“I’m going to be completely honest. I wish to exchange our lives. You give yours, and I give mine. As I am tired of this world and you are of yours, this switch may bring happiness to both of us.”
“I’m tired of the constant planning. I’m tired of having to fight. I’m tired of this world. I want to. No. I need to get off this world.”
“I apologize, but I have looked through you and understand that you have grown tired of your uninteresting life. While I believe that such a routine lifestyle, like yours, is fit for me; as is your social isolation, which would allow me to smoothly integrate into your life; and in exchange I give you mine. As a secluded wizard, distanced from every major conflict.
“As for why I must explain, everything is for this transition to go smoothly, along with it being a basic courtesy of a summoner and lingering attachments may disrupt this transfer of… perspective.

Now what I just did is the one textbook example of what should never be done. However, should the opportunity present itself to you and you would have little regret for jumping ship, then go for it. Although it should be understood that you will not know for certain what is on the other side. Making it better if you're suicidal, have nothing to lose, and or have no aspiration beyond not getting fucked over and would rather die than submit to the whims of another.
Then, by all means, take the opportunity. Although there is a chance, a high chance that you’ll end up suicidal, with nothing to lose, and with an additional aspiration to not get fucked over.
The other hand there is a sweet chance of getting to do just about anything, plus magic. Or maybe not, overall it depends on the circumstances that you are brought into. Like if magic exists.
But until then, we will actually start in the next chapter. Let’s go.
