I went to the top of the cliff, looking down on the village.
The sight of the village, along with the undead, was like the stars resting in my palms.
The forest, the waterfall, the creations they made, and the village were a beautiful sight to behold.
I would be lying to myself If I said I did not feel any guilt for disturbing their peaceful life and for the things I was about to do.
In the eyes of the orcs, this was simply their home, a place for them to reside in. For me, it was like a cage that I had to escape.
Not just because it was a dungeon, after all, the more I began to feel things, the more I started to question myself.
I wanted to have my memories about who I was before turning into a skeleton.
I want to experience the feeling that people call joy, mix in a crowd, walk like an average person, greet the people I know, have a family, and not be alone.
Then I realized how naïve thoughts those were, did I feel such a way because of the heart of the human, Hehe, why should I care if they live or die? the strong survive, thus I who am the strongest will be the one to survive and escape this cage
I had a choice, I could’ve chosen to mix myself with the orcs, live there, try to fit in even if I could never truly fit in, but I decided to move on with my own desires.
“Well, I am a monster, after all.”
Even if my desires may never come true, I simply had to move on, keep moving until I found a path for me to walk on.
There were three days left before the start of the tournament.
I had to restore everyone’s body to their normal state before then.
I began restoring their bodies one by one.

It took me an entire day to complete restoring everyone’s body.
The chief himself couldn’t participate in the tournament.
So, I chose the next strongest orc in the village as the candidate.
My first step in the plan was to make this village win the tournament and rule the fortress.
During my spar with the candidate, I found out that, after turning undead, their strength had increased more than when they were still alive. Also, with Morpheus as my shared weapon, it was like an assurance that guaranteed the village to win the tournament.
The day had arrived, I gave the orcs the order to play along like every previous year and win this time.

I used stealth to go around.
The tournament took place in a colosseum. The sound of the bells began to ring.
Everything was going smoothly.
However, I felt an intimidating look coming from in front of me.
It was the leader of the 7 red orcs. It seems he had noticed me.
It was troublesome, as I haven’t yet planned to face the red orcs.
I got out of the colosseum, but it seems it had followed after me. The tournament had to go on for my further plans to take place.
So, I ran further away. Far enough for the battle to not affect the tournament. As I was running, the orc struck the ground with its gigantic battle axe.
It caused a shockwave that made me trip and fall to the ground.
“How dare a skeleton-like you enter our Sacred ground!!!!!!!!!!”
“Haha, A sacred ground you say, you and your foolish beliefs are both going get buried in this very land.”
He created spikes to strike me through the ground.
I avoided them; he struck a heavy blow with his hammer, even though I used my shield, I still got blown back.

I was too hasty; its status was of the charts, and the difference was too high.
I had already spread contamination through the air, but that seemed to have no effect.
Right now, it was underestimating me and not using the full extent of its power.
I had to end it now.
I ran towards it and struck it with my sword, it used its hammer to block. Thus the flames from my sword traveled to its hammer.

I turned its own hammer into chains and also converted my own weapon into chains and tried to bind the red orc.
“Was this it? Is this all you can do?”
Saying that it flexed its muscles and tried to break free.
The chains made from the hammer broke down, but the chains created by my own weapon were barely holding on as I was continually providing them with mana.
It suddenly roared into the sky, and the mana consumption increased drastically, leaving me with no choice but to release the chains.
“How disappointing.”
My flames were still burning in its skin even though it was doing no damage.
“Ran out of your little tricks yet?”
“Still have one left.”
Then from the flames on the red orcs body, one of the orcs emerged used its giant sword to penetrate right through its chest, causing it to fall to the ground.
When I first created an undead, I had also found out about another one of my abilities.
As they were created through my flames, they could live inside my flames, and I could store them right in the sphere in my chest, and emerge through the fire.
“Now how does it feel to be defeated?”, I asked confidently
“Kekeke, you defeated me? foolish skeleton”, the red orc replied while smiling
He stood up as nothing had happened.
“You foolish one, I am an eternal guardian for the orcs; thus, I am immortal, I cannot die until I wish for my death, KEKEKEKEKE!!!!”
I had already found out he was immortal when the contamination and the flames were frequently transferring his life force, but still, he was unaffected.
“So, All I need to do is make you wish for the sweet relief of death.”
