Where the young heroes are being trained each and everyday so that they're ready to fight the oncoming threat that is the Vermillion King. Currently everyone was in class. Today's lesson was Mana. Their teacher stood infront of the class as she began teaching.
" Welcome students. Today we'll be learning about Mana. Let us begin firstly, I'm sure you all know already but Mana is the source of all life, without Mana nothing can exist even things that aren't alive are made out of Mana. Such as Mana stones etc. Now let's begin. Mana is separated into two parts. Life force and Energy. Life force isn't really hard to understand. The park that's hard is to understand is Energy because it's the beginning of everything else we use such as magic etc.
But it's separated into Five Categories that you all must know by now.
1. Magic
2. Physical
3. Arcane
4. Void
5. Spiritual
A normal person can carry one but none of you are normal so I'm sure you have 2 3 or even 4, but no one has ever had 5. Except of course God's. But that's a topic for another day.
Now let's continue with the explanation. Let's begin with Magic.

"Magic is the most accessible form of Energy, and it's what most of you will use in your daily lives. Magic is the manipulation of raw Energy into a form that interacts with the world around us. It can be used to create, transform, and destroy matter, but its primary use is to manipulate the elements and the forces that govern the physical world.
When we speak of magic, we're generally referring to the elemental branches: Fire, Water, Earth, Air, and the lesser-known ones like Lightning, Ice, and Metal. These are the basic forces that form the foundation of magical practice.
A novice will usually begin by learning to control a single element, mastering it before moving on to others. The key here is the relationship between the caster's will and the Energy they channel. Magic is not about brute force, but about understanding the flow of Energy and shaping it into the desired effect. For example, to create a fireball, a mage doesn't simply summon a flame—no, they pull the latent Fire Energy from the environment, shape it with their mind, and bind it with their Life Force to bring it into existence.
But as simple as it sounds, magic requires constant practice and control. Unskilled use can result in backfire, injury, or worse—especially when dealing with volatile elements like Fire or Lightning. The more you attune your senses to the different energies, the easier it becomes to control and manipulate them, but only through discipline."

"Now, Physical Energy. This category is the manipulation of the Mana that enhances the body. It directly influences the user's strength, speed, endurance, and vitality. This form of Energy is the foundation for what we call 'combat magic,' where a practitioner focuses more on enhancing their physical abilities rather than casting spells.
By drawing upon Physical Energy, you can increase your reflexes, heal minor wounds, and even manipulate your own body's molecular structure to become more resistant to damage. It is crucial for any warrior or athlete, for without Physical Energy, one’s body would be unable to keep up with the demands of battle or strenuous activity.
This is the form of Energy that is most commonly used by those who wish to fight on the front lines. The more control you have over your Physical Energy, the more you can push your body beyond normal human limitations—without breaking it."
The instructor's eyes narrowed slightly, watching the faces of the students.
"Next, Arcane Energy. Arcane Energy is where things get more... complicated. This form of Energy manipulates the fundamental laws of reality itself. Time, space, gravity, and even the flow of light—Arcane Energy can affect all these and more. However, unlike the elements of Magic, Arcane Energy is not something that can be wielded easily. It requires a deep understanding of the universe’s rules and an innate ability to bend them to your will.
You’ve likely heard of teleportation, time manipulation, or the creation of invisible barriers—these are all applications of Arcane Energy. However, the more you manipulate Arcane forces, the greater the risk of disrupting the fabric of reality itself. Too much interference, and you could cause temporal rifts or spatial distortions that threaten existence. Mastering Arcane Energy is no small feat, and it often takes years of study and precise control to even begin to understand its true potential."
The teacher paused, allowing the gravity of Arcane Energy to settle in.
"Void Energy. Now, this is a dark and dangerous force. Void Energy is the manipulation of nothingness. It is the absence of anything—the removal of matter and energy from existence itself. Void Energy is not simply destructive; it is erasing. It has the potential to erase living beings, objects, and even concepts from reality entirely. It is a force that threatens to unravel the world itself if mishandled.
Void Energy is incredibly rare, and even the most skilled of practitioners approach it with extreme caution. The line between control and chaos is thin with Void Energy, and only those with iron discipline can wield it without succumbing to its corrupting influence. To use Void Energy is to embrace the very concept of nothingness, and it often comes with a price—a toll on the user's body, mind, or soul."
The room grew quiet, as students shifted uncomfortably in their seats.
"Finally, we come to Spiritual Energy. This is the most subtle and most elusive form of Energy. Spiritual Energy is tied to the soul, to the mind, and to the deeper, intangible forces of the universe. It deals with emotions, thoughts, and even the influence of spirits and divine beings. Those who specialize in Spiritual Energy can communicate with the dead, manipulate memories, or influence the will of others. It is often used for healing, protection, or divination, but it can also be used for cursing, possession, and other darker arts.
Spiritual Energy is unique because it does not rely on the physical body as much as the other categories. Instead, it draws from the inner world, the unseen realms of consciousness. It can also interact with other forms of Energy, strengthening or even manipulating their effects. For example, a Spiritual practitioner may use their Energy to cleanse a corrupted area of Arcane Energy, or even to purify a wound infused with dark magic."
The teacher took a deep breath, scanning the room of students.
"So, while each of these categories has its own strengths and applications, the most powerful practitioners are those who can wield more than one form of Energy. A mage who can manipulate both Magic and Physical Energy is capable of casting devastating spells while maintaining their physical prowess. A skilled Arcane practitioner with knowledge of Void or Spiritual Energy can manipulate the very laws of reality to their will.
But the key to true mastery lies in balance. It’s not enough to simply wield multiple categories of Mana. You must understand their interactions, their limits, and their dangers. Mana is vast, and only through understanding its complexities can you unlock its true potential."
