“On behalf of the Hian Empire. We thank you for your contribution. We shall of course investigate thoroughly and you should receive an answer in, at most, a year.” Eina exclaimed joyfully.
“Greedy witch, choke on it.” He grumbled quietly and headed out of the room.
Eina regained her composure and regal golden aura. She waved at the servant. “Next!”

“My Empress, the forging room has been completed, we are now only waiting for resources from the Heaven Gathering Market. We have also sent out a mission for Dark Star enlistees to look for and buy them.” Duke Kar held his head down as he read the report in his hands.
In front of him sat Emelia who was behind a desk. Her legs which wore black stockings on the desk giving her a very seductive image. Her purple dress just barely covering her lower body. Even is someone did look up, all they would see is darkness.
“Thank you.” She smiled at him lazily. “My Empress! I can’t accept this thank you, it is only my job.” Duke Kar exclaimed.
The door suddenly opened and Kalene ran inside. She completely ignored the fact that Emelia was the one sitting, while Duke Kar was standing. “Daddy~ Some old man is looking for you. He says the Empress sent him here.” She ran out without even waiting for them.
Emelia stood up slowly and walked towards Duke Kar who was waiting at the door for her. “Lets go.” Duke Kar nodded and walked out. As they walked in the hall they looked out the window and saw a luxurious carriage with a black and white flower on it.

Duke Kar squinted and let out a slight cry. “That’s the symbol of the Kand Protectorate. They are our buffer zone with the Dylarr Empire. Something must’ve happened.”
They rushed to the reception. When they arrived they saw this man, though he wasn’t old as Kalene had described him. He was a very plain looking middle-aged man. The only thing that looked special about him was his sky blue coloured suit which looked out of place in the orange hue of the mansion.
“Great Duke Kar, I am Toki Kan of the Kand Protectorate. I have a letter of recommendation from your Empress, I wish to recruit men as mercenary’s. The Hian Empire has no troops to support us so I can only accept mercenary's. Please accept my offer of 1 million Mid-Grade Qi Stones. That is all that my nation can afford for a great general like you.” As soon as he saw Duke Kar he held his head down and spoke loudly while holding out a letter with a seal.
Duke Kar nodded at his servant and he went to get the letter.
Duke Kar opened the letter and read through it. His expression looked like he just saw a joke. He looked back at the man and felt pitiful.
Toki Kan finally looked up and saw a woman beside Duke Kar. “Mistress Kar, please support us!”
Emelia looked him straight into the eyes and smiled, while Duke Kar began sweating. He couldn’t afford to anger this god. He quickly changed his expression to that of anger. “How dare you call Emp.. Miss Emelia that! Get out of my home! Never return you beast!
Toki Kan stared at them until Duke Kar unsheathed his sword and began walking towards him. Then Toki Kan screamed and ran, nearly tripping in the process.
“I’m sorry Empress Yue. T.. The people from the Kand Protectorate are like that.” He bowed a full 90 degree angle quickly spewed some bullshit.
“It’s alright, all of those inferiors shall be exterminated. For now, what I want to focus on is that forgery. The room itself has been built, are there currently any resources?” She spoke while turning to walk towards the construction area.
“Yes Your Highness. The forgery has a full blacksmithy and if need be, several apprentices and master forgers ready to come under you. I hope they will be satisfactory, and of course, some resources, though not the rare ones you requested, have been prepared.” Duke Kar walked behind her and quickly reported.
After turning a corner they instantly saw what looked like a miniature factory. Emelia began giggling when she saw it.
Finally, I can create some weapons for myself. The quality of weapons here is atrocious.
Emelia pushed open the door and multiple, constant sounds of a hammer hitting metal sounded. Then, everything turned silent.
“Greetings to Forge Lord.” Forge Lord was the title people had given to people who controlled or owned a forgery.
