A being that has seen all and knows all within its universe has become...bored.

All events within its governed space is predictable and rather dull. The being senses that something within one of its timelines has changed. Something that originated from the Primary Plane that created its own existence has somehow found its way into its territory. Normally the being would wage war against the unknown, but it senses that the power is also confused as to it being there. 

The being and power meet to converse over the strange phenomenon. Each begins to be fascinated by the others information about their respective world. The power requests the being if it may experience this new world. The being agrees as now the monotony will be broken. It wishes to watch the waves the power will bring within the world it governs.

However, the being does not wish for the power to possess too much within its territory. The power can choose only one to bear it, but the being would provide aid to that weilder. As the wielder learns of the power so too would the being to help it reach its home.

The aggrement made the two proceed to create the system to help the wielder. To assist too much would hurt the balance of strength, but too little will leave the bearer too weak to do anything.

Thus the Force chooses its Je'daii and the Presence watches while eating popcorn.
