This was his stats while he was level 1, but he didn't even do a smirk, he simply shrugged it off, like he always did.

Instead of that he went to the library, the clerk there looked at him with a huge amount of respect.

"Can I take the book in which I can learn Magical Perception?"

"Of course, here I have readied it for you"

"Thanks?"

"Please ask me whenever you want something else."

His attitude was rather, unexpected? Myriad thought about it for a second and then just sat on a seat and started looking at it.

Myriad read it, it took him 2 hours to learn it. It first demonstrated the representation of mana. Per example; If a Magic Missile was launched, it would be the neutral mana. If Aqua Bubble was used, it would be the water mana but it also demonstrated that there were variation of mana, one could use a smokescreen by fusing the fire and water elements and then it proceeded to show him how Magical Perception could discern such details. This was all explained profoundly in the book.

New Skill: You have learned Magical Perception

Allows one eyes to be able to discern the different types of mana

Needs constant mana to be used to keep it activated

He returned the book, gave his thanks once again and went off behind the shack where almost nobody went to, but he didn't start to use his Magical Perception. He had all of his time, he first started using his spells to train.

"Fire Ball"

His palm was facing the scarecrow he took from the training hall and then the ball proceeded to do a huge explosion. His stats were quite large so it was rather normal that it did that much damage… Even though it didn't do damage.

The skill proficiency in Fire Ball augmented by 2.5%.

"Fire Ball, Fire Ball, Fire Ball, Fire Ball, Fire Ball, Fire Ball, Fire Ball, Fire Ball, Fire Ball, Fire Ball, Fire Ball, Fire Ball, Fire Ball, Fire Ball, Fire Ball, Fire Ball, Fire Ball, Fire Ball, Fire Ball…"

He said Fire Ball until his mana ran out. The mana cost for one of them was 50 mana. After he levelled up his Fire Ball once, it turned to 2%. He meditated his remaining mana back and continued with his other spells. Thankfully, he had an enormous amount of mana for his level.

He continued for weeks until he finally reached intermediate with his all of his basic spells. They increased in power and halved in mana cost. He also received 34 INT and 32 WIS for his effort. The Magic Mastery gave him a boost in every spell powers and halved every spells mana cost.

He finally started to search about what to do with the door.

"Magical Perception."

What we saw was a door inscribed with some kind of marks. It was most likely a sealing function to keep visitors away. Instead of going to the library to search for some spell to destroy the seal. He instead went to the Headmaster. He knew that if it was there for so long, a measly spell from a novice wouldn't be able to break it.

When he saw Myriad entering, the Headmaster greeted him with a smile.

"What happened, you haven't visited for a while."

"I was busy training my abilities."

"Haha, good job!"

Then the Headmaster suddenly took a serious face.

"Hey, you know, there's something weird with you…"

"..?"

"I've been observing you, you know… I find it strange that you need double the effort to become stronger, even when you were reading books. Would you please explain?"

Ah, quite perceiving of him, he's absolutely right.

"It's a small curse, not of importance. What I'm here for is about the sealed door at the old shack that you supposedly played hero on."

He purposely tried to dodge his assumption and it got him a little embarrassed. It worked. He heard from the clerk that he was the one who was the most motivated in unlocking the door, he even stayed there for 2 days straight but to no avail.

"O-oh, that shack? I forgot about it since i was so focused on my studies. What? There was a barrier there?"

The old man thought about it for a while and then gave a quest to him.

"I'll see what I can do, can you search more of it's origins in the library?"

Learn more about what is inside the shack

The Headmaster demanded you to find out what is inside the shack.

Difficulty Level: Unknown

Quest requirements

Respect from the Head Master

Learn the existence of the old shack

Quest rewards

Possibility of a reward in the shack

Increase in relationship with the Headmaster

"I accept."

Funny how there can be two quests from the same origins at the same time owned by the same person, anyway… Since he learnt of the barrier he went to the library not only to return his quests but to also seek more information about the shack.

Quest Complete: Learn more about what is inside the shack

Small increase in relationship with the old clerk.

"Sorry that I couldn't learn more about the old shack."

"It doesn't matter, I appreciate your efforts."

Deciding to go straight to the point, he pointed out what he principally came here for.

"Can you give me books that can tell me more about the history of this country?"

"I will do so immediately."

He was given 20 books shortly after.

"You know, I remember stories from my grandfather, he always used to tell me that the shack was there ever since the kingdom was created. I gave you some books about that age."

Myriad showed his appreciation and began to read seated on a chair.

The first book was called The Forest Insight, it simply was about how the forest was deeply inside and about how we underestimate it. Nothing about the shack.

The second was about the Bird and the Zeal… The same book. He put it aside.

And then he finally reached his twentieth book. The Sword Princess.

After reading them all. he earned 9 INT and 9 WIS.

A long time ago, there was a young princess living in a small castle.

She was a tomboyish, energetic and kind hearted child.

So much that she pestered her parents for her to have a sword mentor so she could protect her people.

The young princess trained and trained, so much that she even surprised her mentor.

But one day, the small castle was attacked and since she was still small, she couldn't protect it.

She cried heavily that day.

The young princess was alone now, the army was too small to beat his enemies.

And thus the country collapsed, like a puppet without it strings.

She decided to train so that she could protect who she needed to protect.

She trained and trained and trained, even harder then before.

Trained and trained and trained.

Trained so much that she finally became strong enough that she could protect everyone, or could she?

She chose to try to rebuild her country from scratch.

The princess couldn't do it alone so she requested for help.

With her beautiful appearances and her proud manners, she became quickly admired by the people.

From small beginnings come great things.

They first sprouted plants, and then created a immense garden.

They built a shack, then great buildings.

They herded animals, made a farm.

Made soldiers, then an army.

Every time there was an attack from a country fearing the quick growth by the country.

The Sword Princess was there to stop them.

Every time there was an attack from monsters.

The Sword Princess was there to stop them.

Thus the country quickly became a kingdom.

The enemy countries finally made an alliance and proceeded to attack the kingdom.

But, the Sword Princess was there to stop them.

They pleaded to a Great Witch to stop her.

They sent thousands of sacrifices and then she acted.

The battle lasted seven days and seven nights they fought in a desolated land by the request of one.

But the Witch was canny, fearing her loss, she used her most precious sealing container.

Oh coward Witch, what a coward you are.

The container transformed into a sword, she quickly tried to destroy it, but it couldn't be broken.

Oh fearful Witch, how easily feared you are.

She decided to put it in a old shack, and sealed it.

Oh sad Witch, how sad you are.

The Sword's Princess name was Ena, The Great Witch's name was Ola, the Kingdom's name was Onz.

Such a miserable fate, if only one could correct this misery.

For the...

He couldn't read it anymore, the other pages were torn.

He didn't receive a stat point because of how short it was, but he had received his information.

He quickly went to the Headmaster to tell of this tale.

"The Great Witch you say!?"

He was greatly surprised.

"To think such an entity would seal a person, this person deserves to have at the very least,a A Rank."

One of the greatest difficulty, the Headmaster thought for a minute and said.

"We will dispel the spell, I have great trust that this Sword Princess is the rightful heir of the throne. Even if it was a long time ago, I apologize that I won't explain who she is to you. We need to hurry and tell the people of this."

The Headmaster used a Convey Spell, he communicated with every magician in the building, he told them to gather.

"What is it Headmaster?" One magician said.

There were over 8 thousand magicians gathered outside. They all came in a hurry because they never usually do this, except for emergencies. The man smiled at this scene.

"We shall sweat today, follow me."

? Was the reaction of many, but since he ordered it, they couldn't disobey.

"Teleport!"

They all teleported near the old shack, now they were even more confused.

"The ones who can use the Dispel Spell, use them after 5 minutes, the rest… Restore the mana of the ones who uses it."

They picked up their composure and started to cast it, when the Headmaster orders, one is bound to listen."

"Go!"

Thus began the massive neutral spell uses. Flashes of light searing everywhere, the magicians seeing this were surprised, but not for too long. They continued for hours using Dispel and Infuse, it was a massive homogenous spell casting. Seeing that it was not working, Myriad went next to him about something. The Headmaster was also pouring all of his energies in dispelling the gate, seeing his shaded sweat.

"Tsk, it still not enough huh, what's wrong Myriad?"

"I've contacted the other country that was facing us the other time, they said that they could lend magicians in reason of our alliance in exchange of one wish from me."

The man smiled, and permitted their teleportation, The Headmaster was a major power, he could authorize some magic spells and refuse some of them while in the country. Teleportation was one of them.

Then 4 thousand magicians came. Like the other magicians, they were also confused but when they saw the massive use of Dispel, they quickly picked up their composure and copied them.

"W-what the, what the heck is this shack!"

As expected, not every one of them would be composed, a few hundred or so panicked a little wondering if it was reality wise to unlock this gate with no real precaution, this, of course the Headmaster knew.

Life was hard with the series of spell casting, after 10 hours or so, many of them collapsed, it was truly frightening to see that their loyalty was worth more then logic. Then, the gate started shimmering and opening.

All of the magicians fell with the exceptions of few, including the Headmaster and Fen.

Myriad heard that voice again, it was most likely using telepathy to speak with him.

[As promised, we can order you to do one of our whims.]

Myriad nodded, but one magician complained.

"Headmaster, why were we supposed to do this for just one person, we also won't even have a reward or whatsoever!"

But they teleported before even gaining a reply,

"Phew, finally. Alright, let's go guys!"

One magician tried to rush in and enter the shack but he got pushed back by an unknown force.

"What, we still have to continue?"

"No, this time, it's the will of who is inside this shack." Answered the Headmaster.

[Are you the ones who released my spell?]

Undoubtedly, it was unthinkable to unleash twelve thousand magicians for one random shack, but even with that, the Headmaster trusted his instincts, he knew he had to do this even with the risks, like a decrease in trust and loyalty. He answered the voice.

"Yes, now it's our turn to ask a question. Are you the Sword Princess Ena, the rightful heir to the throne?"

[Woah, It's been so long since I even heard a voice but, I can no longer sit on that throne. My time has long passed, I appreciate your efforts on unsealing my seal, you may all rest.]

"I see, it's a shame… We'll be going now."

Quest Complete: Learn more about what is inside the shack

Small increase in relationship with the Headmaster.

"Geh, are you serious? No rewards whatsoever?"

They teleported too, except for Myriad.

[Who are you young boy?]

"Myriad."

[I see, Myriad… I have chosen you to become my Master. Do you accept?]

Hidden Class!

If you accept it, you can exclude skills related to the nature of the class. Do you want to convert now?

In reason of the Infinity class, you automatically absorb this class.

The negatives aspects are negated.

"I accept." Once again, he hid his true class.

The voice seemingly pleased beckoned for him to come over.

[Good, now come.]

He tried to enter, the barrier didn't affect him. What was inside was a battered shack, but one thing was of attention in this rundown place. The sword on a table.

It's appearances were rather peculiar? The sword was incredibly amazing to watch, with a handle that was adorned with a grey hue and a shine on it's hilt. The blade had 7 circular holes inside it. It was truly intriguing, even if it wasn't the prettiest sword, it was still…. Intriguing.

If you stumble upon this narrative on Amazon, it's taken without the author's consent. Report it.

[Closer.]

He continued until he was in reach of taking it, the closer he got to the sword, the bigger the light was, if a person was anemic he or she would surely faint in presence of this beaming light.

[Finally, I can pass myself, grab it!]

Once he grabbed it a shine overwhelmed him, it looked like it was trying to caress him, trying to say that he did a good job. Was the light treating him like a child? Myriad did the first thing every adventurers would do.

Ena's Permission

[Hah! I can finally breath! Hey, Young Master, let's go!]

Her mood transformed from being mature to being childish, it seems that the story in that torn book was true. After going out of the shack, she asked a question.

He stood still, examining his surroundings, thinking that grabbing the sword would affect something. Something caught his eyes, it was a very very small metal on the corner of the room, one would miss it in this dark room but Myriad didn't. He used Magical Perception to see if there was something important. There was, the sealing element was even more dense then the one on the door. He decided to let it go. Even if he tried to unseal it, it would take even more magician to unlock it, and he wouldn't even be able to bring out so many magician especially since he just brought them out. It was a real shame but he would remember it, like he remembered every moments of his past except for one part, before he was found by his parents. He had no memories from before.

[Young Master, when are we going to go out.]

"Soon enough, let me first say my goodbyes, I also need to learn the "skill" cooking,"

Remember, he learned it from the weird whims of his parents.

[Hmm, fine… I suppose I'll also learn of what happened in my birthplace.]

And thus started his long long day of walking, Ena was always interested in every object residing everywhere, from strangely shaped rocks, to majestic armour. She looked like a tourist, except that we can't really see her.

[Hey! Buy that mirror. Buy that too!]

He had a lot of gold for a level 1 so he didn't really think much about the amount of gold that he'll waste but even so, it was okay.

Ena had quite a sharp eye for special items, they were generally cheap and were sealed. Even though there's a lot of magicians, it doesn't mean that everyone is a magician huh. The very fact that he could afford them with such a few sum of money showed that.

And this was how the day passed, he earned quite a sum of items worth way more then they were sold. For example, he got this certain lamp that was told that it worked badly. It was actually a quest item for Nodweig. Apparently she found out about it by overhearing a group talking about it. No doubt about it, even after all those years, her senses were still great.

He could had continued searching for items but he wanted to hurry and learn the skill Cooking, he lost about 400 gold.

He reached a restaurant that didn't seem to be that popular, he probably would had trouble asking the keeper to teach him if it was tremendously popular.

"Fine, but you have to be a waiter for 1 week, then I'll teach you."

Waiter? Why a waiter? He was in need of the cooking skill, so he did it but he was still wondering why should he be a waiter.

"Here, get dressed."

He wore the elegant waiter dress and saw that it had some perky bonuses like +10 Charisma, and it apparently was working.

As soon as he started his shift, girls started to enter the place, most of them were NPC, but there were still users, most likely intrigued by the number of NPC.

"May I have a order?.

"Coming right away."

"Me too."

"Ah, I'm coming."

In the backgrounds where the cooking was said to be held, we could see an old lady smirking and murmuring strangely, like she was possessed.

"Profits, profits…What a gem!"

Back in the waiter's side.

"How high is his charm stat to be able to attract so many characters"

"Dunno bro."

"He is kind of pretty."

"Nah, don't trust them, I'm sure that he changed his appearances to be so beautiful."

One week passed in a blink of an eye and he learned his cooking skill, he also earned 4 Charm and 5 Charisma for his efforts, she requested him to visit once again if he had the time.

"Damnit! I should had told him at least two weeks! No, one month, screw it I should had told him to stay for eternity!"

He said his goodbyes with the library clerk and the mage's guild, he would encounter them again. That's for sure.

Myriad finally went out of the city, there were rabbits but he didn't kill them.

After a while of walking he also encountered foxes… He didn't want to fight them so he kept his distance, they were already massacred by the number of players so he felt pity? For them.

Then he met a pack of wolves who were prone to attacking, since he didn't want to battle he walked away but it seemed that they wanted him. They showed those feelings by biting right into the leg. He stayed immobile and stared at him.

The wolf that bit him slowly backed away and after a meter it started running away.

This time, they didn't attack him.

[Young Master, why did you let them live?]

"I didn't want to fight them, that's all."

[Hmmm.]

By the way, while he was walking he was always spamming his basic spells on the sky or the ground.

He gained skill proficiency this way, even if it was hard for him to even get 1 percent, he still did it. Like the book implied. From small beginnings comes great things.

He finally reached a village, or at least it was until he saw the sign.

Bandit Village: If you want to die, enter right away.

[Awfully arrogant for a bunch of weaklings. Young Master, wield me and fight them, this will be good experience.]

He nodded and before entering he meditated his mana back.

Soon enough he saw over 30 bandits coming forward.

"Prepare to die!"

They didn't even let him enter the village? What a liar sign.

He backed away dodging the first strike. He stabbed the throat right after, it wasn't enough to pierce him but there was still some damage.

The other one came on his side and tried to hit him in the head, he ducked and proceeded to main his legs, once again he couldn't do enough damage.

He usually kept a pace of backing away, it would be considerably bad if they surrounded him.

He disabled one after numerous strikes on his legs and focused him whiled dodging.

After over 20 minutes he turned grey and disappeared, they still wouldn't back away even after so much effort.

You have levelled up!

You have levelled up!

You have levelled up!

"Damn, how nimble, he'll run out of stamina soon enough. Men charge!"

He continued this pace and killed 3 more of them.

Every time, Myriad switched weapons to his staff and received his bonus and as soon as the bandits started to swing.

"Wind Push."

He pushed himself backwards, this spell was not only useful at pushing other aways, but also to push oneself away. He continued backing away until he restored all of his stamina.

"Damn it all!"

A bandit rushed on him alone.

That was a bad idea, quickly enough he switched to Ena and charged himself while keeping a low posture. The bandit slashed but he slid in the left side and disabled his leg.

With the additional damage he went behind him and stabbed his neck numerous time. He then switched to his staff and pushed himself away by using Wind Push.

He could had simply massacred them easily with his staff but he deduced that for Ena to get stronger he needed to kill with her.

Since the buckler didn't serve for much in this case, he switched to a staff. He would dodge all of the attacks anyway so he didn't need to parry. Myriad looked rather strange with a sword and a staff on each hands but it worked better then what he had before.

He killed them more efficiently.

He ran to them, stabbed one of them specifically in the vital parts then pushed himself away with the staff.

After a long time of chasing they were reduced to 3. They truly wanted to kill him, was it because they didn't want other peoples to notice that they lied about what was on the sign? Well, it seemed that the rest of them ran away though.

Myriad didn't let them go, he chased them and when one looked like he was going to attack he backed away. They died soon enough.

He received over 30 levels when he killed them all. In the end, Ena finally spoke to him.

[Young Master, this may seem strange to request but… Can you give me all of your levels?]

"Sure."

[Much appreciated.]

And he reverted back to level 1, he didn't even have the time to spend even 1 unallocated stat point but there wasn't a trace of sadness or regret in his face, he simply shrugged it off.

[Done, Young master, look at what I can do now.]

In other words, he needs to give her his levels to make her stronger. One would be rather annoyed by this fact but, Myriad thought that it didn't matter if he didn't get stronger. He would pour all of his levels on her. Also, it seemed that it didn't matter even if he did kill them with his spells, but he didn't do it. He wanted some proficiency with his sword.

[Young Master! There are many more bandits inside, let us go!]

He fought around thirty bandits again and he received 30 levels, he once again gave them all to Ena.

He realized something, when he gave her levels it wasn't limited on experience points. It was truly levels he was giving.

In other words, a measly 1000 experience points could be worth 98000 experience points if he gave it to her.

The expeditions were much easier each time he gave his levels away.

But in the fourth expedition, something unexpected happened.

You are unable to transfer levels to Ena anymore.

This can be fixed by inputting a elemental orb inside of the holes.

Now this was a problem, at the hundredth level, he couldn't give his levels away until he found a elemental orb.

There was also another problem.

"Ena, if I allocate my stat points… Can I still give my levels to you?"

[Aya, you found out what was the problem. Sadly, you can't.]

"I see."

The fifth time though, the bandits stopped chasing at him. He gazed at one of them which seemed to be their representative.

"I'm incredibly sorry for all the trouble we have done, if only you could forgive us."

Most players would just massacre them, but Myriad was different. He didn't really want to do useless bloodshed, he could but, he decided not to.

"I apologize for killing them."

"Not at all sir… Umm, this may seem haughty of me."

"Speak."

"C-can, you rescue our leader who is inside the prison?"

"Can I look inside the village first?"

"U-um, the villagers hates you incredibly, I wouldn't enter if I were you."

He was sweating, he wasn't scared of the villagers hating him, he was scared of Myriad hating them! You never know if he would kill them all without exceptions!

"It doesn't matter."

"As you desire, I-I will be leaving."

As soon as he entered there were a lot of women and children without their father.

They glared at him with disdain, some of them were even throwing rocks at him, they hit straight into his forehead, he didn't even budge.

Some of them screamed at him.

"You left us without our husband, how are we going to live now!"

This was principally their faults, they shouldn't had chased him so far, they shouldn't had tried to kill him but the females ignored logic and

kept pestering him.

"What are we supposed to do now!? Huh!?"

Once again, most players would just massacre them in which Myriad did not. They wouldn't even get the murderer mark since they were outlaws.

[…]

He asked one of the few men remaining about the whereabouts of the representative that spoke with him while taking a shower of rocks.

"H-he's on the hill, up there."

He pointed a direction, Myriad steadily increased his pace, the shower finally stopped.

He saw a familiar silhouette, he went next to him and chatted with him.

"Hey."

The man was not expecting him here.

"Ah! H-hello, how may I help you?"

"I was wondering about how their life were when they had their husbands, would you explain it to me in details?"

"O-oh, sure… Let's see, while they were with their "husbands" most of them were treated badly, they were living in bad conditions but they

were still protected, most of them can't enter the city so this was their last chance of survival, mortified, they endured the countless perverse

actions of their "husbands",of course there were some of them that liked those actions but you just went and killed their protection. B-by the way I treat my wife justly, you don't

have to worry about that!"

The man laughed wryly a little and then started to reminiscence the past.

"This would had never happened if Rut was still here."

"Hey, what if I brought males to protect them, would it be better?"

"Heh, anything would be better then those thugs, they would accept it with pleasure, but what do you mean by that?"

The man asked puzzled, but Myriad answered with another question.

"Can you bring me a writing pencil and 50 blank books that has approximatively 30 pages?"

He was even more bemused but well, he accepted soon enough.

"S-sure?"

He wrote the basic of sword techniques that he read in real life, most of them were illustrations that showed examples.

Thankfully there was only 20 to 30 pages that needed to be written. His drawing and writing skills were incredibly fast.

It took him only two week in which he remained inside the representative's house.

While he was finished with them, Ena finally talked, she wasn't really satisfied by the villagers reaction even though it was their faults.

[Young Master, why are you so kind to them? Those people threw you rocks you know?]

He answered curtly, "It's my decision."

She laughed.

[Hehe, I've found a troubling master.]
