Sentinels and Axiom has a meeting today to discuss the joint operation.
Eris the first one to be at the Cafe starts to check her stats to know what she will pick to upgrade her stats.

Rika came and saw Eris with a pouty lips with her both hands on his cheeks
"What's with the face?" -Rika as she check Eris' integra
"Ooh (Smirked)" -Rika with a bullying face

"Did you hear the rumors? A completer known as the side guy is barely living in the portal." -Axiom member 1
"We all are, right? (Laughs)" -Axiom member 2
"But this guy is unbelievable. That's an E Rank portal and can't even take it (laughs hard)" Axiom member 1
Rika and Eris has a gist of who they are talking about and was about to stand up to confront them but the Leader of the troops came..

"Hey completer give me potions!" -D Rank Tanker
Vel gave a potion to him
"If you are not going to move faster, I will kick you out!" -E Rank Swordsman to Vel
"Sorry sir!" -Vel as he put his head down.
Vel and the party are in the portal. Researcher says this is an E Rank portal but the monsters classification are in D Rank. The party having a hard time clearing the portal as they are countering wolves who has the speed to scratch them.
After a few minutes Wolves starting look behind them and a Large footstep can be heard from the distance.
"Is it the Boss?" -E Rank Healer
"Finally! Now we can clear the portal once we took that boss out!" -D Rank Tanker
The tanker in the party ran towards the dark place where the footstep can be heard. Then suddenly..
"Aaaah" A loud scream was heard and a whole arm was flying and landed in front of Vel..
Vel's eyes widened as he saw the arm.
The Healer and the Swordsman saw the Tanker's body holding by the Minotaur.
"Minotaur?! That's a B Rank monster!" -E Rank Swordsman
The healer did not make a word and ran away but got hit by the axe and he was split in half. It was the Minotaur's weapon. The upper body flies and the lower body stays intact on the ground.
The Swordsman cannot move out of fear, the Minotaur slowly walking to him, ground shaking with every step. while Vel is taking the advantage, he sneaks and hide to one of the pillars.
"I don't want to die.." Swordsman as he whispers
Minotaur roars to the Swordsman and grabbed him.
"Please, Please" -Swordsman as keeps whispering
The Portal boss threw the Swordsman to the wall. Blood was scattered and Vel looked and he saw that the Swordsman was staring at him while lying on the ground like it was asking for help.
Minotaur punched the ground where the Swordsman is leading to instant death and blood sprayed around the area.
"I can't die yet." -Vel shaking and holding his mouth to not be heard.
Minotaur smashed where Vel is hiding leading him to fly due to hit impact.
Vel crawling on the ground using every ounce of his strength to stand up.
'am I going to die here?'
'I can't die yet'
'How about Sel?'
Vel thinks of the things that could happen if he dies..
"Aaaarg" -Vel forcing himself to stand but got kick by the minotaur that sent him flying again.
Vel covered in blood crawling with his hands.
'I don't want to die'
'Not now'
'Somebody help me'
Minotaur grabbed his legs and thrown him in the wall. Vel smashed on the wall and slid until he sits on the ground with his back on the wall covered in blood. His vision is getting blurry.
'Somebody..'
Minotaur walking towards him planning to finish him off
'I'm still useless afterall'
'Sel.. I'm sorry. I think I can't make our promise'
Minotaur stood in front of him.
'God'
'If you are real..'
'Please give me the power to stand..'
'Give me the power to sit at the top of the pillar..'
Everything around Vel turned white and a lady covered in white light appears in front of him.
The lady is not speaking a word and yet Vel can understand her.
Vel reached for her hand and the Lady grabbed it. Light came out from their hands and his integra prompted.

Vel opened his eyes and saw a light . He checked his surrounding and it seems like he's in the hospital.
He felt a familiar hug to his side and saw Sel sleeping.
"How did I get here?" -Vel pinched his cheeks to confirm if he is dreaming or not.
The nurse opened the door and saw Vel sitting. She was shocked to see him out of coma that she had to call the Doctor. Vel can't remember how he got there or how he got out of the portal.
Doctor came in to examine him but to a surprise there's no sign of wound or concussion on him. The Doctor is confused on how a miracle happened.
Vel and Sel are temporarily staying in the hospital while Vel agreed they will need to do some research to make sure he's fully okay.
Vel checked his integra and his eyes widened.

After a few months Vel got out in the hospital and he received a message..

"Let's go home Sel.." -Vel

Later that night he bought a cheap sword from the market and went to the meeting place.
Vel does not do anything in the Hospital but to exercise. Now he's ripped and does not look like a completer.
6 Members came to the meeting place and he saw a strange man who doesn't talk.
"Sign the contract and read details." -Captain of the party.
Vel and the others and signed the contract and entered the portal.
It's a castle. It was briefed in the Contract that this is a B rank Portal and they were ordered to retrieve a scroll. That agency theorized that this is something they can use to know about portals and enemies.
Clearly agency wanted to take advantage to gain itself.
As the party sneaks to the castles they see multiple guards that seem like Demons but in knight form.
"Everyone. Be quiet when you move. If we get caught it's over" -Captain of the party
The group moves inside the castle without being noticed. There are many monsters that is on guard and patrolling. They discovered an underground stairs that leads to a place that looks like a storage room. It has many rooms divided for each category. The captain comes up with a plan.
"Let's divide into three groups. You two completers look in that room and we will search for the other rooms." Captain
Vel and the guy nodded and made their way to the room

As soon as they are in the room the silent guy grabbed Vel's shoulder to stop him.
Vel instantly stopped and looked at the guy.
"Don't try to look. This is a trap." -Guy
"Huh? What do you mean?" -Vel
"We already retrieve the scroll.." -Guy
"I don't understand" -Vel as he looked at the Guy with confusion
"We hired them to retrieve something to test their powers and skills.. and it looks like they are using the completer as a tool for them to escape" -Guy
"So we need to get out of here" -Vel
"We should.. but this storage area is already surrounded by monsters and I'm not a fighter.. The only thing we can do is to go with the flow" -Guy
Vel do not have a choice but to trust the Guy. Even if the party clashed with the monsters they would die. So instead of using us. This guy is using them instead.
"Don't get me wrong. I'm not a bad guy. I just want to look for traits and qualities to hire " -Guy
Vel just nodded.
As they hide in that room until they are called. A loud crashed was heard outside. The party immediately looked outside to know the situation
"Sir.. they are blocking the exit." -Mage 1
"Damn it! We don't have a choice.. force our way out. Attack!" -Captain as he leads the clash to the monsters.
Vel and the Guy immediately peek at the door and saw that the party is clashing. The Captain and the melees went to clash them head on to hold their defenses while backline members attacking the front monsters. However, a different looking monster walked in and they can feel its powerful aura.
That monster is wearing a katana, purple armor and cape. Monster started to attack the Captain and was easily hold his shield to defend.
Vel and the Guy saw the opportunity to escape. As they ran out through the exit door and they saw a group of monsters waiting outside.
"They are not just monsters.. they look like a knight. It's odd that they are using tactics for a monster" -Vel
"You're right. Maybe they are human as well or a monster with high iq." -Guy
Vel unsheathed his sword to prepare himself.
"Stop! They are C Rank monsters! we can't handle it!" -Guy
"If we don't try we'll be dead. I'm not planning to die without fighting" -Vel
Vel started to run to the first enemy. Their swords met as they swing their swords. Vel git surprised as he has the same strength as the monster.
'is it because of the Grace?' Vel as he assest the enemy. Vel dodged the second attack to kill the monster. One after another he killed the knights 1 by 1 using his mind.
'He does not move like a lvl 1..' as he assess Vel based on his movement.
Vel already killed half of the knights outside and his stamina is starting to run dry.
"Stay close to me. I'll take care of them. We will leave this place together" -Vel as he prepares to launch an attack again.
The Guy just stood there on amazement as Vel started to kill the C Ranks knight 1 by 1.
As Vel fighting the monsters. The archer's body was seen in the sky that looked like he was tossed.
*Splat* the Archer laid flat on the floor with his body covered in blood and can obviously seen a hole in the stomach.

Vel 's stamina running out and just stares at the knights thinking what he can do.
'Is he really a completer?' Guy amazed by Vel
The Purple looking monster started to appear out of the room. Blood on the katana can be seen dripping.
Vel knows that if they fight that monster they'll die.
The Guy brought out a Blue Crystal in his pocket. "Out" as the Guy shouted. Vel and the Guy glowed and in an instant they were transported out in the portal.
"What did you do?" -Vel panting
"I used an emergency crystal" -Guy
Vel immediately sat on the ground laid his back on the wall to rest
"Are you using false rank?" -Guy
"What's that?" -Vel
"Nothing. Nevermind.. anyway, I'm Kyle Helsworth. I'm planning to build an agency and I would like to recruit you." -Kyle
Vel stopped panting and stared right in his eyes..
"Really?" -Vel
"Yes. The Agency will start by the beginning of next month. I'll call you. For the mean time.. kindly sign this then I'll give you the sign on bonus" -Kyle
"How much is the Bonus?" -Vel asked
"2 million hal" -Kyle
Vel's eyes widened and signed the contract without hesitating.
"Alright. Here's the money. I'll call you" -Kyle handed the money to Vel
Vel nodded as he saw Kyle walking away. Vel cannot explain what happened but he's excited to get back to Sel.
