As the current Guardian of Earth, Cathal is charged with protecting the planet from outside forces and maintain balance among its inhabitants. Normally, a guardian’s role would involve these responsibilities; however, Earth is an exception, having been cut off from its metaphysical energies. This means that Cathal must ensure that supernatural creatures remain hidden and unheard. Now, something is restoring the planet's magical energy, forcing Cathal to navigate old enemies, reconnect with long-lost friends, and find a way to resolve the issue before the sudden resurgence of power poses a significant threat to all living beings on Earth.
