In front of the United Nation building, there were a lot of cars, carrying presidents and prime ministers from every sovereign state of the United Nation.
“Thank you for coming all the way here, President Xi Xiaoming.” said President Robert Kennedy, President of the United States of America, to President Xi Xiaoming, President of the People's Republic Of China, as he was coming out of his car.
“I understand your intention of this meeting and I express my great gratitude for this meeting.” President Xi Xiaoming replied back and he tapped President Kennedy's right shoulder.
“Hello President Kennedy” said Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Prime Minister Henry Edward, as he walked up the stairs toward both presidents.
“You're here.” And President Kennedy after he walked toward Prime Minister Edward and gave him a hand shake.
“This meeting is about the unification I suppose.” Said Prime Minister Edward after they finished shaking hands.
“Yes, everyone is waiting for both of you, shall we?”
Inside Assembly hall
Inside the United Nation Assembly Hall, Presidents and Prime Ministers from all 193 members or sovereign states started entering the hall as they awaited the speech from the US President. President Robert Kennedy walked up toward the lectern and started looking at everyone before starting to talk.
“On the 10th of December, 2024, an unknown alien fleet attacked us with a great number of forces. We, humans, tried everything we could to stop them but major cities such as Taipei, Tokyo, Shanghai, Los Angeles, etc, were under severe attack from them which caused millions of people to die. Despite the effort from the United States Navy, People Liberation Army Navy, Japanese Maritime Self Defence Force, Royal Navy, Russian Navy, Royal Navy, and more, we still couldn’t stop or delay the invasion. On the 14th of December, 2024, USS Zumwalts, USS Micheal Monsoor, and USS Lyndon B. Johnson, each equipped with two experimental Mach 20 Railguns, were able to penetrate the energy shield of one of the enemy’s Destroyers but sadly, all three Zumwalts ships were destroyed on the 15th of December. We have no hope but on the 16th of December, the launch of a UGM113-Trident II Ballistic Missile was able to destroy one of the enemy’s fleet. On the same day, all 18 Ohio Class Submarines were ordered to launch all of their ballistic missiles, 4 Royal Navy’s Vanguard Class submarines also launched their ballistic missiles, Russian Navy’s 1 Project 941 also launched its Ballistic Missiles. This action successfully destroyed almost all of the enemy’s fleet and they were forced to retreat back to their planet. This action, though, came with a consequence. A 2 year long Nuclear Winter struck the world.” All of the Presidents and Prime Ministers listened to President Kennedy’s speech carefully “Access to the sun was blocked, crops couldn’t be grown. Chaos then happened throughout the world as people fought for survival. After the prolonged 2 years of nuclear winter ended, an estimated over 4 billion people died due to starvation and radiation on coastal cities.” President Kennedy stopped his speech for a bit, closed his eyes for a brief moment before continuing his speech “The purpose of this meeting is to unified the world, we don’t do this to happen again and this is the only solution. If we continue to pick sides, a war will happen and more will die. This World and its people suffered enough from wars..”
President Kennedy walked down from the lectern. He looked at the assistant before he collapsed to the ground.
“Get the Medic, his condition’s worsening!” shouted his assistant as he went to help President Kennedy from the ground. Everyone in the assembly hall started to get worried as they still didn’t know what was happening to President Kennedy. The Medic team suddenly arrived and an ambulance was waiting outside the building.
“What’s his condition?” asked one of the medics as he sat down to check the President.
“He has stage 3 lung cancer.” the assistant answered. The medic that asked the question looked at the assistant’s face with a horrifying look.
Two medic lifted the President to the stretcher and started moving him to the ambulance. People started following the medic as they wanted to know the condition and most of them were News reporters. They loaded him into the ambulance and drove to the Evergreen Hospital Centre where the doctors did their best to save him.
At the assembly meeting, leaders started making their decision while they were thinking of what happened to President Kennedy. After leaders made the decision, everyone started walking around, discussing what happened earlier and their thoughts on President Kennedy’s condition.
1730 Hours
Leaders sat back at their own seats, waiting for the result. Some started talking about what the result might be. President Kennedy’s assistant walked up the lectern and pulled out a paper before starting talking.
“After two and a half hours, we have come to the conclusion that Earth is officially Unified!” the assistant continued “Everyone voted for unification!”
Everyone started cheering for this moment in human’s story. After thousands of years, Earth was officially unified into one.
“What happened to the US President? It has been two and a half hours and there is no news about him?” Shouted the UK Prime Minister after he stood up.
“We are sorry but, due to the Nuclear winter, he contracted lung cancer and he died at Evergreen Hospital at 4:45 PM, at the age 75.” the assistant answered the question while holding his tears.
After the assistant delivered the answer to the question, silence filled the assembly hall. Everyone's faces started to sob after hearing this news, some held tears while some started crying non stop.
“For the first time in Earth’s history, imaginary boundaries that divided us into many sides have been erased. Today, we are not nations, we are one people, united under one or we called ourselves, United Earth Federation”

0100 Hours
Admiral Bush was walking down the hallway, going to the exit as his assistant followed him behind, holding a tablet.
“Sam, take this,” said Admiral Bush as he handed his assistant a file whose name was sam.
“UESF Milky Way Space Warfare Assault Carrier?” Said Sam as he looked at the filename. “A New Carrier Class?”

“Yes,” Admiral Bush Replied “Give it to the shipyard, I want one to be built before the end of August.”
“5 Kilometres in Length!?” Shouted Sam as he saw the specification of the new Carrier Class.
“You read that right, 5 Kilometres. We need a big carrier for Solar System scale operations” Admiral Bush replied and continued making his way to the exit “That’s just the design, I want 8 Newly developed HIFEB-I Cannon to be installed.”
“Do you want to challenge the Oriented Republic's Project Orion?” Asked Sam.
“We don't even know its purpose, specification, defence and offensive mechanisms.” Said Admiral Bush “The Milky Way Class will be a mobile fortress. It will be the heart of every operation once it is constructed. I will be going to be stationed in that carrier”
“Going? But, you’ll have a chance of being killed” Sam replied.
“I cannot let my men die while I stay here on Earth.” Admiral Bush replied back “That carrier will be the mobile command center of this entire operation. But for now, the Olympus Mons Class will be the command centre until the Milky Way carrier finishes construction. Prepare me a ship, I am going to Mars.”

Despite being a nation of war, their capital was huge. There were buildings and skyscrapers everywhere with colourful lights on those buildings, lights shined to the sky, billboards advertising products and propaganda about wars and about their ambition of control or what they called unified every nation in the Orion Arm. Busy roads filled with EV travelling despite almost midnight
On the outskirts of the city stood a high white building with a huge garden surrounding the building and it was the presidential place. Inside a big room in the middle of the building, a man was sitting on his chair while using his computer.
“Mr. President, Admiral Albertz wanted to speak with you.” a man whispered to the man sitting.
“Let him in. He might have something important to discuss with me.” replied the man who was the president of the Oriented Republic.
The wooden door leading to the presidential room was opened and the same man who commanded the attack on Earth walked inside the room. The man still wore the blue navy suit.
“Admiral Albertz, what makes you pay me a visit today?” asked the President.
“It’s about the United Earth Federation.” replied Admiral Albertz as he walked toward the chair in front of the president’s table and sat down. “Here” Admiral Albertz placed a photo on the table. “A new threat from them.”
“I see, a superweapon on their battleship.” Said the President as he looked at the photo closely and examined it. “Do you have any videos of it shooting?”
“That thing easily penetrated the Galactic Class’ new Energy shield.” Said Admiral Albertz before he put a tablet on the table which was playing a video of UESF SuperNova SB/EX-01-57 aimed its Star Focus Beam Cannon at the Galactic Class and it shot at the Galactic Class.
“Seems to be a superweapon to me.” Said the President after he watched the video twice “Blue Energy, our StarKiller Cannon shoots red energy. This thing is supposed to fire red since it is powered by Radeon Energy.”
“How did you know it shoots Radeon Energy?” Admiral Albertz asked.
“I heard that the only reason they were able to build their fleet very fast in only 4 centuries after their industrial revolution happened was because of technologies they got from the United Britannian Kingdom.” the President continued, “So, their Battleship must be using both the Dark Matter Reactor and the Antimatter Nuclear Fusion Reactor.”
“Didn’t the People's Republic of Waveria go to war with the United Britannian Kingdom 120 years ago?” Admiral Albertz asked after the President mentioned ‘United Britannian Kingdom’.
“Yes, if I remember correctly. The People’s Republic of Waveria lost the war and was forced to give 30 Star Systems to the United Britannian Kingdom but the United Britannian Kingdom chose to give those colonies their independence” the President answered the question after a brief period of thinking. “Alright, We cannot afford to lose because we have never lost a war and if we did, our colonies might rebel and the entire republic will be in trouble. It’s 11 PM now. You can go”
“Yes, Mr. President” Admiral Albertz stood up from the chair and saluted the President before picking his tablet and walking out of the room.
United Earth Federation

Atlas Corporation’s Main Shipyard, United Earth Armed Forces’ Major Military Base
8th July, 2030 CE
1000 Hours Local Time
The Base was huge with facilities everywhere on this little red planet. Fighter jets could be seen flying everywhere with vehicles driving around and a couple space battleships could be seen stationed at the base. But today was different as around 8 Olympus Mons Space Carriers were descending from the sky, carrying reserved personnel from Earth and Super Earth.
The Atlas Corporation’s Main Shipyard was not far away from the United Earth Armed Force’s Major Military Base, closed with no operation due to no more militarisation from the United Earth Space Forces and United Earth Coast Guard. The shipyard was empty, with 20 shipbuilding docks side by side with each other. Admiral Bush could be seen wearing a spacesuit, standing inside dock no.1, looking at the shipyard before he gasped and looked down. He looked at this huge dock again when the robot arms that were responsible for building the starships started to activate and lights in all 20 docks were lit up. Admiral Bush looked to his left side and saw a SuperNova Class Space Battleship with ‘UESF SuperNova SB/EX-01-01’ written on the both sides of its bow.
“Sir, the modernization of all currently active SuperNova Class Space Battleships will begin today.” said Sam as he walked from beside while wearing the same space suit as Admiral Bush.
“How long will it take?” Admiral Bush asked as he locked his eyes at the same space battleship.
“70 days to modernize every active SuperNova Class to Block 3 variant including building 10 New SuperNova Class Block 3.” Sam answered after doing some calculation in his head.
Admiral Bush, after hearing this, just walked back inside the station. Sam followed him without any hesitation. After they went inside the station, they took off their spacesuit and Admiral Bush walked somewhere without saying and Sam continued to follow him. Admiral Bush walked deep into the station. Both of them walked for a long time, walked past many corridors and went down a lift.
“Sir, Where are we going?” asked Sam after they got inside the lift.
Admiral Bush didn’t answer the question and he clicked on the number three, four, zero, one, zero, five. The Lift suddenly started descending down deep for a long time before the door opened, revealing a deserted place with no one around, and both of them walked down a pitched dark corridor before they reached a Titanium door.
“Sir, we are currently 900 metres below the surface, what are you doing here sir?” Sam asked as he looked around since there were only both of them there. Sam looked at a sign above the door. “Restricted Location?”
“Yes, I have a business to check here.” Admiral Bush said after he scanned his retina and fingerprint, confirming his identity as the Chief of Space Operations of the United Earth Space Force.
The door suddenly opened automatically. Both of them walked inside and it seemed that there were no lights inside the room, just pure darkness.
“Noah, Activate the all of the lights.” said Admiral Bush as he looked around this dark room.
Lights started to lit up, revealing what was inside the room. Sam’s face changed, his face filled with horror as what was inside the room made him feel uneasy. It wasn’t a room but a huge storage facility, filled with none other than Space Battleships specifically, SuperNova Class.
“As for now, Only a small number of people know the existence of this place including me and my subordinate.” said Admiral Bush as he looked back at Sam.
“What are we now?” said Sam as his eyes locked at the Space battleships being kept inside this huge facility. “UESF SuperNova SB/EX-03-651? There are more than 600 SuperNova Class battleships here!?”
“This is our secret facility on Mars. There are a total of 700 SuperNova Class Space Battleship Block 3 variant being kept in this facility. I am going to call our reserved personnel. We are preparing for war with the Oriented Republic” said Admiral Bush before he walked to a lift to go down, doing his business.
Sam followed Admiral Bush to the lift as the door led the room closed. “Admiral! When was this facility built?”
“I prefer not to answer, classified information” Admiral Bush replied back after both of them entered the lift. “I am just kidding, this storage facility will no longer be classified. I’ll announce the existence of this facility to the world.”
“Could you tell me?” Sam asked
“Alright.” Admiral Bush replied and answered the question “Back in 2100, after Admiral Micheal McClusky announced the commission of the SuperNova Class to the world, he felt like Earth would be in great danger or invaded in the future so he secretly ordered the construction of this underground facility that would be big enough to accommodate up to 1000 Space Battleships or 1200 SuperNova Class Space Battleships. There is another one inside the Olympus Mons mountain”
“Sir, Err, Can I take a look at the Engine of the SuperNova Class Block 3?” Sam asked “There is no information regarding the Reactor or Engine used in the SuperNova Class Block 3.”
“Alright.” Admiral Bush sighed again before answering the question “It is powered by a new engine. That’s all I want to say.”
“Ok.” Sam replied with a sob expression.
Sam looked to the side and saw a gate when out of nowhere, it opened. Both of them looked at the gate as it was opening and it was a convoy of 7 trucks waiting to enter the facility. These trucks had “Atlas Corp” written on them with a Logo resembling an A. A man came out from the first truck and it was the same man as before, the man that Admiral Bush discussed with at the Pentagon.
“Admiral Bush, we rushed the manufacturing of the 560A after hearing about the attack and now all 700 are finished.” said Mr. Palmer, the director of Atlas Corp AI department after he left the truck and was walking toward Admiral Bush.
“That’s fast.” Said Admiral Bush after he gave Mr. Palmer a glance. “We need to install all of them on those battleships as soon as possible. No time to wait.”
“Are you planning on building more Admiral?” Mr. Palmer asked after he approached Admiral Bush.
“Ohh, yes.” Said Admiral Bush after he moved his attention to Mr. Palmer “I need 100 more. We lost 10 Battleships in that attack.”
“100 More?” Said Mr. Palmer before he touched a sort of device on his arm and it seemed that he had ordered the department to manufacture more 560A Quantum Computers.
A group of people started running from the same gate and there were around 100 of them, wearing normal blue shirts and blue trousers, resembling workers, running frantically and they seemed to be late. “Sorry, Admiral, Sorry for being LATE!” shouted a worker from that group as they ran as fast as they could.
“Hurry up!” Shouted Admiral Bush “Begin the installation of 560A on all of these Battleships, Now!”
