Chapter 15 - “System Simulation and to the New World with current Realm and technique”

After several days of deep meditation at the founder’s headquarters, Marcus was jolted by a sudden system notification.

**System Notification**:

Congratulations! You have been in this world for almost a year. As a reward, you have unlocked a new gift: the Simulation Feature.

Marcus's eyes widened in surprise. "A new feature? This is incredible! I guess I should say I love you, System."

**System**: "As a system, it is my duty to provide new features and upgrades for the host."

Marcus frowned. "System, I took my words. You should have given this to me in Chapter 1. You’ve really let me down."

**System**: "I apologize for any inconvenience. As a gesture of goodwill, I offer you the opportunity to explore a new world and transfer your current realm core formation and techniques to it. This requires 2 simulations of rebirth. The cost to enter the new world is 500 Death Soul Points. Would you like to proceed?"

Marcus glanced at his wallet, feeling a pang of sadness. "I guess my previous life’s wealth has some fate tied to this one. I hope my future self will be rich." He noted his current balance: 751 Death Soul Points. "Alright, I’ll proceed."

**System Notification**: Congratulations! You have unlocked the Knighthood and Magic World. Please select your background. Options: Commoner 0 to 500 points, {random free 13 slots} [to get one more you need to wait 3 months], Noble (1,000 to 10,000 points), Magic Family (10,000 to 100,000 points).

Marcus pondered for a moment before choosing, "Random."

**System**: “Please select your talent: Knighthood (0 to 1 million points), Magic (1,000 to 5 million points), or Random.”

Marcus replied, "Random."

**System**: "Please select your age. Options: 0 to 100. Age 0 costs 5,000 Death Soul Points, Age 14 costs 15 Death Soul Points."

Marcus quickly responded, "14 years old."

**System**: "Possessing body... Loading... Finished! You have possessed the body of James, a 14-year-old boy."

Marcus asked, "Wait, System, what are the levels of this world?"

**System**: "I don’t have specific details about the levels. As a beginner, you’ll need to explore and discover the realms of Knighthood and Magic on your own."

Marcus sighed, thinking, “Why does fate always make things so complicated?”

Marcus, who’s now inhabiting James’s body, a 14-year-old handsome boy with long blonde hair, dark green eyes, and a quite thin body, woke up to a world of devastation. The once-grand palace of the Tigerheart family lay in ruins, a shadow of its former self. He staggered to his feet, confusion and anger swirling in his mind. The opulent halls were now scorched, with debris scattered across the floor. The heavy scent of smoke and blood hung in the air.

His memories were a jumbled mess—his previous life as Marcus, his rigorous training, and the sudden, jarring transition into this new world. As he looked around, he felt a familiar surge of power from the realm core formation and the Destiny Mind technique embedded within him. He realized that James, the body he now inhabited, was considered a waste noble known for his unremarkable talent and an introvert person, without any friends just like him in his previous life.

His first clear thought was to understand what had happened. He stumbled out of the palace, only to be met with a grim sight. His village, once a place of peace, now lay in ruins. Buildings were reduced to rubble, and charred bodies littered the ground. His family, whom he had hoped to find, were nowhere to be seen.

A small, cruel smile crossed Marcus’s face as he pieced together the destruction. The only surviving clue was a tattered banner bearing the insignia of the Voss family, a minor noble house known for its ambition and ruthlessness. The Voss family had invaded his territory, seeking to expand their influence.

As Marcus moved through the wreckage, he encountered a few surviving villagers huddled together, their eyes wide with fear. He approached them, his expression hardened by the devastation.

He asked an elderly man with a grizzled beard, “What happened here?”

The story has been taken without consent; if you see it on Amazon, report the incident.

The old man, Michael, with blonde hair and blue eyes, village administrator of the TigerHeart village , spoke up. “The small Voss family—led by Lord Victor Voss—attacked us. They wanted our land and resources. They slaughtered everyone.”

James clenched his fists. The loss was overwhelming, but his resolve remained unshaken. He had to avenge his family and reclaim his land.

Determined, James set out towards the countryside where the Voss family was rumored to be. His newfound strength and realm core abilities allowed him to move with purpose and speed, bypassing the ruined village and heading straight for the heart of the enemy's camp.

The Voss family’s estate was a modest stronghold compared to the grand palaces of more powerful families but was heavily fortified. James observed from a distance, noting the patrols and defensive positions. The estate was surrounded by makeshift barriers and guarded by a small but well-equipped army.

Infiltrating the camp, James encountered a weak knight from the Voss family. The knight was huddled in a corner, his armor dented and his face pale with fear. James approached him, his eyes cold and unyielding.

“Where is your family’s technique?” James demanded, his voice edged with menace.

The lower knight, trembling, stammered, “in the family head and wife bedroom underneath it! Ple… Please, spare me!”

James’s anger flared. Without hesitation, he struck the knight down with ruthless efficiency. As the knight’s lifeless body fell, James rifled through his belongings but found nothing of value.

Marcus delved into James’s memories, discovering that James had been considered a waste—an unremarkable noble with no talent or strength. This revelation stung, but Marcus pushed aside his frustration and continued his search.

While sifting through the wreckage, Marcus found the remains of his village. The devastation was total; buildings lay in ruins, and charred remains marked the site of the attack. Only a few villagers had survived the initial assault, their numbers reduced from 100 to 45. James's parents had been among the casualties, slain by the Voss family's betrayal. The sight of their burnt bodies fueled Marcus's resolve.

Marcus, who’s now in James’s body, carefully approached the Voss family estate, on Voss village, He moved with stealth, swiftly killing the three lower-high knight guards stationed at the estate's perimeter. His movements were precise, slowly ensuring that no alarm was raised and that the family inside remained unaware of the imminent danger.

Inside the grand estate, the Voss family was gathered for dinner. The family head, Victor Voss, a middle-lower knight, was boasting about his family's power and their recent triumphs. His 26-year-old wife, Elena Voss, was elegantly seated beside him, engaged in pleasant conversation. Their 16-year-old son, Adrian Voss, and 19-year-old daughter, Isabella Voss, were also present, contributing to the evening's lively atmosphere.

As they dined, Victor spoke with disdain about James and his parents, relishing the thought of their downfall. "It's almost amusing," Victor chuckled, "to think that the once great Tigerheart family has been reduced to nothing. They were barely a threat."

Unbeknownst to Victor, Marcus had already infiltrated the estate and was now silently approaching the dining room. As Victor continued his derisive commentary, he suddenly felt a shift in the atmosphere. A powerful unknown aura filled the room, and Victor's laughter was abruptly cut short. His eyes widened in shock as he sensed the overwhelming presence of a formidable cultivator.

"What…?" Victor stammered, barely able to process the sudden change.

Before he could react further, Marcus unleashed a series of sword-slashing techniques with the full force of his core formation realm. The strikes were swift and devastating. The room erupted into chaos as Marcus's sword cleaved through the air, landing fatal blows on Victor, Elena, Adrian, and Isabella.

The once-grand dining room was soon drenched in blood and silence. Marcus's attack had been decisive, leaving no room for survival. The Voss family, caught completely off guard, met their end in a single, brutal assault.

With the family dispatched, Marcus surveyed the destruction with a sense of grim satisfaction. The small Voss estate, once a symbol of arrogance and power, now lay in ruins, a testament to the consequences of their cruelty. Marcus first check out there knight technique but it was weak then he choose to turned away from the scene, his mission accomplished and his resolve unwavering as he moved on back to the village.

After few days of resting, Sir Cedric a middle age man with Black eyes and white hair and fair skin and remaining his solders and two other knights when they defeated the remaining forces of the Small Voss family, and their strongest captain Nicole Voss Middle Lower Knight, they had set out towards the Voss family estate. Their mission was to confront and defeat the ruthless Voss family. Upon arrival, they discovered that the estate had been ravaged. The family head, his wife, daughter, son, and maids, along with four lower-high knights who had been protecting them, were all killed without a trace. The once formidable Voss family had been entirely wiped out. Sir Cedric said to the soldiers and the two knights Lower middle knight and the other Lower high knight, “The Voss family’s ambition and ruthlessness were a constant threat. We had hoped to defeat them, but their end was brought about by a great senior master who was assisting us covertly, as evidenced by the traces left in their palace. The Voss estate was left in ruin, and their power dismantled by someone far beyond our reach.” All the solders and the 2 knights nodded

Determined to uncover the truth, Sir Cedric and his soldiers pressed on and eventually arrived at a nearby village. As they entered, the village lay in eerie silence, burdened by the weight of recent events. Marcus, who had been grappling with the fallout of the conflict, was already present in the village.

Sir Cedric spotted Marcus among the remnants of the village who’s not in the underground cave and approached him with a weary but resolute expression.

“What is your name?” Marcus asked coldly.

Sir Cedric, barely able to stand from exhaustion and the emotional toll, replied weakly, “I am Captain Sir Cedric of the once great Tigerheart family.”

Marcus’s gaze remained unyielding. “Do you still hold the knighthood of the Tigerheart family?”

Reflecting on the past, Sir Cedric recalled when James’s parents 30 days ago had implored him to keep James hidden in an underground cave, insisting that no one should know of the boy's existence to continue the bloodline of the once-great TigerHeart family. Sir Cedric remembered James as a quiet and troubled youth who had spent three months in that underground refuge following the sacrifice of his parents, against the Family head of the Voss family, surprise attack, Observing Marcus’s transformation, Sir Cedric could see the growth in his capability and determination. However, he also noted that some of James’s memories appeared to be missing or fragmented.

Marcus continued his inquiry, asking about the knight techniques of the once great Tigerheart family. Sir Cedric, humbled but resolute, offered, “Here is the technique, young master. I can train you if you wish. I am currently a middle-lower knight.”

Marcus thought in his mind “this technique seems completed” he accepted the offer. “Yes, I would like to learn the knight techniques of the Tigerheart family.”

Sir Cedric nodded and began explaining the knighthood realms. “The levels are as follows: Lower Knight, Lower Middle Knight, Lower High Knight, Middle Lower Knight, Middle Knight, Middle High Knight, High Lower Knight, High Middle Knight, High Knight, Senior Knight, Senior-Middle Knight, Senior-High Knight, and Legend Knight. Each level signifies an increase in lifespan, with a Legend Knight potentially living for ten thousand years.”

Intrigued, Marcus asked, “When was the knighthood created?”

Sir Cedric replied, “The exact origin of the knighthood remains shrouded in mystery. It has been part of our history for as long as anyone can remember, evolving and becoming more defined over time.”

As the sun illuminated the remnants of James’s former life, Marcus’s heart hardened. The devastation around him was a stark reminder of the heavy price of power and ambition. The Franckland Empire, Countryside,Village of TigerHeart , rising from these ashes, would remember the sacrifices made and the cost of vengeance.

the scars of this war would linger as a past and the once Great TigerHeart Family is now set for the future and now everything is back to the cost of justice and the pursuit of power, as Marcus turned away from the battlefield, his resolve firm. The Voss family land was his to reclaim and Village TigerHeart was set to be rebuild.
