A pale skinned boy with messy black hair opens his eyes to a very small, run-down room with one window across his bed and printouts stuck on the right side of the wall and paint on the left with the name 'Ryu' in capital letters.

Ryu gets out of his bed, begins to stretch and goes to the bath which was the room across from his door. He only washes his hair, upper body and begins to dress for school in the bath.

Ryu leaves the bath fully dressed in his high school uniform. He goes to the door at the end of the corridor and opens it slightly to see his father, young brother and sister laying on top of each other fast asleep and he smiles.

He goes to the living which was connected to a small kitchen, with a small dinning table to the left and one single sofa across from the TV in the center of the room. He picks up his messenger like bag, TV remote from the dining table and walks towards the tv and turns it on,

Ryu Leaves the Apartment building and walks to the Central Train station, gets on to the Inner line train, walks to the school gate and sees one of his only friends waiting for him at the main gate, who begins to wave at him as soon as she sees him. She was a tall, slender girl with flowing pale blonde hair with an unapproachable aura around her. Her name was Mila. She begins to walk towards Ryu, cheerfully smiling. Just as he was about to return a smile to the girl he looked around and noticed cold stares aimed at him.

"Why do you always get to school late on Mondays sleepy head?"

Mila asks in a giggling tone.

"I Tried to watch the news this morn---"

Before Ryu could finish, he felt someone put his arm around his shoulder,

"Mondays are always a drag even I almost slept in."

The three laughed at the boy who had just arrived. He was a taller, dark haired boy who had one side of his hair parted, he is what you would call a 'pretty boy' and his name was Toshiko.

"We need to head to class before the attendance check."

Said Mila as she walked into the school.

The three get into their class and sit by their desks. Ryu looks out the window and stares at the storm clouds.

"Ryu. Ryu. Ryu. Ryu!"

Called out their class teacher breaking him out of his trance like state. Their class teacher was a tall beautiful not handsome man, who always wore designer suits and today he wore a dark blue waistcoat over his black shirt.He had higher cheek bones, as well as a perfectly symmetrical face, complimented by his long dark purple hair. His name was Mr. Laveda.

"Don't forget to collect the class's permission slips for tomorrows trip and tell everyone not to leave until the storm passes."

Said Laveda as he dismissed the class and walked out.

*School ends

Ryu walks outside towards the main school gate and he his name, he turns around to see Mila yelling for him from the second-floor window.

"You forgot to collect the permission slips from the class, but it's okay I took all them to the class teacher for you."

Yells Mila. Ryu yells back,

"Thank you I'll make it up to you tomorrow!"

It immediately begins to rain and Ryu starts running towards the station. He arrives and sees an electric sign that read:

He runs outside the station despite it still raining, begins to run home with his bag over his head. As he's running in the pouring rain, he sees a woman walking in the middle of the road in the rain without an umbrella, he then looks behind and sees the lights of a truck behind him, and the lady still didn't get out of the road, he realized that the heavy sound of rain masked the sound of the truck and she couldn't hear it, he began to run even faster towards the lady. He reached her and jumped to push her out of the way. In attempt to push her out of the way he winds up on top of her, He sees this and looks into the woman's eyes for a moment and immediately gets off of her and the truck zoomed by them. The woman gets up and to his surprise she's not wet despite being in the rain and landing into a puddle. She bends over and starts to dust herself off highlighting her hair short hair, which was about neck length, and had a partition on the left. She was wearing a traditional black kimono, with a red floral pattern, accompanied by a white coat, over which she didn't have on, but just wore over her shoulders. The woman looks at Ryu and then says,

"Well hello and thank you."

She said as she smiled.

To him as she said these words it looked like the grey tint the clouds caused disappeared and the sun had come up. It's rays reflected off of all the building's windows, as well as the puddles the rain had formed, and all seemed to meet on this particular woman.
