"Lizardmen?!!"

Lizardmen, one of only a few Demi-humans creatures that were present in the novel. The novel describes these creatures as shy and antisocial that don't like any attention and remain hidden in front of other Creatures.

The book tells us detailed descriptions of these creatures.They can measure Upto three meters tall and four meters long.They have green scales all over their body, split eyes, that also give them night vision, poisonous skin,and have sharp blades all over the back. They have webbed limbs and sharp claws and always love to remain submerged in ponds and lakes and can survive through photosynthesis.

'But this guy is a lot smaller and different from the ones I know of. He is hardly a meter tall. Have blue skin.Are they different species,may be Albino.All other features are their but,'

Hunter's eyes fell on the wound he was suffering through. It was around the joint where his tail was attached to his rest of the body. He looks in pain.

The baby lizard started to close his distance towards the Hunter before he collapsed down due to exhaustion. Hunter, now in a predicament to whether to leave the guy behind and take Hens to safety first or rather take care of baby Lizard.

Hunter decided to take care of the baby lizard first. As he touched the skin of the baby lizard, messages pooped up.

'You are poisoned by lizardman poison'

'It is a natural poison'

'Brother's gift is activated'

'You won't be poisoned.'

'Well at least some of my skills are useful. First let's clean the wound and then get the hell out of here. I can't waste anymore time on this. Hens still need treatment.'

Hunter cleans the Blood first, then applies some moldy bread and bandages he found in hens backpack.

Author/note: Moldy bread was often used by people in the 15th century to treat a wound as an antibiotic.

'Well this is good. He won't die from bleeding anymore. Let's leave from here.' As Hunter was about to pick up he felt a hot air in his face. Then suddenly a huge figure appears in front of him. It was a giant lizard man who appeared in front of him out of nowhere and was blowing hot air from his nostrils.

Hunter, shocked and scared, couldn't move at all. His feet stuck and he forgot to breathe. A huge green monster was standing in front of his face so close he couldn't believe what he was witnessing. 'How can I forget'.

The novel did describe lizard men lightly because they didn't had any major arc around them but the Game 'Dungeon Raiders' had a detailed description on Lizard man. The ability to remain silent in any terrain and the ability to be transparent even if the tip of the tail is touching water or they have enough moisture on their skin.

"HUMAN...BREATHE."

The lizardman said that to Hunter whose face has already turned pale and has forgotten to breathe.

"Haaaa...Haaaaaa...Haaaaa".

'Thank god he is an intelligent specimen. Lizardmen has different classes among themselves.Some are savages and some are intelligent enough to communicate with other species.

"THANKS...….HUMAN"

Is it thanking me for saving the baby lizard man.

"You.....Help.....I"

He points towards Hens, whose condition was getting worse.Then he layed down flat on ground.

"CLIMB...HUMAN"

'What is even going on here anymore. Ahhhh… just f**k it.' Hunter climbed on the back of lizardam but no poison window appeared. Did he retract his poison from his skin? I didn't know they were capable of doing it.Then he picked up the blue lizard with his mouth and started to swim at high speed.

"Hey! Umm…. Can I ask you something? Where did.... you guys come from? What ... .were you even doing….. here?."He isn't answering me. Did it not understand what I was saying?

"River...…Need...…Help.....I"

'Well I understand the first part, it looks like these sewers are connected to the river. But the other part!!! wait, don't tell me.'

"Did you come here to find help for the little one?"

"Yes.....Smart....Human"

'That's crazy on its own. It would have been fine in the future but at this timeline, they shouldn't be this smart to figure it out. Is this guy really that amazing and capable of it?'

"Who…..are you?"

"Lounge..... Guardian".

'Haaaa... so he came here for his people. That's incredibly kind. Whereas I couldn't even save anyone.'

We reached the outskirts of the city, that was the opening we could find. It's time for us to say our goodbyes.

"THANK...….HUMAN....SAFE"

'Haaaaaaaa... I didn't realize it, I did save a life here. So what if it wasn't a human life I saved. '

"HAHAHAHAHA Thanks to you to Mr. Guardian."

It nodded before leaving towards the direction of the river.

I found a Doctor in the city quickly and got Hens treated. Fortunately he survived. It is still 11:15 pm at night. It's been some time that I have been running around.

I have decided to sit beside hens, praying and hoping everyone survives this night. When I heard the knock that came outside the window. Then I heard a familiar voice of a woman calling out my name.

"MY LORD HUNTERRRR!"
