*Sigh*
"Not again ~"
A teenage girl of the age of 17 that looks like a model with her designer clothes and shoes, her straight brown hair that reaches the middle of her back like a waterfall. She is standing in front of a desk that has a man of 27 years with his head down and using his arms to rest it on.
With fiery red hair cut to a length any woman would like to run their fingers through, and if he was standing his body would have a gymnast build that would make them swoon. Also with a handsome face with ice blue eyes is pretty much an KO to the ones on the prowl for a boyfriend like him.
But that is not the issue here.
"Is he sleeping again, Leann?" Asks a girl who everyone would dub as "nerd" or "geek". Shoulder length black hair, thick glasses for her nearsightedness, and clothes that looked as if they were her grandmother's hand me downs.
" Yes, he is Carla."
Sighing again, Leann turns away from the sleeping man to go to her desk at the back of the classroom. Once there, she rummages around her book bag for a few seconds before finding what she was looking for. Knowing what she was going to do, her other 28 classmates cover their ears.
Leann puts the item right next to the mans ear.
HONK~!!!!
"GAAAHHHHH!!!"
He jumps out of his sleeping position like he's been shot, and falls back to crash onto the floor.
Looking around for the culprit, his eyes lands on Leann who was holding an air horn in her hand.
"What's your excuse this time Mr. Sylvester? You know, this is the 15th time I had to wake you up and it is getting pathetic that you have to be woken up by one of your students."
With a big sigh, he gets up from his position on the floor.
"I would appreciate it if you, like everyone else, calls me Jake. And I was helping my Father with his work all of last night until six this morning. Anyway, what time is it now?"

His question was asked while yawning and he stretched to get the kinks out of his back.
"8:45" answered Leann. She then turns around to go back to her desk like nothing happed just a minute ago.

Jake's POV
Ehh? What's her problem now? I ask to myself while watching the girl who thinks she is justice herself walk back to her desk with that detestable air horn. I swear that I will someday go deaf if she keeps waking me up with that damn thing. Leann Ravensteel is the #1 beauty of Azure Sky High School, and rumors say the entire state of Minnesota. She is a senior and also the Student Council President of this school. Not only that, her grandfather is the principal which is pretty much going to be a pain in the ass if I say something to piss her off like I usually do with certain other people.
Well, whatever. I'm not going to get into a fight in this school just because of some little girl who thinks that I'm a lazy teacher and citizen just because I fall asleep during school hours.....
I'm going to have to tell the old man I want less time working every night with my team patrolling the city so I can stay awake during the day.
"Alright Kiddo's, since I'm finally awake, you need to put those phones and games in your bags. Don't think that standing your book up is going to hide the sounds of the controls on your 3Ds Michael, turn it off and give it to me please. You'll have it back at the end of class." Michael, a red fox beastman, stands up while muttering to himself on how I heard that.
"It's called enhancing, you should know that by now. Now let's get started on the next lesson of algebra."
I said as Michael hands me his game device. I then turn around and start the lesson.

Leann's POV
Jeez, why can't he be a descent teacher like the others? I think to myself as I listen to Mr. Sylvester and take notes. I heard from grandfather that this school year there was going to be a new math teacher who was supposed to be exceptional....
But...
From day one, also four months ago, he has been either been late, nearly beating the starting bell, or showing up early and falling asleep before school started. It's gotten to where he has been titled as "The Lazy Math Teacher". I tried to have grandfather to talk to him about being punctual except all I got was "he has another job working for his father." And when I try to ask more questions about that, he gets cryptic. And when he gets that way, it means that he won't be saying anymore. Just what kind of person is Jake Sylvester that even my grandfather, who has military and political connections keeps his mouth shut?
