It's 1:30 AM
Jack was in his bed sleeping with Sam and Hailey in two different beds sleeping.
There was sound of glass breaking which both Jack and Hailey heard glass shattering and the two searched with their guns drawn but Hailey got hit the back of the head with a frying pan.
Someone dragged Hailey away but kicked her pistol away but Jack found Hailey's pistol on the ground but found the gate wide opened.
Jack then got Sam up and he placed on black slacks, white collared shirt, black casual suit jacket and a black full Winsdor tie. Sam then grabbed his pistol and flashlight and searched the grounds but nothing.
On the main road they found dark tire tracks as if a car sped off and from what it looked like it looked like it was going west towards Clearlake.
"Can we find what kind of tire or car it came from?" asked Sam
Jack replied, "I don't know. Maybe with Artifical Reality Interface Analysis. We better get Mackenzie,"

In the morning
"Morning you two," said Senior Agent Mackenzie, "Still never expected of a firefighter being a arsonist. Well in the city of Empire had it as well and still does but... Well nothing."
Jack replied, "Hey Mackenzie. We need your help. Officer Hailey been kidnapped and we need your help,"

Outside of Jack's girlfriend property
They saw tire marks still their and Senior Agent Mackenzie Smith-Ryan place on sunglasses.

Mackenzie then took off the glasses and put them back into her suit jacket pocket.
"Come on or I'll leave you two behind!" said Mackenzie
They took a ride to the apartment building.

"Jack take the fire escape I'll take the roof," said Mackenzie, "Sam you go and talk to Hailey's mother,"
Mackenzie climbed the fire escape to the room and Jack stayed at the bottom. Sam went to go and talk to Hailey's mother.
Sam went to go to talk to Hailey's mother but she just said racist things to him but when he brought up that she's the primary suspect in Hailey's mysterious disappearance.
She told him she isn't the suspect because she's Caucasian but told Sam he's the suspect for being part Native Little Birden.
"Will you stop pulling the race card you racist fuck!" Said Sam, "You and Hailey hate each other and you're the suspect! You're coming downtown for a long long chat!"
Hailey's mother slammed the door in Sam's face.
Hailey's mother then decided to make a break for it but she was blocked by Jack to the bottom and Mackenzie to the top.
Hailey's mom decided to jump for it but got caught by Jack and handcuffed.

"Where's Hailey at!" demanded Sam
Hailey's mom replied, "I don't know,"
"Cut the chicken shit games!" said Jack, "We're running out of time! Kidnapping a police officer is a felony! If you don't tell us you'll go to a federal prison for forty years! Tell us where she's at or I'll ask the town's DA or prosecutor to triple it so you'll spend a hundred and twenty years!"

Soon Senior Agent Mackenzie Smith came into the room with a half eaten cheeseburger.
"Looks like my lawyer arrived," said Hailey's mom

"Okay tell me where your daughter is," said Mackenzie in a friendly tune
Hailey's mom replied, "I don't know where my daughter is!"
"Jack. Sam," said Mackenzie, "Leave the interrogation room and close the blinds,"
They did but walked off and Mackenzie locked the door.
"Alright no more Mrs. Nice woman," said Mackenzie, "You had a chance to give it up easily. Now you'll feel pain that'll be more painful than a woman giving birth!"

A few minutes later in Sam's cubical
"I wonder what she's doing," said Sam
Jack replied, "Better if you don't think about it,"
Mackenzie came walking to them.
"Got a address but I also kicked Hailey's mom to the curb," said Mackenzie
Sam replied, "What did you do?"
"It's better if you didn't know," said Mackenzie, "Let's say I gave birth to four children. No C-section, no painkillers just natural birth. Damn right it was painful not adding two of them are twins which was more painful. But I wanted to do it and my husband didn't say anything but he was by my side for all four births even leaving work early. Let's go we have a very long drive ahead of us,"

City of Empire.
"Thanks for coming Darick," said Mackenzie before giving him a smooch
Darick replied, "You just say where and when we'll be their,"
Jack and Sam saw Darick and six other Empire Police S.W.A.E.S.U or Special Weapons And Emergency Service Unit in their dark blue uniforms with helmets with goggles, balacalva masks, knee pads, and tactical vest that says "POLICE" on the back and on the front has "OFFICER: (OFFICER's Name) BRUEAU OF SPECIAL OPERATIONS). Not adding they have a pistol pouch on their right or left leg and armed with Americana styled assault rifles, submachine gun and shotgun not adding one does have a Squad Automatic Weapon.
Darick walked up to a chainlocked door and he used a 42 inch red bolt cutters and cutted the chain and he opened the door and went in first because he's the team leader and a captain.
They went in first with Jack, Sam, and Mackenzie going in last.
They kept their guns drawn but they searched every inch of the building but Hailey wasn't there.

"This bitch lied to me!" Mackenzie said ticked off, "She's going to feel my foot so far up her ass she'll be coughing leather and the smell of smelly feet out until she dies!"
Darick replied, "Mackenzie honey wait! Don't you think she told you where she was but they could've moved her somewhere else!"
"She should've told me!" said Mackenzie, "Now her face is going to meet a stove!"
Jack and Darick were next to the S.W.A.E.S.U ride which is a 1980's Police Emergency Service Freightliner. They were just talking about where Hailey could be at.
"I'll see you later at home," said Mackenzie, "And you're cooking dinner tonight! I don't care what you make but I hope it's either dirty rice, hamburger meat and noodles, steaks or pork chops. Yeah I maybe a woman but you're a better cook than me!"
Darick and Mackenzie shared a kiss again.

Back in Clearlake at Hailey mother's apartment.
Mackenzie was mad and she's more madder than her being on her menstruation cycle and she's angerier and more irritated while on her menstruation cycle. But she's more angerier and madder.
"This bitch will be begging for a quick and painless death!" Mackenzie mumbled, "I'm going to kick her ass and give her a burn!"
Mackenzie stormed right up to Hailey mother's apartment, kicked in the door, grabbed Hailey's mother, walked over to the electric stove, turned it on, and she shoved Hailey's mother face onto the stove.
"Tell me where they took Hailey!" Demanded Mackenzie, "Talk or you're going to be roughed up so bad that not even your God won't be able to recognize you!"
Hailey's mother replied, "I told you where she is!"
"She wasn't there!" Said Mackenzie, "Tell me where she's at or I'll send you to a Federal prison and have you in Maximum security in General population with a pedophile tag on your file! You won't last two minutes in the yard, the shower, in rec room, or cafeteria! You got one chance to tell me where she is or you'll be someone's bitch in prison if not bleeding out to death in the yard!"

They did the same doing a no-knock warrant on a underground base.
Over the radio every now and again they heard gunfire and the people involved don't have a plan to give up so easily or without a fight.

Darick held three fingers on his left hand up and counted down from three to zero before opening the door and they saw two men in white lab coats wearing blue latex gloves and safety goggles.
The S.W.A.E.S.U officers minus Darick arrested the two scientists and bagged the syringes and turkey basters with the syringes were filled with some kind of chemicals and the turkey basters were filled with some kind of white liquid. Darick speculated that the turkey basters are filled with sperm but forensic scientists will tell.
"This is 9-David-1 and 9-Zebra-9," said Darick into a walkie-talkie, "We need medics at our location. Notifiy supervisor, and a few black-and whites to this location as well,"
Dispatch replied, "Roger 9-David-1 and 9-Zebra-9. Supervisor is notified and is on the way with medics and additional units. Any units any units go to Nightingale Mountain Range at Sunset Street and Twilight Street. Respond code three,"
It wasn't long until a few Empire Police cars, a couple of Island Patrol cars and Capt. Asyling (Darick's cousin) arrived in her 1969 Wasp Muscle with white paint and two blue race stripes down the center.

Sam was in a hospital room sitting in a chair holding Hailey's hand.
Down the hall was Mackenzie, her husband Darick and Jack filling out reports of the incident.
"So all S.W.A.E.S.U. Units call signs are Zebra?" Asked Jack

Darick would've answered but he was eating a cheeseburger he got from the hospital cafeteria.
All that mattered was that Hailey is safe now and that was all that mattered that she was safe and sound.
Their fears weren't over yet. Hailey's mother is filing a lawsuit against the Elite Operations Detachment for police brutality and racism. They know why of the racism charge because of Hailey's mother being a racist bigot who hates anyone who isn't white or of a Caucasian background, and police brutality because of what Mackenzie Smith-Ryan did to her to get information.
"That racist bigot bitch got what was coming to her," said Jack, "Sorry I don't speak like that normally. Even though I don't know what happened. She and her lawyer will paint her as a nice saint who never done anything wrong and us as villains not caring about Hailey's wellbeing. Anything advance past 1940 is an affront to God. Stem cells and abortions anything past 1940 is evil. She needs to be locked up in a mental hospital and lobotomized!"
Mackenzie replied, "Okay Little Bird maybe like we're still in 1940-1969 America well Americana styled anyway. But we've allow women to get abortions since 1958. We've splitted the atom in 1936. But we've outlawed lobotomy in 1951. I don't want someone to use a drill and drill into my head then pour pure alcohol into my frontal lobe to kill my nerves. We need to inquisition her ass. Just tie her to a wooden pole with wood and sticks under her and light the sticks on fire,"
"Death by burning," said Jack, "Even for me that's pushing the envelope out a little to far. Last time we done that was back in 1918 when we captured a German spy. Well what are the consequences?"
Mackenzie replied, "Nothing major just a slap on the wrist to unpaid suspension to being fired to going to prison,"
"Great I survive fighting in Vietnam for February of '05 to November of '05 and in the USSR in November of '05 to June of '06," said Jack, "Fought Charlie in the trees and Ivan in the snow. Came back to fight crime not sit in a jail cell for fifteen years because of a stupid nut! I didn't survive five encounters against the KGB and Spetsnaz twice in 'Nam and three times in Moscow and Central USSR! I served my country and nearly died a few times and this is the thanks I get!"
