Chapter 2 Humans

in my 5th birthday, my mom making me a bow from demon scorpion I kill. I was really happy and start to learn how to use it. Then i learn how to form an arrow from my chakra..  It got me 1 day to learn it.. it's really hard but after failed many times... i could form it easily...

After I could make my arrow instantly I start to use bow to hunt. it is quite tricky and difficult to use, At first I keep missing my target but after a while.. I get the hang of it... and after 3 month practice my skill with bow increased to intermediate...

I learned how to change trajectory of my arrow. Time flew by and i got bored because every single time i shoot my arrow always hit the target.. Then i change back to use my dagger form to hunt but i still bring my bow with me.

Kuroi and Shiroi is our new wolf pups. They are just 2 month old but really attached to me. Kuroi mostly has black fur and a little white in his bottom part and Shiroi has Silver white fur with a small black dot in her left ear. Every time I go to hunt they always following me, it is really dangerous for newly born pup going outside of territory. I  Try to make them leave but no avail....

They seem so eager to hunt and well they are cute. After a while we encounter a triple horned buffalo and left alone from his pack. This is a good chance!! i stealthy take my bow and....

Kuroi : Wooof wooof wooof

Shiroi : Grooooaaa Auuuuuuuu

Allathea: Ahhh (facepalm) They screw it... I knew it happen sigh....

Then tri horned buffalo surprised and run away. Furthermore, both the pups showing smug face, so proud that they can scared another animal.

I am angry at them and start to scolding them. For 2 days, both kuroi and shiroi afraid at me because i scolded them. however, in the next day they begin to approach me and want to play with me.. they give me some bug meat they catch and used the puppy eyes at me. Sighh.. They are small but manipulative....

I look at them with my angry face and said "i will teach you guys how to hunt tomorrow, so be prepared"

shiroi & kuroi : woooof woooff wooof

For 1 week me and fenrir teach those 2 how to hunt. After that, We hunts together. They are surprisingly good with team work..

I observe their hunting tactic. Both of them has its own job. 1 for the chaser and another the ambusher.

Usually, Shiroi will the one take chaser role, first they target monster that weaker and alone. Second, Shiroi will show up and chase her target to the ambush area. Then, Kuroi who take the ambusher role hiding in bushes and when the target near he will jump and bite its neck.

On first try, they have a hard time. Some time, Kuroi miss his target when ambushing or shiroi pick a wrong target, that stronger than them and they were chased by the target. It is quite funny so, i watched them running for a while and help them.

1 year has passed, Now I am 6 years old. Ma still the same a worry wart mother but loving me always. Fenrir still the same, Kuroi and Shiroi get bigger and become a capable company for hunting. So three of us always in group and our hunt area get bigger as we venture more to the east.

As for me, I could form a sword, Up to 7 sword though and also I could summon more than 20 dagger. Now I tried to make another tactic using sword and dagger.. Its quiet hard to control swords they are...heavy and tiresome but has a bigger impact.

One day, I accidentally see a human. he has a large wound in his stomach and seem unconscious.

Shiroi and Kuroi who found him first than they come back at me and show me the way there. (when we hunt together both of them take scouting job) I start to treat his wound with some of herbal plant and use some of my chakra to heal him.

After a while i can't leave him alone in the wild so i bring him to the cave. i hope ma and fenrir dont be upset..

When i get home fenrir and ma really surprise. Ma looks so scared in her face this is my first time seeing her like that and fenrir showing hostility towards the wounded man. I don't know why?

Fenrir POV

I am a unique being, Even from the rest of my pack i am different.. from a pup i could sense my own chakra and also another being. sometimes in the night i could feel someone watching me...

I was always dreamed about a beautiful lady with glowing gold light and play with me. She always caress me. Every time, i am about to sleep i always happy that i will dream about her. In Every dream, she always teach me about the world and also teach me using my aura. Because of her, I become the strongest wolf in this forest.

However, One day she said this will be the last time we meet in dreams... and she is gone.... i woke up and feeling sad.. It just she becomes really important part of me... and she is gone... why...

It is been 4 years, Now I becomes the leader of my pack and also king of this forest. Nothing much happening , Just hunting and hunting sometime we raid bandits band for more excitement but just occasionally.

One day i heard some humans language cursing and its really annoying me. HOW DARE THIS FILTHY RACE COME AROUND IN MY TURF! I stand up and take my pack to give some punishment or feast some human meat...

When we got there, i could see some humans looking for 1 demihuman, i want to kill all of them but something weird with the woman i decided to stalk at them and observe first.

When i get near i could sense the same auras my lady in the dream coming from her stomach... She is pregnant... could it be....

I Can't let her get any harm...  We start to taking the Humans one by one... and their meat not even as good as bug meat yuck....

I come closer to her she seems a bit afraid but suddenly she caress me in my cheek... she is brave... then i decided to take her as one of my pack..

2 month has passed, Melanie has regain her health back and now she is in labor. I don't have any knowledge about demihuman labor. for my kin, we just left it to the female and they always labor it by them self.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAaaaa~ she screams so hard...  she really is in pain.. what i can do now is use my chakra to ease her pain... then

Uaaaaa Uaaaaaa Hiaaaaaaaaa... Child crying*

The baby safe and melanie too this is miracle.... then suddenly from her baby glow a shining gold aura the same as my lady... it is warm... i know...this is fate! my lady come to me.. i vow to myself.. i will protect her with all my strength and my life....

6 year has passed, Allathea becomes an outstanding hunter... she just a child but her strength is extraordinary. She learn from just once and she run wild to the forest hunting different type of monster each day...

I was really proud when i heard she challenges  the Demon scorpion that reign on north part of this forest.

Someday, I heard 2 of my pups ruin her hunting trip I was laughing because it is rare to see her sulking like a kid. Its good she has someone to be her company because sometime she would act harsh and venture to the west, which is near humans domain. I don't want she meet with humans or any demons... i am afraid they might hurt her even she is much stronger than average people but still... Humans always has a lot of tricks...

However, She bring some wounded human comes... I hate humans

Allathea Pov

After I see my ma face... I immediately regret bring this unknown human. Fear and sadness is written on her face... why? i want to ask but she will not tell me because she can't talk.... I ask fenrir but he said he don't know and what he knows is my Ma suffer a lot before i was born....

If humans the one who bring her suffering.... I regret this.. i will order him leave after he wakes up.

In the midnight, he is wake up and scream to see a lot of wolves around him.  I stood up and approach him..

Allathea : Calm humans....

Human: Wha whaaatchu fking whore doing here whre am i

Allathea : HOW DARE ... WATCH YOUR MOUTH HUMANS, I SAVE YOUR LIFE   DONT BE WASTE IT  

Human : Oh ha heeh i i i am sorry... wher ehere i am..(looking nervously around)

Allathea : You are in Morgorth mountains.. after the sun rise you should leave from here...

Human : How dar.. O o kay.. I will leave...

He come back to lay down and looking at the ground mumbling something.. well i don't care i just want him leave immediately tomorrow morning.

I come to ma and reassure her that he will leave early next morning. She is  loosen up and caress my hair... Sorry ma... she just smile at me and kiss me in the cheek...

The human seem looking at us with weird look and make me uncomfortable... I stare at him back and he go down again look at the ground... I really really regret saving him....

In the morning, when i wake up the human already gone.. that's good.. I smile and start to do meditate first.. Ma come back happy again and start to cook..

I ask fenrir when the humans go and he said in early and stealthy... oh hmm maybe he don't want to wake us up that's good...

Okaaayy, kuroi shiroi!!! go scout to the east now.. we venture to the east! i shout happily...

Allathea : Maa i go first cya this afternoon.. i love youu...

Melanie : AAiiiii OOO uUUU....

I smile and go inside the forest... In east there are mostly  Jgeerback packs (it is like a zebra with a lot of horn in its back). It is hard to hunt them beside they always in pack, they also has a fast movement.

That doesn't mean i can't hunt them.. I stealthy approach them and take my bow... Even they can run fast but if they got shoot before they realize it's still useless...

When i draw my bow and focus it to the target... suddenly my bow broken and hurt my finger..

Ouch... oh its bleeding.. The jgeerbacks heard my broken bow and run away.. I dont care about them usually i will angry if my target run away but now... i feel something not right.. i am restless... then i heard a wolf cry from a far that answering my feeling...

it is from the west... my feet becomes weak trembeling.... Oh nooo Ooooh noo please don't there please.....something is wrong!! please doont... I start to run and run with all my power and shout KIROII SHIROIIII.. COME BAACKK TO CAVE NOW!
