" No Jaden! c'mon you cannot leave the arena just like that! you are our best fighter!! people are dying to see you fight!" Yelled Kaizi. She was my manager. I ignored her words and kept packing my stuff. Today I finally was able to get out of this hellhole.
I finally had enough money to get my own café, my own house and to pay off all the due debts along with paying for my school fees. I sighed. Finally!
It has been like this ever since I was 13. I had found out about this place while wandering in the streets, one night when I got beat up by the older kids in the orphanage. This place was a fighting arena, and I was one of the best fighters here. I am not bragging about my strength or anything. Just saying, because it took me 15 fights(which I lost), 12 broken ribs, 9 broken bones, 6 beatings from my orphanage warden( because I would come back late in the night or should I say early in the morning due to my fights), and 3 people to pay off my debt to (because they paid for my hospitalisation expenses), to reach here, to the best fighter's place.
But of course I didn't do it because I wanted to, I did it because I had to, I needed to get away from the orphanage, I couldn't stay there any longer. And to get out of there I had to have enough money to survive.
" Jaden!! Are you even listening to me?! " Kaizi hissed snapping her fingers in front of my face.
" I am sorry Kaizi, but I am gonna move out of this place and start fresh, You already know I can't stay at the orphanage anymore, I wanna go away from here, I have had enough." I say thinking back to all the times I got betrayed, beaten, bruised, and of all the pain I've had to go through.

" I know...But is there any chance you can stay..?" she asked. And I shook my head sighing.
" No Kaizi, today is my last day at the arena. I already spoke with Gillion and he said and I quote 'set me free' from this arena " I say while making air quotes for emphasis.
" But...okayyy fine!! I am gonna miss you" she says pouting. I chuckle and hug her. She was one of the people who helped me get back on my feet, she managed my fights, the money I should get and she even saved me from crazy fans. She did all of this because I saved her from a girl who was trying to kill her, I don't know the reason why the girl wanted to kill her, but from that day on, Kaizi has been there for me.
" I know you will miss my JSP cup not me." I say laughing.
" Oh yea I will miss that too, But I will miss your idiotic face more. Those innocent eyes that you have are gonna kill some girls." she says winking my way.
" Yeah right.." I say sarcastically, rolling my eyes, but I couldn't stop the smile that stretched along my face.
" Ohh and don't even get me started on your cute little dimples, OMG you are such a cutie Jaden!!" she says pinching my cheek.
" Okay that's enough now... It's time I need to go, my train is in two hours..." I say looking at the watch on the wall.
"Are you going visit them now?" she asked.
" The orphanage? not sure, I might just visit Kelly, But I won't go there back again." I say and pick up my duffle bag and hugging Kaizi for one last time before heading out the door.
