I just grinned at her and left the tavern and went straight to the guild, where my first quest was already waiting for me. On the way, I passed the market and thought about making a short detour there to buy a snack. The market was full of people as expected, but unfortunately, I did not see a small stand selling anything on the spit. It was probably too early for that, so I decided to just buy an apple. Thus, I looked for the suitable stand before I found one, I went to the man who was shouting loudly, probably to make advertisement for his goods.
'' An apple please. '' I said to the man
He gave me an apple and asked for a silver coin and as I was about to give him the silver coin I was suddenly pushed from behind.
'' ahh what the- '' I said confusedly
In response, I turned around and saw a child running away with 2 apples in his hand, I thought at first that something like this often happens. '' yes mama. '' said the other child
Once I saw that, I also went into the alley which the kids noticed the two girls ran into a corner while their brother stood in front of them.

'' ...just leave them here alone, we don't need them '' said the man with a creepy smile.
Their mother didn't really had a good feeling about this guy from the beginning, so she refused. The man was silent before he got back into the carriage and rode away with the knights. But that night he came back, but this time he wasn't so friendly, he set the farm on fire and took the mother with him, leaving the children behind.
'' And do you know where this man lives? ''
'' no.... After this reply the boy began having tears in his eyes.

And right after that I heard loud shouts and people running down the stairs before several guards came out of the door. In that moment I wanted to try something, I went slightly down on my knees and used superhuman strength and speed and swung my sword from left to right.

It was a skill I had picked up when I was on my way to the mansion because I had left a skill point for exactly those situations.
