I pressed yes. Of course I had to. It somehow would have felt selfish not to. To decide that they were unimportant enough that I could just erase them from my mind.
I didn't know how long I sat there afterwards, just letting the impressions and memories sink into me. But then, at some point, my brooding was disturbed by a way too cheery chime.

Cunning -3, huh? I chuckled. All right, fair enough after what I just saw. But that reminded me, I had an Archetype to pick and I finally felt like I had an idea what it would be.
I got up from the comfortable couch, threw a last look at the cozy fireplace and then left the little cabin room to return to the sleek, sterile white of the facilitator's office.

Immediately I was greeted by their unpleasantly cheery voice. "I hope you have found what you needed. Now, do you feel ready to pick your archetype?" They still sat ok that chair, exact same position, as if they'd just been on Stand-by while I was gone.
"Yup, got one," I confirmed and plunked down on my chair. Wait, hadn't I thrown that over? Maybe the facilitator had moved after all, to pick it up. Or maybe it just reset itself after I left.
Immediately, the window opened back up, presenting me with three choices. I tapped on "Spirit." Some incorporeality sounded nice right about now. Better than having a body that couldn't puysicalise your emotions, so maybe that would just get rid of those urges all together.
"Wonderful choice," the facilitator praised me. I got a feeling they'd have said the same whatever my choice. "Your class next, then."
Another window appeared, containing a whole list this time. Three of them immediately caught my attention, but there were many many more.
Grove Guardian: A protective spirit which forms around natural wells of mana. Unlike the name suggests, these must not necessarily be groves but also other places of natural life and beauty such as lush caves, natural springs, or secluded mountain peaks.
Revenants: These vengeful spirits spawn in places of great suffering and tragedy like battlefields, hanging trees or homes struck by a series of unfortunate events. They range from benign protectors of the victims remains to terrifying predators that seek to add new victims to the tally.
Hearth Spirits: These benign spirits form in old and revered places. They protect and maintain these places, often being reversed by their inhabitants in turn. Common examples would be temples, castles or old homes but also ships or even a wandering trader's caravan.
