Chapter I  Allathea

Maaaa i bring some foodss!

said the little girl with a jet black hair, two small horn coming out from her hair, and beautiful golden eyes. she wear a dress from rabbit skin.

She has a white skin like a snow, it's so contrast with red color of her bruises all over her body from hunting. Beside her there are a lot of wolves and one big wolf (fenrir) .

Melanie : AAeeeaaaa aeeeaa eeeaaa...

Fenrir : Allathea, come to your mother and she missed you..

Allathea : sure! fenfen

Allathea POV

It's been 5 year since I was born. Many thing are happened, my mother really love me...

In my first year, Mother never leave me even for a second, Even though she can't talk I could feel her love towards me, I don't know what happen with my mom's tongue....

Fenrir is helping me with a lot of things. he helps, how to talk, Meditate to control my aura better, tell me how to hunt food, and also give me some information about this world.

He said, this world called Aether, and divided by 4 continent. The largest continent called Miridhian or some people called Middle aether. Almost all human lives in Miridhian. the Humans divided by 3 kingdom and 1 empire with 1 religion The Arch Church.

The North part area were dominated by Elvhen race. The oldest, proud and powerful race. Even though they have the smallest population from other races, but every one of them could use magic and more powerful in strength then average humans.

Another continent called Durgha, this is where we lives. this continent consist of Demons, demihumans, and beast races. However after the fall of the  last Demon king, quarter of the land owned by humans and demon races were divided and at warring states.

The other 2 are Enochasia islands, place of Naga race and Kilimanjarou continent lived by dwarves.

Allathea : Maa here let me help you with that...

Melanie : Aaa ii uuuu aaaaa ( while point to the lakes)

Allathea : i already take a bath this morning ma.. let me help you cook

Melanie : aaaiii ( giving some carrot to allathea)

For 5 years my life so peaceful. In the early morning i always meditate with fenrir near the lakes just beside our cave, then after finish my meditate for 4 hours we start to hunt until afternoon.

From my birth, i was surrounded by my gold aura and sometimes when I was feeling sad my aura will harm anything near me. then fenrir taught me how to control it. He called it chakra, chakra used for strengthen body and mind. Chakra usually doesn't have color except some extraordinary person.(well, I am unique)

After my age reach 3 years old, I start to learn how to hunt and use my Chakra.

At first I hunt some archnaes, It's like a usual spider but has 2 big teeth plus its bigger. Fenrir told me that arachnaes always come in group same as wolves, but they more using air strike tactic then ground.

After the explanation i approach stealthy like a wolves and concentrate on my  gold aura to form a twin dagger . after I make sure there are just 10 arachnaes.

I start to slash in the back of the biggest arachnae and kill it (usually the bigger one is the leader). The aracnaes taken a huge surprise by my ambush and the lost of their leader. i don't waste any time and I start to throw both my dagger to the other two arachnaes and instantly kill both of them.

The other 3 arachnaes start leaping at me but with the dagger formed by my aura I could control it as part of my body. I control 2 of them to go back then stab other 2 arachnaes in the middle of their jump.

I can't intercept another one so I dodged and summon one more dagger to attack the arachnae after its landing in the ground.

Ok 6 down 4 to go!

Then simultaneously 4 arachnaes charge at me form all direction. I can't dodge them all so I summon 4 daggers at top of my head and wait until they are close enough and stab them from the top of their body.

My aura is unique, Fenrir said chakra(aura) used just for strengthen inner body and mind but mine could form into something and control it as I like.

Another source of power is mana. In contrast, Chakra is a power from inside our body and mana is power from the nature itself(outside body). Mana is slightly different then chakra, beside from outside body it  used for magic.

Fenrir can't use any magic so he can't teach me how to use mana but it doesn't matter I am still strong even without magic.

After my first hunt, I start to hunt alone. I challenges a lot of monsters in the forest and learn their habit and attack. One day, I come across a big cave, i feel something dread aura coming from it and I see a lot of monster skull just laying outside the cave. Well, from the clue I bet this cave is a lair of big monster and I can't wait to eat it!!!!!

First, I throw one dagger inside the cave to lure the monster outside. i prefer to fight in open area then inside, it is hard to analyze your foe inside caves  and also has small area movement. Then suddenly i heard RAtatatatatat movement and screeech scream.. and its shoot something, I dodge and it hits tree behind me. the tree collapse and vaporize by some acid water.

WOW, a spit fire? and what we have here....

It has a body like a scorpion but its really big around 2 meter high and 1 meter width. a big claw in both side with black purplish color and its head on its tail showing its purple tongue and with acid droll ieeeeeeww...

It start run straight at me! so fast...

I summon 9 daggers, circling around me. first i need to observe my foe, I decide to use 2 of my dagger to attack and the rest is to intercept any attack coming at me.

This tactic is more on defensive and its purpose observe the enemy. the demon scorpion charge at me and use it's claw to stab me from my right and left. I defend myself with 4 daggers, 2 each in left and my right, It's enough to stop its attack.

Furthermore, I charge with one dagger to its head but dodged it and like a snake movement the head charge at me from the bottom of its  body  and continuing to charge at my stomach, i back away i know its head can't reach me but suddenly its spit on me with acid.

It's nasty and i intercept it with my other dagger then back away again to safe distance.

Okay, what i need to be careful with its tail/head. Its movement somewhat slickly and hard to predict.

After 1 hour, i pretty much knew how its movement and its weakness. It always to protect the bottom of its body and never show it's bottom part when attacking.  When it start to do the same movement, I prepare to retaliate and use all my dagger to attack. Its leap at me from my left following with its right claw slash at me.

Oh cool the same pattern! after i dodge it u will use your left claw again (while dodging the left claw)

I knew next is its head charge at me from the bottom, i prepare 4 of my dagger in top of me then soon enough its head show up at bottom left  and its targeting my chest. Then i stab its head from the top using my dagger.

Allathea : Gotchaa! (while steping back)

I don't want it's suffer so i use the rest of my dagger stab it in its hearth located at the bottom part of it's body for instant death. Scrrriiiiaa,,,,,,,,,,, thats the last sound of it..

Allathea: Fhuaaaaaa... so tiredd my feet are shaking but so excitiing!!! its been so loong... i need to rest up a bit....

At night i come back to the cave with a big trophy at my back. my ma Screaming and i could see, she was crying then run towards me..

Melanie : AAAAAAAAAIIIIAAAA UUUAAAA GAAAAA!

i know i make my mom worried sick.. its make me sad too...

My mom crying and hug me...

i hug her back and crying too...

Allathea : I am sorry maa.. i will not do this again.. huaaa......

the wolves coming at us and caressing us.. some of them lick some of my injury...

Fenrir:  Your mom its worried sick cos of u.. where have you been?

Then at that night While we eat demon scorpion meat except its head part, i told them what happen... fenrir just laughing and proud of me and another wolves just moving their tails happily even though they don't know what i talking about...

My mom doesn't let me go from her side.. she just keep hug me for the entire night....

She was afraid losing me....
