All of a sudden Hikaru heard with his keen hearing a shout or a scream somewhere out in the forest. He knew that he couldn't abandon someone in desperate need of saving so he bounded from tree top to tree top in their direction.
He spied the fox gilr she had cute short cropped hair in a bowl cut and two fennec fox ears adorining her head. She wore a traditional miko dress topped with an apron Maybe she was in the middle of cleaning when she was attacked. Hikaru thought. She did look cute just like one of the fox girls from one of his anime. Wide eyes that were wide and star filled she was so cute that Hikaru didn'tknow what do do with himself.
He landed right in front of the Fox girl protecting her from the group of gnolls that were seemingly threatening her.
"Aiyeee.... a monster..." Shouted the fox girl.
"It's okay I'm not a monster, I'm here to protect you from those nasty looking fellas." Said Hikaru. The Fox girl looked Hikaru over for a minute before regaining her composure. Sure it's not every day that a mountain of muscle comes down and tries to protect you. But it still kinda hurt when she called me a monster.
"Thank you kind werewolf crusader, these gnolls have been menacing my village, and I was given as tribute to them. They were about to eat me when you showed up." Said a fox girl he clothes were ragged and torn and she needed someone to fend off this group of gnolls who emanated murderous intent.
"We's got's the girl fair and square. She was given to us by their village to stop terrorizing them. She's no one in particular you see and she looks mighty delicious. No one would even bat an eye if she goes missing." Said the Gnoll.
"Do not interfere where you're not wanted you would make fast enemies that way" Said the gnoll who appeared to be in charge of the whole thing. At least he was the boss of the current group of raiders.
"Please brave werewolf cursader save me from being eaten and I'll make it worth your while. I can't do much by myself, but back in the village I acted as a healer and oracle for most of the village. I could do real well if you added me as a party member." She said.
Hikaru considered this, would he even need a healer with his healing factor. Surely, she could do more than heal such as removing status ailments from the players. If that were the case she would be the worthy party member indeed.
"Can you do something other than heal. Can you for instance remove poisoning and other negative status ailments." ask Hikaru, he would save her regardless but he wanted to know if she would really be as valuable a party member as she says.
"Of course, I'm good at removing negative status ailments and debuffs. What kind of a novice healer do you take me for?" said the mag stomping her feet and getting red in the face. She was definitely someone with a feisty temper.

"Okay... Okay... so of course I'll rescue you. Don't worry about it and get behind me." Said Hikaru "Honestly, you don't have a thing to worry about."
"What about you, you're naked only a loincloth and your claws and fangs to defend the both of us." She worried. "Are you sure you can? I mean these gnolls ransacked my village leaving nothing but destruction in their wake are you sure you're ready to take them all on yourself?"
Hikaru didn't know he didn't check his own status window when he had reincarnated into this body.

"That's one impressive stat sheet." Said the fox girl. "Nevermind I'm sure you can handle this much youself."
"Don't ignore us!" Said the Gnoll raider captain. "Don't you dare look down on us we've got enough of that without having Balto here look down on us as well."
"I'll give you three seconds to lay down your arms and repent for what you were about to do so that you may leave her with your lives.
[Quest activated: Rescue Amethyst- the fox girl healer.[
"Whatever, I'm bored with this. You two take care of our uninvited guest here and I'll meet the two of you back at base camp." Said the gnoll raider captain, he leapt upwards towards the trees and within a few minutes he was gone. Presumably back to base camp.
"Let's just eat the fox girl" Said the second of the gnoll raiders. "She smells so good almost like a bed of flowers, I'm already drooling."
"Don't eat her all by yourself," Said the other gnoll raider under the captains's ccommand. ""She looks super tasty, I can't wait to have just a nibble."
"Back off of her." Hikaru growled letting the other three canines know that he was dead set on protecting her even if it meant his life.
[Quest Started: Defeat the minor gnoll raiders! Battle Start!]
"Well then you two get Mr. Werewolf here and make sure he pays for standing up against us." Said the Gnoll captain."

The gnoll used one of his abilities and his sword changed to a silver color reflecting the color of the moon and attempted to hit Hikaru with it to no avail he was too fast dodging for all it was worth. He doubted however, even if it did his that it would do muh damage as he had gotten rid of his character's weakness to silver a long time ago by doing a quest for the goly order and coming fully into god's favor.
After a few swings Hikaru caught the Gnoll's blade in his hands and readily broke it. His reaction speed was hard for even the gnolls eyes to keep up with in fact to them it probably looked like he had stood completely still. He could easily dispatch them if he wanted to.
The other gnoll used a skill [Claws of the Devourer] and lashed out against Hikaru with their cursed claws. Hikaru dodged this readily, grabbed the top of the gnoll raider's head raised his body off the ground with one hand and threw his body against the cliff-face.
This shook the cliff face and no doubt left the gnoll raider worse for wear but it did not kill either of them. "Now that you're done with your turn,," Said Hikaru. "Let me proceed with mine."
Hikaru raised one finger to the sky and activated his skill [Swords of Light] Then all of a sudden huge swords made out of soldified light rained down on the enemy and pinned both of them firmly in place, leaing each of them with only 1 HP. "If you value your lives down come after me when I go after your boss.. With that Hikaru set off in order to face off against the gnoll raider captain.
