Draco stood at the exit gate of the station, gazing out at the group of reporters that had gathered to meet him. There were probably 10 to 15 of them, all standing outside the station and waiting for him to emerge. with their cameras and recording equipment at the ready, and multiple agency vehicles standing nearby.
Why are these reporters interested in meeting with me? Who gave them information regarding my case?
Dunken, who was standing next to Draco, said, "It looks like you've become quite famous."
“What! I don't want this kind of fame , How do they know about the case”
"Perhaps someone summoned them," Draken speculated, looking at the constable and the sub-inspector Alex.
Seeing Draken Look back Draco also looked towards the Constable and Alex
It must be that the constable , He didn't give me good vibes.
Looking towards the gate, Draco could see the cameras and microphones in the reporters’ hands, and he felt a sense of dread wash over him. It was all so public, and he didn't want anyone to know what he was going through. He could see the reporters whispering to each other, pointing towards the exit gate.
Then Dunken said ,
“They might surround you Lets help you get to the car We will drop you to your home”
“Alright” said Draco nodding towards Dunken
Draco knew that he had to face the reporters; thus, he took a deep breath and squared his shoulders, trying to gather his thoughts and compose himself.
Dunken Looked towards the Constable and Alex and said,
“You two take him to the car and drop him to his home I am coming along”
The 3 of them surrounded him in a circle and then we went for the exit as they approached the exit reporters noticed them and rushed towards them ,
"Officer, what happened during the investigation?"
“Sir, Can you tell us your side of the story?"
“Is your wife really a Vampire”
“Why did you marry a Vampire ?”
All the reporters surrounded them. They were shouting Draco's name, snapping pictures, and recording videos. The commotion was so loud that it felt like the whole world was watching him as he made his way down the stairs and out of the station. As this commotions was going on Dunken stepped in and said,
If you spot this narrative on Amazon, know that it has been stolen. Report the violation.
"Please let Mr. Wilson leave. He has been through a lot and needs time to process everything that has happened. We will make a statement when we have more information."
The reporters hesitated for a moment before some of them backed off but most of them were still persistent. Even though the crowd was crazy, Draco kept his cool and focused on making his way through it. He could feel the cameras flashing and the microphones being thrust in his face, but he kept his head down and kept moving, determined to make it through the exit and escape the glare of the media. It was a difficult and stressful situation. Eventually, Draco and the police officers were able to make their way to the car. Some of the reporters even looked towards them with a disappointing look and started reporting something.
Draco, with the help of officers, managed to make it to the car. He quickly climbed inside and locked the doors, letting out a sigh of relief. Alex sat in the driver’s seat, started the engine, and pulled out of the parking lot.
As the car picked up speed and left the chaos of the station behind, Draco couldn't help but feel a sense of relief wash over him. It had been a difficult and stressful situation, but he had made it through. He leaned back in his seat and closed his eyes, letting out a deep sigh as he tried to relax and collect his thoughts. It had been a long and difficult day, but now, finally, he was on his way home, and he couldn't wait to get there.
Draco couldn't help but wonder what the future held for him. He had been through a lot in the past few days and was not sure how he was going to handle the media attention and the scrutiny that would come with it. The shock of Azrael leaving him had been difficult to bear, and he was still trying to process everything that had happened. He couldn't believe how much had happened in just two days and how much his life had changed. Draco knew that he would have to find a way to deal with all of this, but he wasn't sure where to start.
As the car drove through the streets of the city, Draco couldn't help but think about the past and the events that had led him to this point. He thought about his wife, Azrael, and how she had revealed to him that she was a vampire. He still couldn't believe it and wasn't sure how he felt about it. He also thought about the lie detector test and the questions that Detective Duken had asked him. He had been honest during the test, but he knew that people would still be skeptical and question his involvement in the crime. Draco was so lost in thought that he didn't even realize when they had arrived at his house. It wasn't until the car came to a stop in his driveway that he snapped back to reality. He thanked the police officers for their help and climbed out of the car, feeling a sense of exhaustion wash over him. He made his way to his front door and let himself inside, grateful to be home and away from the chaos of the outside world. Draco knew that he had a lot to think about and a lot of decisions to make. But for now, he just wanted to rest and try to come to terms with everything that had happened. He headed to his bedroom, ready to put this day behind him and start fresh tomorrow.
Draco went to sleep after having some roast chicken for dinner. He was exhausted and hadn't been able to eat properly , so he was relieved to finally be able to sit down and enjoy a decent meal. As soon as he went to bed, he started sleeping soundly, grateful for the opportunity to rest and recharge after such a tumultuous few days…..
At night, Draco woke up, feeling a sudden thirst for water. He sat up in bed and rubbed his eyes, trying to shake off the grogginess of sleep. Draco forced himself to get out of bed and make his way to the kitchen. As he walked through the dark and quiet house, he couldn't help but feel a sense of unease creeping over him. The atmosphere in the room felt strange, almost chillingly cold, and he couldn't shake the feeling that something was off. It was as if the walls were closing in, and he had the distinct feeling that he was being watched. Finally, he made it to the kitchen and reached for a glass of water. As he took a long drink, he felt a sudden hand on his back, long nails digging into his skin. He froze, his hair standing on end as low as possible. The glass of water dropped from his hand, making a loud voice, and then he heard a menacing voice whisper in his ear.
"Hello, Draco Wilson."
