coughed up. “Is this really how you want to end this?”
“Huh? You said my desire was to kill you and the others so what's the point in living?”
“Mommy what did the god say?” A young cheerful voice yelled with impatience. A kind warm smile grew on the older woman glancing down at her sweet girl. “Well finish this tomorrow” She peeked at her daughter's angry face. “No! I want to finish this now!” Her purple eyes shone like jewels in the lights as she threw her hands around trying to convince her mom. Her smile grew.
“Mommy you are so mean!” her voice whined. She would love to continue the story, but it was past her bedtime; she wouldn’t be able to stop herself from finishing the whole book. She pushed her daughter’s long hair the colour of the clouds off of her face as pale skin was hidden. “Come on its bedtime” amethyst eyes meet her teal eyes as she groaned and moved to get ready. An ash taste filled her senses, but she chalked it up to the fireplace. She moved across the large room filled with ‘junk’ or her daughter’s treasure. ‘It’s her 8th birthday soon’ she sat up to head to the down cold stone hallway
‘Maybe I sh…’
She was caught off by many bloody screams…
