After a few minutes Max and Hans arrived at a small gate.
"Hans welcome back! How did it go?"
The man standing in front of the gate yelled.
"Hey Brandon."
Hans said as he walked up to the gate.
"Who's that on your back?"
"Her, I found her lost in the forest."
"Oh."
Brandon ran over to Hans to help Max.
Hans bent down and let Max off his back.
"Ow."
Max said as she put her foot on the ground.
"Hans you know that you are going to have to take care of her right?"
"Yes, of course."
Hans stretch out his hand for Max.
Max grabbed his hand and Hans lead her through the village.
The village was not in the best shape, the farm land looked to lack nutrients, the people looked as if they hadn't eaten in a while, and the houses looked as if they were hit by a natural disaster.
"Stay close to me."
Max nodded and pick up the pace to stick closer to Hans.
It didn't take long before they arrived in front of a small wooden home.
Hans knocked and yelled.
"Dad I'm home!"
The door began to rattle as someone opened it.
At the doorway stood a man who looked similar to Hans.
"Welcome home, who is this?"
"Her name is Max. I found her lost in the forest."
"Oh, good thing too. It was just about to become night. The Demon Beast become much more active at night, come on in."
As they walked in Hans' father closed the door behind them.
"Well Max you can call me James while you are here, and Hans did you catch anything for dinner."
"Yep! I caught a rabbit!"
"That's my boy! We eating good tonight! Max feel free to join us, dinner will be ready in a bit."
"Thank you."
Max said weakly.
"Oh yeah Max, you can stay in the guest room last door on right down there."
James said.
"Thank you."
Max said weakly.
Max walked over to her room and opened the door.
She looked inside and saw a desk, chair and bed.
She closed the door and sat down on the bed.
Beginning to ponder on what had happened to her.
In an alley way then all of a sudden in a forest.
From raining to clear skies, and from male to female.
Not to mention from 39 to eight years old.
Next she began to ponder on what had happened after finding herself in the forest.

She was found by a kid around her age and then...
Her face began to get red from embarrassment.
She shook her head ferociously as she had lost a bit of her pride as a man.
"Hey Max!"
Hans called from outside of Max's door.
Max jumped up from her seat and her face began to turn slightly red.
"Y-yes!"
"I finished helping my dad prepare dinner. You wanna play a bit chess while we wait for him to finish cooking."
"Uh... Sure!"
Max said as she walked over to the door and threw it open causing Hans to be a bit startled.
"It seems like you feel a bit better."
Max looked at Hans about to say something but then remembered what happened in the forest and quickly turned her head away as she felt her face start to burn.
"You can have the first move. If you want."
Hans said with a confident smile.
"You will regret that descision."
Five minutes later.
"Check mate."
Hans said with a smile.
"What! This game is BS!"
Max roared.
"BS, What does that mean?"
"N-nothing, it's not important."
"Dinner's ready! Tonight we dine like Kings... and Queen."
Max shivered a bit as she heard James.
James placed three plates on the table that could fit four people and sat in front of a plate.
Hans did the same and Max sat in the last open seat.
"Okay don't forget to pray to the gods for the meal."
James and Hans bowed their heads and pressed their hands to together.
Max copied them until they picked up their heads.
"Time to chow down."
The two of them began to eat their food quickly as if it was the best food in the world.
While Max saw the food and could think of nothing other than how bad it looked.
She slowly moved a piece over to her mouth and bite down.
The food to her was average at best, but with her stomach empty, she ate the food as if it was the best.
The three were finished quickly.
"Off too bed you two, and Hans don't skip school tomorrow. As for you Max we will look more into where you are from."
Max shook her head, and Hans ran over to his room.
"Night!"
Hans yelled.
Max walked over to her room and laid down on here bed.
She laid her body over the stiff matters.
Staring up at the ceiling, she slowly fell asleep.
