An old curse, a green-haired info dumping tsundere, small town legends, and actual lesbians in Michigan (Real!) are things I never thought I'd run into transferring to an all-girls boarding school for my senior year but, here I am. ***** Hey, I'm Jocelyn. Just Jocelyn. I'm an 18-year-old with a sarcastic/pessimistic sense of humor (according to my friend Marianne). I'm a lesbian, model-turned-writer who decided to write her first story about herself. Yes I know how vain that sounds and I know how boring biographies can be (thanks Ms Emery) but don't worry enough happened my senior year to call this a story. A story where my goal of finishing high school is sort of thrown to the side as I deal with a "curse" that 𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘭𝘺 started sometime in the 70's and revolves around being blonde? Dumb curses aren't the only thing I'm burdened with at this school since I also have to make sure my friends don't secretly hate me, attend to that that green haired info dumping tsundere who I may or may not have feelings for and attend to an embarrassing ex who I may or may not still have feelings for. Stories have genres so let's see if I had to give my senior year a genre it would be a...coming of age rom-com maybe?
