HARRY POTTER:LOVE AND ADVENTURE
PLATFORM NINE AND THREE QUARTER

PLATFORM NINE AND THREE QUARTER

I watched the boy with the lightning scar struggle with his trunk, he had a backpack, on his back, and the weight of the luggage seemed to overwhelm him, he always looked silent and aloof even in our first encounter. why the hell was no one accompanying him?

he accidentally tripled over the trunk and fell. the trunk dropped with a thud spilling the neatly arranged content.

I rushed over to help him collect some stationaries that had been scattered all over the platform. his books were similar to mine so I figured out all the first year would be taking the same subject.

as I was handing over the books to him, a hand snatched them from me and shoved me violently out of the way

"you keep away from Harry or I will beat you as my dad did to yours"

The red head boy was puffing up with his face having blushed a deep red that was only rivalled by the hair in his head. from the looks of him, I didn't doubt he was ready to pick a fight. however, I wasn't in a state of mind to be engaged in a squabble.

what had I been thinking anyway, I should have known they were together.

I slowly walked to where our luggage was. there was no use defending myself. after all, my family was slowly but truly shaping my life

it seemed my father's enemies would have to be mine no matter how bad I tried.

trust was a hard thing to earn in this world, just like in any other!

the boys were joined by the redhead's mother and an older-looking boy in Hogwarts uniform, his red hair declared him an older brother to my nemesis, a little girl with an even large mass of the red family emblem in her head was tugging at the woman dress

just how crazy is this world?

I watched as the red-head family, and the boy Harry potter go through a wall between platforms nine and ten as if it wasn't there.

they simply walked through the barrier and disappeared

actually, now that I am thinking about it, that seems like where platform nine and three quarter would be. the admission letters indicated that the Hogwarts express was to be boarded at this point

whoever came up with this idea deserved a noble prize. I was starting to develop a respect for scholars of this world. they were masters of hiding things in plain view. in this realm, things were not entirely what you thought they were. people didn't say what they meant and never meant what they said. you kinda had to figure things out yourself.

a screech behind me brought me back to the moment

I turned to see my mother carrying a barn owl in a cage .they had rushed to a pet shop and left me to watch over our luggage. Aster held a similar cage but with a snowy owl that was staring at me with dislike like its owner.

mhhh, maybe hate is contagious after all

mother handed me the cage

"here is your owl honey, we really have to get going or you shall miss the train."

she picked up our luggage and headed for the spot the red family had gone through. my sister followed her closely.

I was reluctant to go, what if I couldn't pass the barrier and I ended up hitting my head on the wall and making a fool of myself?.

what if the barrier only allowed the natural-born wizards and witches,?

guess there was only one way to find out,

momentum!

I had long decided not to mourn over my predicaments.in this world, you just had to keep moving and hope for the best. what was meant to happen would happen after all.

perge movere! isn't that the latin word for "moving forward"? , ooh never mind, I ain't sure either!

I tightened my grip on the cage and the owl chose the moment to hoot as if to encourage me.

" hang on tight buddy, you and I will form a great team if we survive this"

mother and Aster went through the barrier with no trouble, shutting my eyes tight I hastened my pace and braced for the impact that never came.

I was on the other side!.

hurrah! how about that! one barrier down

we had emerged on some kind of a station. in front of us stood a large red, 4-6-0 steam engine, with the name Hogwarts Castle embossed on its side.it looked like any steam engine with the exception that I couldn't spot any signs of steam.

after a lot of hugs and teary farewells from mother, we boarded the train.

Aster had no problem finding a compartment that was busting and buzzing with noise from teenagers.

I on the other side didn't find it an easy task. All compartments were occupied and no one seemed to be inviting me to theirs. what I wanted was to find an empty space to rest and meditate about my oncoming battle with the sorting hat.

yes! that is my level 1 sublevel two quests.be sorted into Slytherin

how do you even begin conversing with a freaking hat? let alone tell it where it should sort you?

Anyway, I had long switched into adventure mode. I would deal with things when their time came. for now, I was gonna live in the moment. after a lot of searching and going back and forth. a door opened and a head looked out of the compartment door

"hey it's just me in here if you wouldn't mind"

the speaker was a girl about my age or slightly younger. she had a mass of bushy brown hair and brown eyes and large front teeth. and certainly, she wasn't alone.

A cat was staring through the compartment door at my cage as if it had already spotted breakfast.

she followed my worried glance .she bent and picked the cat that was still glaring at my owl

"ooh! this is my cat, Crookshank. don't worry though, he will behave, won't you, Crookshank?"

"Please come inside"

she said stepping aside to usher me. the train roared and began to move

another problem down!

Hogwarts, here I come!
