When Damiens's eyes opened, he was staring at a wooden ceiling made of cut logs. Damien slowly stood up and still a little dizzy, but definitely much better than when he was kissing deaths door and the inside of the door smelled like decay.
Observing his new surroundings, Damien noticed he was inside a fairly large empty rectangular shaped cabin that looked to be maybe about 500 ft in length and 600 ft in width and about 30 ft in height. With only two squared windows on either side of the door that was made out of a long 3 inch stone material on iron hinges. The look of the structure was similar to 2 story earthen fully furnished log cabin. The cabin had many modern amenities inside. Upstairs had a bed, dresser, a giant mirror on the wall, and a small bathroom with a toilet and standing shower.
Downstairs had a dining table and a stove with cabinets next to it. There was also a wall locker with 3 kinds of Jackets and coats, Long and short T-Shirts and Jeans, Cloth basketball shorts, Underwear, socks and a bottom drawer with tennis shoes, steel toe combat boots, and slide on flip flops.
Not even caring about anything around him at the moment. Damien was close to having a nervous breakdown. Shakily walking over to one of the chairs, the memory of the battle was still fresh in his mind. Damien still couldn't believe that he fought against such a monster and won, as ignorant as he is to this world. The beast moved like a sports car. If it didn't hesitate it could have killed me in a blink of an eye! Damiens heart pounded in his chest in fear. Shocked and relieved at his luck. Damien needed answers and frankly, he just needed to hear a different voice than his own fear plastering "What happened to me when I passed out?" Damiens was still mind was still reeling from the battle.
Host was unconscious due to the mana fatigue and blood loss that you suffered during and after the battle. Host must remember that he is an elemental archmage of a lower tier, but is still stronger than half of the continent when it comes to spellcasting due to otherworldly boons. Although strong in spell casting, you are currently still at the Earthen level of physical strength.
That is to say that the Host is very weak physically, in the Hosts current state. That is what drained you, more than, the drain the spell had on your mana pool. The Host is beyond simple spell casting. Due to this and the assistance divine nature of your system, you can do much more than many spell casters. Never forget the word DIVINE when you are remembering the SYSTEM.
Damien thought he detected a hit of sarcasm in that comment but the system was a robotic A.I, that couldn't be right. Could it? Damien ignored the matter due to the System, continuing on until it's done with its explanation.
When it comes to casting the host does not need to chant to cast spells nor use hand symbols. The Host simply has to envision the spell mentally, enact your will and intent and the system will perform the desired effect for the Host. Also, ignorance is an issue, but this can be fixed with options in the shop or through personal discoveries or learning a spell in a book or from an instructor.
The Host is also able to perform known spells absorbed library and in uncovered hidden ruins that are around the planet among other ways, but of course, Host has to find these locations and locate the materials to absorb. If the book or scroll is on a material that can be absorbed, the host can also absorb the information on that material. The host can unlock spells by practicing and using his spell casting in various and creative ways. Hosts' spell casting is only limited by the Hosts imagination, intent, and willpower.
Due to being an archmage of all the elements, the Host has ascended far beyond normal spell casting when combined with divine energy, but with this option, the level of destruction will be unfathomable to the Hosts surrounding, with the host's current knowledge.
The Host my intend to raise a small hill but may end up raising a mountain and end up destroying all life in the area unintentionally. It is recommended that the host unlocks mana pool before attempting to use his Divine spell casting further.
"Wow, so I just have to think about the spell and will it into existence? Okay good. That surely would have helped much more BEFORE I have a f****** werewolves maw nearly ripping my throat out!"
(Ting) The host did not ask. Also if the spell power will not be the same as any with the enhancements of the given boons provided, but the effect can vary depending on what the Host wants to cast.
For example, you can cast a firestorm spell, but the area of the spell, the range, and power are going to be more powerful than a mage of the same type and level. The Hosts power will also increase with the usage of each element and spell used over time so this should not be an issue with the Host. Remember the Host must still develop in the Host's mana pool circulation inside of Hosts' body to ease mana usage.
This book is hosted on another platform. Read the official version and support the author's work.
This and other modifications can be purchased from the 'Divine Shop' next to the Kingdom building tab or learned through normal means of training and development or learning from an instructor. It is also recommended that the Host considers ways to use the systems' different options in it.
The host has gained 2,000 DP for killing a high level mythical beast.
While Damien instantly felt safer with wall to his back. Little did he know that the Mythical beast that he killed was a 7th tier monster. One of the strongest known beasts on the continent and the top beast in the surrounding 2,000 meter area of the forest.
The main reason that Damien had killed such a beast so easily was due to the beast underestimating Damien and attacking him thinking he was a normal hunter or adventurer that the beast has hunted in the past. The intelligent forest creatures in the surrounding area were terrified that something could kill the alpha mythical beast in the area and they didn't want to be anywhere near such a threat. After hosts' sudden brush with death, the Creator thought he should grant you an ability to sustain your life and assist the host with close calls. The host IS the only harbinger for the Creator after all. So you have the minor regeneration passive skill. Tier levels rise or based on Ranks.
Ranks are graded from ranks 1-10 with one being basic spells and 10 being rare legendary abilities of the Divine level. Most human only reach up to Tier 7 and even that is only a handful of beings, at least that's was at the time of the creation of the system 2,000 years ago. There may have been breakthroughs magically with beings on this earth. I'm sure this lapse in information must have been the system creator's idea of a joke.
"Well, absorption doesn't sound ominous and completely overpowered at the same time. Damien said sarcastically. Now that I think about it most of my skills sound overpowered especially my archmage spells. I guess being a Harbinger has its perks" Damien was extremely happy with the skill. His chances for survival rose drastically with magic. Now that all of that was finished, its time to see what kind of planet this was he was kidnapped to. Well...outside of the dangerous parts at least. "I already know dangerous and I am not looking forward to it again." Damien thought to himself
A part of Damien was excited to explore the planet and find civilization and the other part of Damien was terrified at what he might find once he stepped outside. Before Damien left out of the door he tested out his inventory and touched the wall locker and said inventory and watched it disappear into thin air, and Damien was completely amazed. He had already changed from his torn bloody clothes into fresh socks and underwear, a dark blue T-shirt, black jeans and some combat boots after he showered the dirt and blood off of his body. He finally opened the door to the cabin, took a deep breath and stepped once again into the unknown.
