4. A Forgotten Battle.

Screen opens to Rangers walking through the old Muddy Creek. The plants that looked like humans disturbed Fiona.

Fiona- Um. General what's with these human plants?

Walter- They where once human. Until Broot poison plants killed them. Your lucky he was unable to use such a skill against you.

Gunter- He that's powerful.

Walter- Yes. He a great threat back then. But I think he wont be able to use the power again since it seems he has a new body.

Nova- What happened to the other rangers Sir.

Walter- There all dead nut me and Mei. You we where called in to help stop another one of Broot monster he crated. But it was him disguise. While his Monster and plants attacked the town.

Austin- Hold on did Miss Grim help you and her students.

Gunter- She right. What about her student since there powerful as well.

Walter- Miss Grim helped us but her students refused to aid us. Witch lead to the town down fall.

Zane- That can't be true. Why would they abandon you?

Walter- Her students will tell you why. When you train with them tomorrow. But luckily there where a few town kids that was trained by Miss Grim that came to the town aid.

Gunter- Let me guess there all dead.

Fiona- Gunter! What the hell?

Gunter- What? Think about there not as powerful as the rangers. And they probably went out fighting.

The other Rangers didn't respond they look around and saw how destroyed the town was.

Walter- No a few survived. Miss Grim doesn't hold back on her training. Anyways where here.

The Rangers look surprised seeing where there at a sign that says Muddy Creek Graveyard. As Walter opens the gate by pulling out a key.

Zane- Um. Sir why are we here?

Walter- You'll see now come.

As they walked through the graveyard it look abandon there still plant body's. That's when a Ten-Erack comes out of the ground and attacks Walter.

Ten-Erack- RAAAAAA!!!!!

Zane- Walter look out!

But as Zane finished his sentence Walter pulls out his cane sword and with one simple speed strike kills the Ten-Erack with a deep cut through it's chest. After Walter puts his sword away.

Walter- Come where almost there.

Zane-Um!? Sure thing sir.

They all looked surprised at what Walter just did. As they continued to follow Walter.

Austin- Hey Zane. Did you know Walter was this powerful.

Zane- No. Why?

Austin- Well your the closest to him so I thought you would know.

Zane- I'm his best student. He doesn't tell me everything. Why are you asking this now?

Austin- Because it would be nice to know what where getting ourselves into.

Gunter- I can agree with that Austin.

Walter- Alright where here.

As the Rangers look up they see a statue with Walter Mei and five others they don't recognize. It was a grave statue with dates of there death. But Walter and Mei didn't have one.

Fiona- Walter are these the last rangers.

Walter- Yes Fiona. They are and I brought you all here to show you what your going to face going forward with dealing with Broot.

Austin- Hold on sir. Some of us don't want to be involved in this.

Walter- Sorry Austin but once the coins bond with you the only way to remove them is if the coin find someone else worthy of there powers or your killed in battle.

Austin- Do I look stupid. You managed to put them on with out them bonding to you.

Walter- That because me and Mie where there last users. Now you are the next generation of Rangers.

Gunter- I have a question General. Why bring us here and not tell us this back at school?

Walter- Because I wanted to show you what happens if you refuse to fight against Broot.

Walter lifts up his hand and a Red Magic Circle appears around all the Rangers and hands made of earth and grass grab then and yank them under ground.

Gunter- What is this!?

Nova- What the Hell!?

Austin- Dam it let go of me!

Fiona- AHHHH!

Zane- Walter what is this?

Walter- Simple I'm going to show you what I went through with my team. And what awaits you and your team if you fail. The Rangers black out as there yanked underground. That when Miss Grim walks out from behind the statue.

Miss Grim- Don't you think that a bit much. To show them what Broot did to this town.

Walter- They need to see it. So they know what there fighting for. Unless you have a better plan Miss Grim.

Miss Grim- No I don't. My kids are ready to train yours tomorrow.

Walter- Thank you Miss Grim.

Miss Grim- Don't thank me. Thank my girls. Unless you still don't trust them.

Walter- They will earn my trust. You should know why I don't trust many Monsters.

Miss Grim- I know. And I am sorry I was late in aiding you and your friends.

Walter- It's not your fault it was there own fault.

Walter grips his cane as the screen changes to the Ranger waking up in the Middle of old Muddy Creek Park and see a normal day.

Gunter- UHH! What happened?

Zane looks around with the rest of the rangers.

Zane- No this can't?

Austin- Can't be what?

That when the ground began to shake and Plant like human monster crawl out from under the ground and began attacking the town people.

[ Plant-Drone- Are Human like plants created out of corpses of dead humans. There skin turns into Dark Brown tree wood. There mosh green moss tree leaves cover there face. There weapons are swords made from there body. Dark Green blade that burns and can launched poison spikes that can turn humans into a Plant-Drones ].

Plant-Drones- RAAAAAA!!

Zane- This is when Broot attacked the town.

Nova- Then let's save.

Gunter- Ha. I'm with on that Nova.

Zane- Ready Rangers!

Rangers- Ready sir!

There power bands turn into there coin form.

All Rangers- Where Freedom Fighter Rangers and where never afraid of Danger.

They transformed into there armor Zane and the other pull out there weapons and attack the Plant-Drones. As they struck one down after another they notice them firing there spikes out of there skin hitting people and turning them into Plant-Drones screaming in pain as there body's rot and change.

Fiona- Get away from them. Phoenix Daggers!!

Fiona cuts through the Plant-Drones but one manages to hit her helmet cracking it and nocking her over with multiple shots. One of the Plant-Drones leaps at Fiona to impale her but Gunter jumps in and cuts the Plant-Drone in two. As Fiona got up Plant-Drones surround them.

Gunter- Huntsmen Axe! . . Your alright Fiona.

Fiona- Ya. Thanks Gunter!

As they continue to fight the screen changes to Zane Austin and Nova finishing killing the last amount of Plant-Drones in the park area.

Nova- Ha! Take that you stupid plants!

Zane- Easy there Nova I don't think it's over.

Austin- What do you mean I don't see anymore of them.

Zane- Don't you remember the town and how damage it was. This can't be it. HU!?

The ground shook as a giant plant monster emerges from the ground being ridden by a Wooden knight. As vines cover the town and more Plant-Drones emerging with the vines attacking and turning the people into Plant-Drones. This surprised the Rangers.

[Wooden Knight of Rot- His armor made of Black rotten tree branches his eyes glow Dark Green through the helmet. His sword is Rotten Dark Brown Handle with a blade that burns pure black. While the Shield is Black thick wood].

[Plant-Doom- A giant poison plant that can control dead body's and turn them in to Plant-Drones. Can travel under ground and cause fast growth of plants covering small towns].

Nova- I hate when your right Zane.

Austin- We need to run. There no way where killing that thing.

Zane- We have to try otherwise everyone here going to die. Hu!

That when the plant-Doom slammed his vines trying to hit Zane but he jumps out of the way. The screen changes back to Gunter and Fiona holding off the Plant-Drones helping people escape. But there starting to take damage from fighting them there armor slowly being destroyed.

Gunter- Dam these things. They just keep coming!

Fiona- Ya. I don't think I can hold off much. . UH!!

That when a sword slams through Fiona's back killing her.

Gunter- Fiona!! AHH!!

That when a group off Plant-Drones pile on Gunter and began stabbing him.

Gunter- Like hell I'm dying like this. . Huntsmen Repulse!!

Gunter unleashes a wind Repulse that rips through the Plant-Drones around him he collapses to the ground as black plants slowly rip through his skin. He notice Fiona body doing the same as well. As more Plant-Drones come out of the ground Gunter gets up and cuts Fiona head off then turns to face the rest of the Plant-Drones.

Gunter [Thoughts]- Sorry Fiona but I wont let you turn into one of those things. As for me I'm taking as many as I can with me.

As the Plant-Drones charged at Gunter he pulls out a grenade from his belt and charges at the Monster.

Gunter- Huntsmen Wind Strike!!

Screen changes back to Zane and Nova trying to kill the plant monster while Austin fights off the attacking Plant-Drones.

Rot Knight- Ha Ha Ha!! Stupid Humans you will stop us this time from resurrecting the Witch of the Dark Forest! Black Rot Blade Slice!

The Rot Knight blast a line of plasma at Zane who dodges his swords swings. Austin contacts Zane with the radio on there Helmets.

Austin [Radio]- Dam it guys hurry it up! Or I'm leaving you because I can't hold off these things for ever!

Zane- Just hold where end this quick. Ready Nova.

Nova- Roger that Zane!

Zane charges at Plant-Doom head while Nova attacked the Rot Knight from behind.

Zane- Dragon Blade!!

Nova- Zada's Mace!!

Rot Knight- Rot Strike!

Zane slams his sword into Plant-Dooms head on runs fire through the blade and goes into the head and burns the Monster to death from the inside killing it. Rot Knight jumps off and dodges Nova strike then hits Nova across the chest launching her into Zane they slam into the ground. Rot Knight lands on the ground next to Plan-Doom corpse he placed his hand on it.

Zane [Worried]- Nova! Are you alright. Hu!?

Nova- Ya I'm fine. Uh! What is this stuff?

Zane and Nova notice rotten plants growing out of her skin from her damaged armor.

Rot Knight- Ha Ha Ha. That my Rot Poison. Soon your body will rot and you will be a servant to Lord Broot.

Nova- That's never going to happen bucket head!

Rot Knight- Ha. Strong spirit like your other two friends where.

Zane- What do you mean by that?

That's when the Austin calls in from the radio in a panic.

Austin- Zane I need help or I'm leaving now!

Zane- Hold up what wrong?

Austin- It's Fiona and Gunter he's controlling there body. AHH!!

Zane- Austin!? Austin come in!

Rot Knight- Ha Ha Ha. Another servant to serve Lord Broot.

Nova- That's it your dead!

Zane- Nova wait!

Nova runs in to attack Rot Knight who absorbs Plant-Doon body that unleashes a telekinesis wave that stops Nova and Zane charge. When the smoke clear the Rot knight armor become bigger along with his weapons the face of Plant-Doom on his shield.

Rot Knight- Time for you two to join Lord Broot.

Rot Knight charges in attacking Zane and Nova slamming into them with great strength and speed.

Zane [Thoughts]- This isn't good. HU!?

Rot Knight- Rotten Blade Blast!!

Zane-AHH!!

Rot Knight manages to use a Telekinesis blast launching Zane away cutting up his body as he slams into a building. Then disarms Nova then the shield lets out a poison that caused the rotted plants growing out of her skin to grow fast and kills Nova. She falls on the ground in pain as she dies.

Nova- AH AHHHHH!!

As Zane get up he takes off his helmet that's cracked his eyes are black and dark red like a dragon. He grips his sword with both his hand and raise it high ready to charge at Rot Knight.

Rot Knight- Ha. Give up Zane. All your friends are dead and soon you will join them.

Kanen [Thoughts]- That's it use my power. Burn away this rotted plant for what he did to your friends.

Zane [Thoughts]- I know what your trying to do Kanen. I wont allow you to control me.

Kanen [Thoughts]- It would seem you don't have a choice in this situation. If not you will die.

Zane [Thoughts]- I would rather die then be controlled by you or him.

Zane charges at Rot Knight Zane blade burns Red striking the knight with great speed and head that burns the knight wooden shield away. And the Rot Knight was caught off guard and blocked with his sword while being pushed back.

Rot Knight- Ungrateful Human. You shall not kill me. I will achieve victory for my lord.

Zane- No you wont! Dragon Kanen Dragon Strike!!

Rot Knight- No! AHHHHHHHH!!

Zane manages to use a fire strike that unleashes a mash amount of fire that consumes Rot Knight burning him to ash. After that Zane falls to his knees.

Zane- Ha. I did. Uh.

That when he hears foot steps from behind him. When he turns around he see's the other rangers but turned into Plant-Drones. Zane turns manages to turn around but collapse full as the plant growing in his skin slowly kill him causing him to black out.

Zane [Thoughts]- No. Not like this. Uh!

After he pass out he wakes up in a panic in the Grave yard where Walter still standing Infront of them.

Walter- So did you enjoy seeing the fall of Muddy Creek.

Gunter- Ah! What the hell was that General.

Walter- That was to show you what is at stake here. This isn't a game tuns of lives are at risk if Broot has returned and if he manages to resurrect the witch of the Dark Forest. I fear for the future of every living thing.

Austin- Next time just tell us.

Walter- Telling usually doesn't have the same effect. Believe me on that. So welcome to being a Ranger. Know that you know what at risk do any of you want to back out and abandon others to Broot Wrath or do you want to stop him before he takes more life's.

The Rangers look at each other and none of them said anything.

Austin [Thoughts]- Like we have a choice.

Gunter- Not a chance General.

Fiona- We Will stop him.

Nova- Ya. That plant good as dead.

Zane- No sir. Where ready to fight.

Walter- Good You will be training with Misses Grim girls tomorrow. While me and Miss Grim attend a meeting on the events that happened here. So lets head back to school we have a long day tomorrow understood men.

Rangers- Sir yes sir.

Walter- Then let's move out.

As the Rangers leave a plant with an eye on it watches the Rangers leave the Graveyard. Screen changes to Revolta holding a Crystal Ball watching them beside Broot. Revolta sitting on a rock in an underground cave.

Revolta- So these are infants you've been having trouble dealing with.

Broot- My apology's Emprise they where much more troublesome then I thought.

Revolta- Silence servant. We must make haste to my castle and rebuild my Empire one peace at a time. Then I want you to make sure to get rid of these pests while I work tpo regain my true power. You under stand.

Revolta grips her fist tight as black Lightning ran through her hand.

Broot. Of course my Empress I shall not fail you again.

Revolta- For your shake you better not. Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha!

Screen fades to black as the Darkness of the cave consumes them.
