Blake was breathing heavily as he face off against the last goblin warrior, he wasn’t much more than his now-dead tribe members, but Blake is all out of magic power, and energy, and he had to sacrifice a lot of his health to keep fighting and continue to hold the barrier on the passage, that goblins had apparently chosen to die fighting, not that blake care now, but was a problem. Both of them are drenched in blood, both of them resting on their weapons, Blake on his halberd and the goblin on his forester ax.
“What do you say to you taking whatever is left of your tribe and fucking off, and I don’t kill every last one of you, it's a good deal?” Blake asked as he raised his hand to shield himself a bit from the morning sun, the battle took the greater part of six hours and Blake’s body was heavy as hell, he genuinely wanted to leave and go to bed.
“Maykw yabenn zollam, kik ywappt hall wainem, vayenn kiklard walla woul” (Human give word, we leave forest home, we go goblin home and no return) the goblin said his arms shaking a bit at the dual they had been having for the past thirty minutes.
“Agreed, I'll leave first and then you are free to do as you wish. But remember that if you enslave anyone I may have to come back and next time I'll be more powerful.” Blake said as he watched the goblin, as he raised his halberd to rest on it.
The goblin let out a weak laugh, “Ywahan maykw kossan, ywameaniadras” (i don’t plan to see you again, Deamon of the Forest Moon.) The goblin said back, as he sat down and drew deep and hard breaths.
Blake could tell that this last interaction was an honest one and started to walk toward the passage while dispelling the magic, relieving the twelve women. Each one gasped in shock at the level of carnage Blake had to unleash for their freedom, some vomiting at the stench, while others had to look away completely.
He had unleashed a blooded massacre, he didn’t even count how many he had killed, but he did it all crushed, cut, cleaved, rent, smashed, impaled, hacked, obliterated, devastated, eviscerated, even hung a few by their organs, such a night of needless savagery left his heart heavy, his posture slacked as he walked to the women.
Two rushed over and helped Blake stand upright while a third took his halberd, as he looked over. “Come on we are taking you home, that way let's go, if we leave now we will arrive by noon.” Blake said in a weak voice and nodded his head to point in a direction. However, the women who were carrying him sat him down and carefully took off his armor, handing it along with his tunic to someone else before they lifted him back up, and started their march.
To Blake, it was passing images, some forest, some more forest, and some more, until finally the land opened up and the village was ahead of him. He heard the sound of bells and shouts, the calls of familiar voices, as he was deposited into someone else's care, he didn’t remember much else past the gate of the village.
As he woke up his eyes landed on the sleeping form of Jackie beside him, her arms holding him to her breast, her grip tight around his head, his hands made their way around her and pulled her closer as he shut his eyes, the quiet of the night all he needed right now along with the warmth of her embrace.
Blake found himself in the white void again before Geie appeared, her face showed she was happy and her eyes and hair shifted through a multitude of warm colors. “Blake, I wanted to talk with you, it is for your own good mostly,” she said, her voice still as rich and smooth as he remembered.
“Of course, what do you need me to do?” Blake asked, still confused a bit as to why he was summoned.
“I understand that in your world you have a greater hold over raising children, however on Idralmain, most children are raised by one parent.” She said nonchalantly, then drifting closer “I don’t know why the women you met on the road like you, but it's not like I don’t think you are cute, but don’t hold yourself back, the worst case is that your children seek you out to learn.”
“Are you basically telling me to fuck whoever I want, forget it,” Blake said as he turned a bit away from her. “Besides, the main thing holding me back is that I want to find someone I can spend my life on Idralmain with until we both die of old age.”
Geie let out a laugh, and hovered closer to him, cupping his face and drawing him in closer “Well, I can’t die but if you want me then fine…” She said with a cheeky glint and a wink. “All jokes aside, no, I am saying enjoy the long life you have, even the elves don’t live as long as you will, and I understand that sounds like a curse, this blessing is for the betterment of the world. The changes you will make, you can oversee them until they are permanent, why not enjoy the affections of those around you while you are at it”

Blake thought over her information and looked over at her, “So I would have to wait thousands of years before I go to find someone to love at the end of my life…” He said with a bit of dejection, then shook his head “I can't think about this now, can you send me back please.”
She gave him a warm yet disappointed smile and waved her hand.
Blake woke up to a morning sun cutting into the room, and the sounds of birds singing in the early twilight. He shifted away from Jackie, both to breathe and to move away from her embrace, his head tilting a bit to look at her face, her own sleep slowly withdrawing, as her eyes opened to him smiling at her and she smiled back.
As she cupped his face with her hands, feeling the bags still faint under his eyes. “Good morning Blake, how do you feel?” She said to him, her voice still a bit sleepy but clear.
“I feel like I need to sleep more but can’t,” He said back and shifted a bit so he could be laying at the same level as her, “Also my body is sore as hell.” His eyes lingered on her for a bit, “Why are you in this bed with me though?”
She blushed a bit and looked away from him, her mind calling up the events that brought her here, “I heard you groan while you were sleeping last evening and I came to check on you, it seemed like you were in pain, so I used a skill I have that soothes the body of someone I sleep next to.” She covered her face as the embarrassment at the choices she made came up in her heart, “so I figured that if I slept next to you you would recover faster…” she said her voice a bit muffled by her hands, her eyes showing the discomfort at the subject, but Blake could see that there was a second reason, and he cocked his brow at her when she peeks between her fingers, “And I wanted to be close to you even if it was while you were sleeping.” Blake smiled as he pulled her face free of her hands.
He was glad that she had told him the truth, so he came in and kissed her, the sudden intimacy stunning her, his mind slowly unshackling the thoughts he had for her, as she embraced him, one hand running into his auburn hair, the other settling on the back of his shoulder. He glided his hands along her back and the sides of her abdomen, his fingers creating lines of his desire across her skin. As their kissing grew a bit fervent as they kept going until she pushed him away. Her eyes showed her excitement and joy at his desire, but her face showed hesitation.
“Sorry, Blake, I want to but now that you are awake, I have other things to do, and you need to rest still.” She said as she got up and off the bed, leaving him to see the sight of her unclothed form as she stood up, glancing over her shoulder as she stepped out the door, “We can pick this up later, you are leaving tomorrow after all.” She gave him a wink before leaving him alone.
Blake stared at the door for a second longer than needed before laying back down. [this fucking world’s customs are amusing and annoying] he thought to himself but wanted to see something “Open rank” he said with a raised left hand. He watched as the window opened but then stopped showing information, with a small box opening, asking if he would like to utilize optimization, [umm…sure I guess] he thought then the stats window flickered before coming back in a new format. [yeah the god of the earth is definitely a gamer nerd, glad to see he is still watching over me though]

[wait what the hell, that thing the goblin called me is a title, oh well. I may as well see what it does along with the champion one} Blake thought and opened the two points of interest up for more information.
Daemon of the Forest Moon: while fighting at night in a forest territory all hostile creatures of a power rank lower than you will lose half their fighting spirit when you are in their line of sight. Enemies that die by your physical attacks will also replenish your Health, Spell points, and Energy points by one.
[what the fuck… it's like I am a vampire at night, that is so fucked, never mind let's check the next one.] he thought as his eyes focused on the next one.
Champion of Yari’s Yard: The Villagers of Yari’s Yard recognize you as their champion, reducing the needed Trust, Faith, and Honor score to force cooperation to one-tenth the standard, this power can’t be used to make them act against their personal will.
[so they are basically more likely to help me out if I want them to, as long as the request is in their own interest.] Blake dropped his hand making the window disappear, [I can already imagine what may happen if some screw loose person from my world would do with that. I guess that's why you have to be a virtuous person to come here, but I am not that, not really anyways.]
