Cuckoo's Dream

I've been assuming that everyone who was interested in the Legendary Farmer follow-up series, Cuckoo's Dream, read it on here and saw the posts I put up that the final version is now on Amazon. Just in case, though, I figured I'd mention it here, too. I'm also working on a collection of short stories and the novella following Rouge as she tries to find Matilda's dad (due out in Fall 2023). A few of the characters from Cuckoo will be mentioned and/or have their own short, and one of the side characters from Cuckoo will co-star with Rouge. That's all I currently have planned for this world!

If you like my style, and know/have kids, I also have a middle-grade book out for kids aged 8-12, about a princess who gets turned into a cat, and then has to figure out how to un-cat herself, called Grimalkin's Test.

Blurb from Cuckoo's Lament, the first book in the Cuckoo's Dream duology. Both books are now available!

Return to the world of Legendary Farmer!

What's an AI to do when her originator is in peril? Find someone to help save her, obviously.

Amy Landon died as a result of a hit and run over a year ago. At least, according to her father and the legal system. Amythyst, the Artificial Intelligence based on Amy, isn't buying it. Unfortunately, she's limited by the fact that she's stuck in digital limbo - able to do nearly anything in her virtual world, but nothing at all in the physical.

Ava Gardner is barely existing. She has two jobs, no friends, no life, and a scuzzy apartment owned by a slumlord. There's no light at the end of the tunnel, and she’s just waiting for the train.

When fate brings these two together, what began as a chance for Amythyst to find out the truth, and Ava to escape the darkness that surrounds her, may become something that saves them both.

Note: This book contains references to suicidal thoughts, depression, and loss of a parent. It is LGBTQIA+ friendly. It is best for readers 14+.
