After seeing Esdeath is done he takes out cooked meat and give it to her this time she didn't fight back she quietly eats the meat looking at Katsu studying him

He makes another bed for himself and places it on the other side of the corner opposite Esdeath's bed.

Tomorrow he has another person to find so he sleeps early to recover his energy pulling his leaves blanket he hug the adorable Black magician girl and goes to sleep.

Walking back to the house Esdeath look as Katsu conflict can be seen in her eyes as she looks at the first person to show kindness to her and the knife in her hand before throwing it and hop to bed sorting out her chaotic mind

In her dream, she can see the bodies of villages and father dead burned but the voices of the villagers and father still rang out in her mind "Worthless, weakling, pathetic. coward..." it becomes louder as she tries to cover her ears she started mumbling it isn't real but the voice didn't stop. She tries beating them stabbing them cutting their head but the voices becoming crueler and more twisted until she waked up by Katsu

She feels the warm off Katsu hug but what surprised her more is the knife she throws away is now in her hand stabbing Katsu body there is even some scratch mark piecing his clothes the red liquid of blood pouring out from the knife into her hand, her fingernails are full of his blood but he didn't let her go.

Seeing her emotion is stable he let go of her the knife drop to the ground luckily it didn't hit any vital spot only flesh wounds but is still painful. He just hopes it didn't leave any permanent marks. Now he has to tear his clothes to make a bandage to cover the wound from leaking but to his surprise, Esdeath takes the ripped clothes and bandages them for him her eyes full of tears

"You shouldn't cry from something like that. You look cuter if you smiled" he replied wiping the tears from her.

As he tries to stand up she pulls him indicating him to stay with her. He didn't stop her as she pulls him down to the bed uses his shoulder to sleep. Even the floating spirit has to smile at this screen. She hovers down lays down on the other side of his arm hugging his arm to sleep like Esdeath.

Seeing this screen he is speechless but in the end, he just let them sleep on his shoulder.
