Aizak made his way toward's the house,as he enters,a faint light could be seen shining on the left wall, and a wave of heat hits him.
as soon as he closed the door, the smell of burning wood filled the air.
The source of the light becomes visible,a forge on the right wall, accompanied by an anvil infront of it,a stone table connected to the left side of the forge, filled with tongs and hammers, and other tools.
several swords and spears rested on the door wall.
on the left corner of the house, stood a lone wooden rocking chair facing towards the wall, where a drawing of the sea was hung.
a stairway at the middle farside, going both ways up and down.
it would apear that rather than a house its more of a smithy.
As aizak entered he went straight over to the wooden rocking chair, sitting down he started rocking back and forth, before staring at the painting.
Aizak, was a 9 year old, even though he was barely reaching 120cm,his body looked quite sturdy, his limbs were visibly thick, his amber eyes didn't have the usual vitality and innocence kids usualy had, instead they were quite sleepy, and intemditaing, his eye lashes neither tall nor short.
After a few minutes, the door creaked open, and a rugged-looking man entered. His face bore the marks of time, a tired glint in his eyes.white hair, adorned with countable black hairs, was tied behind in a bun,yet hair sprawled in countless directions,as if refusing to yield to the restraints, giving an air of neglegince.
His body was well defined.
"You stupid kid, what are you doing on my chair.",said the man grumply, his eyes look at the ground, before closing the door.
"Am leaving today can't you at least let me have it for this day,i might die you know.",Aizak said, defending himself, his eyes wet,not daring to look at the man
The man walked forward towards Aizak,he raised his gaze slowly and put his righ hand on Aizak's head, his thumb, absent,"Well it's your choice i didn't force you to do it.",said the man before tightening his grasp on Aizak's hair.

"No,no,it hurts!,am getting up on my own you stingy old man.",said Aizak as held the man's hand with both hands, keeping it as close as possible to his own head.
Laughed the man before saying,"Pain would be the least of your worries if your going to be a soldier."
He raised his hand, lifting Aizak from the chair and raising him to his eye level,as the little man wriggled in pain.
As their eyes met,he could see Aizak's eye, wet,as a tear has falling on his cheeks,as Aizak gazed at him with a frown on his face.
"That's more like, the eyes of a young warrior.",said the man before throwing Aizak to the side.
he sat on the chair, and started staring at the painting, lost in thought.Aizak, after being thrown, crawled to the the wall ,and curled in the corner.
The sound of crackling fire echoed, the flickering flames danced gracefully, casting intricate shadows that played on the walls,as the man and child pair sat in silence, both lost in their own thoughts. The voice of the man finaly broke the silence.
"I will miss you, you know.",the man said in a horse sound, before silence reapeared.
"You're like my own child,i don't want you to go this early.",said the man,"I won't say you're too young,i wasn't much older than you when i got conscribted, but i didn't have anyone that cared for me.",said the man,his eyes wet,the painting casting a reflection in his eyes,as if his eyes were the sea,he stood silent for moments, regaining his compsure.
"But you have me,you don't need to go now,you can go next year,or the one after it,you don't need to go now.",said the man.
"But they need me to go now,our people are dying, there isn't enough people on the front line.",said Aizak,"If i wait anymore our army might get destroyed","We might become slaves for the Vampire lords or The beastmen.",he continued.
"And you think a fragile boy like you well save the country?!.",The man screamed angrily before shutting up,"You well die the moment you get there, hell you might even die on the way.",said the man faintly.
"Then i well as a soldier, and as a hero, not as a sheep waiting to be butchured.",said Aizak, his words speaks of understanding exceding his age.
"You well die as a little worm, not understanding its place, just like how Thorn died, not even his flesh was spared.",said the man firmly.
Those words seemed to hit Aizak strongly, the shock in his eyes,he looked up staring at the man, tears running down his own face, before standing up and opening the door,"Better than dying while hiding like a terrified rat.",he said with his back to the man, before finaly leaving.
The words seemed,to hit the man in the heart,as tears rolled down his cheeks.
As Aizak left the house he started walking, aimlessly it would apear.
His head was all over the place,he couldn't think,he couldn't get mad at the old man,but he felt annoyed at his mention of Thorn,he was like an older brother to him,all of them were like brothers to him,but as the man said, they died, not even a year on the front lines.
But his will was resolute,he wouldn't cower away now,he well become strong, strong enough to fend off all those creatures, endangering his land.
he kept wondering about, while having nothing to do,he couldn't think of anything to do,but to sculpt.
