Prologue
[A side character's genesis]
It was a warm orangey afternoon, the atmosphere was stale and silent. The hallways were empty as classes just ended and all the could be heard were the 2deafening sounds of footsteps across the long hallway. There was silence again as the loud footsteps abruptly stopped. All but a lone child could be seen infront of a seemingly empty classroom door.
“Kiyoko, I-“
but then faint voices could be heard beyond those doors. The child, nervous yet curious at the same time hesitantly peeked… the sight he saw beyond those doors truly was just "suffocating". The classroom was empty and yet so full... filled with such a heavy atmosphere the child could only describe as "pink". In that empty classroom... the love of two people blossomed as well as the hopes, dreams and trust of one insignificant child in a world filled to the brim with billions of people were crushed.
The child was 2devastated but the thing is, those two people inside that one particular classroom in that one particular late afternoon day was his best friend and also his first love. A little bit of context in here, the kindergarten, elementary and middle schools are connected and is part of one big school institute, they were all friends since they were kids and all the students there basically knew of each other.

And so... on that day, that child was never seen again. He completely disappeared off the radar. He was popular for being a kind, good and smart kid, helpful and friends with everyone too and that made it an even bigger shock for everyone for him to suddenly become somewhat of a ghost just disappearing so suddenly.
Years passed and the batch of middle schoolers graduated. Yet there were no signs of the child showing up and attending the graduation ceremony. The last memory they'd have of that child was his name at the top of their grade.- or so the story goes, that child was just stubborn and too prideful to accept the fact that he couldn't get his first love and just ditched school and shut himself in his house as he lazes around contemplating on the what if scenarios he kept on making in his head.
He was favored by his teachers and they were close enough he could call them his friends. He made 3amends with the teachers saying he'd do twice the schoolwork the others normally do in exchange for being homeschooled and due to him having such great parents as well as the things he'd done for the school when he attended it, they agreed. I'd say the child pretty much got lucky enough to do this kind of stunt and get away with it even becoming the top of his grade. That is me! Ataashi Hitoka and in the next few weeks, I'd finally get a do over at life and start my youth from the start at a new school as a first year highschooler.
