Under the law of the Star Empire, the emperor or dukes can appoint the marquis and the below-ranking aristocrats on their planets to govern their planet’s land as no one rules alone.
As a starting dukedom, the emperor chooses Dion’s vassals, and unfortunately; he gets the worst vassals, as 70% of them have an account of concealed illegal activity.
If this were any other dukedom, culling 70% of the accused aristocrats would mean the destabilization of their planets thus they disregarded them until a heavy crime is on the table.
But Dion’s star system is different. If gods give the aristocrats the ‘divine right’ to rule the commoners; Dion essentially gives them that right and he can take it away one way or another… mostly the fun option.
A mansion compound covered under the embrace of darkness. Posted guards were on every corner, giving them full visibility around the dwelling of the aristocrat with the highest position inside the planets, a marquis given the rule of a country.
A lone watcher holding a rifle watching his front and giving his focus supervising his designated location. They trained to perceive their surroundings even without seeing but he didn’t notice the man behind him.
In a split second, someone knocked him out, not even knowing who rendered him unconscious; it was Dion. Dion thought he would try a stealth mission instead of ambushing the targeted nobles in their sleep.
Dion caught the body of the unconscious man to not hit the ground and make some ‘thud~’ noise. The senseless body is then reduced to particles as it’s translocated to someplace.
An android appeared behind Dion with the same clothes and face as the decommissioned watchman. A carbon copy of the previous watcher took its place as the new watchman.
Dion genuinely one-tapped the man using the knowledge he installed from the library of the Sandbox files.
Since this is just a digital world, knowledge can be installed including the skills of how to utilize them. Like a newly emerged mosquito from its pupa casing; no qualifications and no prior experience are required, they are already expert flyers imago.
Dion and Fairy can willy-nilly install any knowledge they want for themselves. NPCs can also install any knowledge they want but they need a special machine and sessions for it.
Wearing a full black tactical outfit with night vision nested in his forehead, Dion is walking on the balcony as he watches the other androids skillfully taking down the other watchers and another android taking its watch post.
Dion arrived at a window and crouched below it to hide from the sleeping NPCs inside. Touching his earpiece, Dion said “Angel to Angel’s Watcher, are you hearing me, over.” and a joyous grin formed on his face as he called his Angel’s Watcher.
Silence can be heard over the place as Dion patiently waited at his hiding spot to hear an all-awaited response from the mysterious receiver.
He heard a short static over his earpiece and his call was answered “... Angel’s Watcher to Angel, loud and clear, what do you need?”
This hyped up Angel even more and responded by saying “Can you give me the situation inside the building, over.”

This prompted Angel’s Watcher to reply by saying “All of them are ASLEEP, proceed with your utmost caution.” with a slight giggling tone in her voice.
With a “Roger that, the Angel will enter the premises. Please send over the blueprint of the mansion.” He opened the window that was locked from the inside ‘as he really cannot take the trouble to pick that lock’ and quietly dropped to a room that, based on the blueprint Angel’s Watcher, is the master’s bedroom.
With a silenced pistol in his hand, Angel slowly scans his surroundings with the silenced pistol extended away from him.
There is a suit covered with a fluffy fur coat that hung on a rack, a ring adorned with an emerald gem that only a marquis can wear is sitting on the top of a drawer beside the bed, and a photo of the man and woman with might it seems their family standing around the entrance of the mansion.
Angel turned his attention to the man and woman in the bed with a target symbol on their heads meaning they were on the list of the NPCs to be evicted. They are also the couple in the photo he saw just now.
Angel put his hand holding the silenced pistol in his back to conceal it and walked toward the couple.
Standing beside the king-size bed of the two, Angel points his silenced pistol at the man on the left side near him.
The pistol is re-coded to; never produces recoil unlike in first-person shooters, emits no barrel smoke, deals no penetration and only produces pure knocking back force, and is silenced as if no sound is produced from it and thus cannot be called a suppressed pistol.
Angel fired the silenced pistol at the man and the woman in the bed, and they did a comical ragdoll animation like being cut from a rope. Shortly after, they too were reduced to particles to be translocated to another place.
Having spent two bullets, Angel reloaded the silenced pistol with a new magazine as he walked towards the door.
He opens the door to see two guards leaning on the wall beside the door, sleeping with their arms crossed.
They would normally sense the door being opened to escort the person inside the master’s bedroom. But with Angel and the androids to be coded with presence reduction and reduced every hostile force's perception, no one can sense them coming; even the hostile dogs.
Angel swiftly dispatches the two guards and proceeds to the second-floor corridor, arriving at the mansion’s entrance hall.
A large open section with two left and right stairs can be seen from Angel’s position on the second floor. There is a guard stationed on each stair base.
Chandeliers illuminated the entrance hall which could hinder his stealth run, so Angel called in his earpiece for support “Angel’s Watcher, can you turn off the electrical grid?”
Clicking sounds can be heard on the other line then a response comes back from the earpiece “Electrical grid on standby, can be turned off on command.”
Angel moves toward the right stairs while crouching. He generated a bayonet attached to his pistol and signaled Angel’s Watcher of “Now.”
The lights turned off not just in the entrance hall but to the entire mansion. Unsuspecting guards at the base of the stairs looked above them, at the chandeliers because of the sudden blackout.
Angel sat down on the railing and slid down towards the right guard. The right guard turns around for no apparent reason to see Angel and with a sudden vision looking up, Angel sliced the right guard's throat using his pistol bayonet. He landed on the base of the stairs and swiftly shot the surprised, left guard in the; stomach, right shoulder, then the head before the NPC collapsed.
Angel looked at the guard that his throat sliced and saw particles fading in the area instead of blood.
Dion gave the Sandbox the files for blood and it should appear if needed by the system for simulation, but it’s censored for Dion’s eyes.
Although he doesn’t get squeamish at the sight of blood, he is still a human being that attributed a blood-covered body as disturbing.
There are files for injuries, sickness, and diseases in the Sandbox’s nearly infinite ronnabyte memory but; this supercluster nanomachine mostly filtered or entirely removed the unpleasant things Dion disliked associated with these files.
Anyway, Angel made a slight mistake in using the pistol bayonet, he didn’t recode the bayonet to deal zero damage on the hostiles. As a result, the guard on the ground is quickly losing his HP.
Angel opened his sandbox console to stop the guard’s digital bleeding and restore his HP. He finished patching the guard up when Angel’s Watcher called his earpiece “Marquis mansion secured, good work.”
His capable android–rather, Angel’s Watcher is a capable Co-op partner to secure all of the marquis mansion while still giving enough work for Angel before becoming bored.
Angel touched his earpiece to respond “How about our other operations?” to which Angel’s Watcher answered “All assignments executed successfully. All hounds are in our possession, the streets are cleaned.”
A slight grin appeared on Angel’s hidden face. “Roger that, Angel returning to heaven.” and he walked toward the entrance’s door.
Angel walked out of the door to the entrance. Androids can be seen running to take their stand at the outside entrance, forming a line to salute him.
She might not say it but Fairy has the theatrical sense to make Dion pleased. A gentle smile appeared on his face as he returned the salute and translocated away as light particles.
