Chapter 1: Waking Up.

Silence. An eery silence enveloped the tight suffocating place Sebastian Mouro was currently in. He didn't know where he was nor since when he was there. He have been inhaling and exiling loudly since a while now, but no air was entering nor exiting his body. There wasn't any oxygen in that place, but, strangely enough he didn't feel like he was dying or he was in need of breathing. And that idea terrified him.

Humans need to breath to live, so if I don't need breathing then what am I?

He thought with his strangely clearer than usual mind. And then like a torrent His memories started surfacing, from his first memory, which was of him being patted by his loving mother while she kindly smiled, up to his last, being of a tragic death and a mysterious flying figure.

I am dead? He asked himself. But he knew the correct answer was yes. Then is this the afterlife? He thought, and he almost believed his religious conclusion due to him being already dead and not needing air, but the slightly childish voice of a young man in his last teens negated such thoughts.

"No, this is my beloved underground castle."

Said the voice who came from somewhere near Sebastian, but it sounded odd, like it was heard from the other side of a wall, thought Sebastian.

"Of course it will sound like this, because you are in a coffin."

Said the young man. And these words shocked Sebastian, not because he was inside a coffin, but because he didn't utter a single. Is he reading my mind? He asked himself, and surprisingly an answer came.

"Yes, I do. Because you are a subordinate of mine, we have a linked thought network."

Such an answer was heard, no, he didn't hear it, but it suddenly popped inside Sebastian's head.

While still in a state of confusion the young man's voice was heard once again.

"I will open it so wait a second."

The sound of someone clearing his throat echoed outside the coffin Sebastian was currently in, and then these words was uttered by the young man, but this time his childish voice contained an indescribable sense of seriousness, maturity and power.

"The container of power, the forger of the mighty, the transformer of weakness open before I, the ancestor of the night dwellers and the day loathers, The True Vampire, Conan Von Blood."

It was when he finished voicing his words the the led of the coffin disappeared leaving nothing but sparkling golden particulars.

Sebastian even more confused than before, but he didn't lay there motionlessly, he grabbed the sides of the metallic coffin as support and he stoop up.

What he saw with his now red eyes was a huge circular room, it was nearly one hundred meters in diameter, the floors and walls were made of an ashen white colored marble, and there was no kind of furniture whatsoever. And in front of him was a dull looking, black haired young man, he would have been forgettable if it wasn't for his jade-like pale skin that gives the impression that it will beak if you touch it, and hid blood colored red eyes. He, Conan Von Blood, wore a black ceremonial suit.

"Sebastian Mouro from now on you shall become Sebastian M. Scarlet, my butler."

Said Conan while looking at Sebastian's eyes with his eerily beautiful crimson ones.

"Yes, sir."

Replied Sebastian unintentionally, it was as if his whole body pushed him to spilling those words out.

"Good, let's start the training!"

Said Conan in an enthusiastic manner while smiling brightly like a kindergarten kid who made a new friend.
