fantasial rise [HIATUS]
a feather's fall

a feather's fall

We march ever closer to feathovien and we can already see their city and their army waiting for us.

"Alright, let's get this started, no strategy, you do what you want I don't care, just take the city!" (Grode)

The army charges, mages using spells, warriors going right in the thick of it, and healers keeping them alive.

I go towards the city with the army and use my 7 tentacles to keep the oposing army away from me and using bone spears to help the army, we quickly get closer to what can only be called a royal palace and barge in.

"Time's up, you lose." As I say that I grab the ruler with my tentacles and squeeze him until his death.

Due to your fast (understatement of the century) conquest of the city, you have been awarded with a permanent bonus to you and your people's "fear factor", their capacity to induce fear in others.

As I turn around to look at my army and the leaders of the other races that joined us, I can't help but laugh.

"we are composed of several different races that would, under other circumstances wage war against one another, and yet, here we stand, together, united, on the same side of a war we started in order to keep ourselves safe. And, the leader of this city, sorry, cities, of ours, is a "tyrant", a cursed "tyrant"! And, to show the goddess we stand for, I DEDICATE THIS CONQUEST, AND ALL FUTURE CONQUESTS, TO RYONERA!" (Grode)

Your words were heard and accepted by Ryonera, [God favor] at 100%, due to your goddess being Ryonera, you have been given to power to cause 1 monster/beast outbreak when attacking a city or defending one of yours.

"Our goddess has heard us, our next conquest will be made even easier if needed, for she has granted us the power to cause ONE monster/beast outbreak when either attacking a city or defending one of ours!" (Grode)

I watch in delight as our army looks even more bloodthirsty than before this conquest, if we were feared before, now, I wonder how others see us?

Are we the big bad wolf, or are we the powerful empire that has no reason to fear the small tribes that they are.

Am I the demon lord, sitting atop a land of demons and monsters, or am I the dedicated king, wich bares the weight of my citizens needs and safety, without giving an inch to the corrupt.

"NEXT STOP, KILLIORA!"

As I say these words, my army bows, as I remember the forest I corrupted.
