Kendric's story continues in the second book of the Origins series. The truthseekers are glad that the last mission was a success and the power grid is up to protect Earth, but mourning their friend takes a toll on them all. Unfortunately there is no time to take a break with the treath of Mes-Sanuri hanging over their shoulders and they need to focus on forming more alliances as quickly as possible. But Kendric doesn't feel whole without his brother Zuberi at his side and he struggles leading the truthseekers in his second year at Anunnaki High. Only time will tell if he can manage his feelings and tasks that lays upon his restless shoulders.
