- Super special break -

As mentioned in the previous note, no chapter for today. But the people have spoken, and democracy dictates that I abide by the people's decision until I don't feel like it anymore. So chapters will now be released every second week until my schedule normalizes, which should be soon enough.

So the next chapter will be published NEXT week, on the 25th of January, and from there it will skip a week, with the next chapter coming on the 8th of February. Also I'm changing the publishing time slightly to 1PM, instead of 12. I confused 12 AM and 12 PM more often than I am comfortable mentioning here, and I do not need the extra headache. Therefore, chapters will be published every other Friday at 1 PM, for the next month and a half or so. By March I hope to have things back on track, maybe even with bonus chapters to celebrate? Stranger things have happened.

No questions or comments since last week, which is not a problem. Honestly, I was expecting this story to vanish into the void of the internet from the moment I published. The fact that, as of this date, 45 people have decided my story was curious enough to be worth following, is already amazing, nevermind that 13 favorited it, 6 rated it quite highly and I even got 12 comments! Thank you very much for sticking with this crazy, weird story so far. It's been a wild ride, for me at least.

Mild spoilers ahead:

We're roughly halfway through the story as I have planned it. Some later Acts might be longer, especially the last two, but I expect the whole story to be about 7-8 Acts overall. So we're on the halfway mark, and things will only get weirder. But don't worry, there's a happy ending at the end of it.

Also, humanity totally gets destroyed. Millions die. But not onscreen, so nobody cares. Doesn't everyone love happy endings? I know I do.

It's not only about the ending anyways. It's about the journey as well as the destination. And this journey will continue... Next week.
