Chapter 27 God Guidance

Chapter 27 God Guidance

Sea Territory not far from Yesel City.

A group of soldiers from the Kingdom of Hiinsa paraded above the sea. The leaders were two young priests who rode strange shrimp. They were just two of the younger generations who had recently been granted priesthood by Yesel, the King of Wisdom.

The young priests obeyed the order of the King of Wisdom and had been scouring this Sea Territory repeatedly, until the younger of the two finally couldn’t help but ask, “Is the divine city really here?”

“We have counted every stone in the sea. So, if a big island really exists, we should be able to find a trace at least!” replied the other priest on the side, smiling. “Are you questioning the great King of Wisdom, or are you questioning the power of God?”

The young priest stopped immediately, not daring to say more. “Got it! I will search for it without complain. The King’s will is the King’s will.”

Although the other priest had warned the young priest, he also believed that their search would be in vain. He sighed and began to retell the story that was widely circulated in the Kingdom.

Everyone knew the story, but every time it was told, it felt different. “The blasphemer Ens killed his younger brother Bune and took away the giant Lukh, the fusion monster that God had given to Bune. Ens used the power that God had bestowed on the Sanye to try to kill the eldest son of the Spiritual God, Ledley, his great father and king of wisdom.”

The voice was melodious, as if singing a great poem. “Such a heinous sin had been committed against the Spiritual God and the King of Wisdom in Paradise, at the foot of the God Temple.”

“The disappointed and sorrowful God descended upon the people of the Kingdom with divine punishment. The descendants of the sinners were exiled to the Demon Abyss in the deep sea forever, and the people of Hiinsa were never able to return to their homeland.”

“Oh, God! When will you forgive our sins and shower your glory upon the Kingdom of Hiinsa again?”

After finishing this popular poem, the priest shook his head. “We mortals, how could we set foot once again on the temple of the Spiritual God before being forgiven by him?”

Although the two priests felt that this journey was likely to be fruitless, they still earnestly and meticulously carried out the King of Wisdom’s will. They split into two groups and deep into the Sea Territory.

The young priest led a team of soldiers, who set off waves as they crossed the sea quickly. Meanwhile, he gazed out at the golden rays on the sea.

The blue and pure sea, with its golden brilliance, is strikingly conspicuous.

"What's floating on the sea?" someone asked.

"Go and see," another replied.

A group of people arrived, and the priest on a strange shrimp extended a bone spear to pick up a golden flower from the sea, called the Cup of the Sun.

Everyone had never seen this thing before, nor had they seen anything golden, except for the sun in the sky.

"What is this?" they wondered.

"It's the same color as the sun," another remarked.

"It's amazing," someone else added.

The priest smelled the flower's fragrance and couldn't help but lean over. He then took a deep breath as if it were a conditioned reflex. The pollen from the Cup of the Sun followed his breath, and its special cells penetrated the young priest's body.

This tale has been unlawfully lifted from Royal Road. If you spot it on Amazon, please report it.

No one expected this to happen.

After inhaling this unsurprisingly unique pollen, the mythical blood in the young priest's body combined together with it, the heavens and earth turned upside down.

There was a certain qualitative change in the blood of the myth in the priest body, It was as if the Fusion Monster had swallowed the organs of other lives and grafted them onto itself.

The blood of the first generation of mythology of the Wisdom Road had perfected some of its gene fragments thank to the Sun Cup and had taken a new step in evolution.

A burst of golden fluorescence floated from the priest, and he unconsciously let go of the Cup of the Sun he held in his hand, letting it float.

Wisdom power allowed the priests to have the ability to see through people's hearts and communicate with any life, but their power could never directly act on any other objects.

But at this moment, everything changed.

His power could leave his body and act directly on the outside world.

While the group of soldiers beside him exuded golden, dazzling light, they smelled a fragrance that affected the depths of their minds.

Suddenly, everyone was in horror, as if their consciousness had been taken away, and they couldn't move.

Their bodies were frozen, slowly sinking under the sea.

Fortunately, they could survive in the sea, so there was no risk to their lives.

At this moment, the young priest of the god was completely unaware. His eyes emitted golden rays of light, and his consciousness suddenly appeared on a golden island where the Sun Cup once was.

He was standing on the coast, with densely packed golden flowers swaying beside him.

The sea of flowers spread along the coast, and a magnificent city was buried in the Cup of the Sun.

"Where is this?" he wondered, looking around blankly.

He couldn't understand why he suddenly appeared here when he was still at sea just a moment ago.

How could there be such an island, and why was it full of flowers like a Divine Kingdom?

The beauty was suffocating.

Until he saw the city without a wall, and the swamp surrounded by stones.

He immediately reacted, and his pupils enlarged to the extreme in an instant.

Although the young Sanye had never seen it with his own eyes, he had heard of this place countless times.

"The Divine City," he whispered.

"This is the land of God," he said again, more convinced.

He lifted his head towards the center of the island and saw the huge pyramid.

Above the pyramid, a faintly discernible Temple could be seen in the rays of light.

"And...the Temple where God resides," he finally understood why this thing had the same color as the sun, it was divine.

"This is something that came from the divine land; it is the flower of the sun blooming at the foot of the temple.

The bloodline of wisdom power has changed, and Yesel, who wears the crown of wisdom, immediately notices it.

“Who is it?” he asks.

“Who has perfected the power of wisdom?” He said aloud.

Yesel mobilizes the power of the King of Wisdom and immediately sense the source of the change, calling out the name of the young priest.

“Schroder!”

It means oath, a name the royal family likes to use.

The King of Wisdom Yesel hurries to this Sea Territory, driving the fusion monsters under his seat while the guards of the Kingdom follow and surround the area tightly. Under the gaze of tens of thousands of people, Schroder, the priest of the gods, uneasily controls the strange shrimp and stops under the fusion monster.

The overlord of the sea seems small compared to the mythical life of the fusion monster.

Schroder comes before the king, kneels down, and presents the divine creation he received.

“Great King of Wisdom, Schroder presents this divine object to you. May the glory of God shine on the kingdom of Hiinsa forever.”

Yesel exclaims the name of the golden flower when he sees it.

“The cup of the sun!”

He saw this flower once in the temple and learned its name from his father. It was a mystic item by Sally, the mother of life, with the same bright color as the sun in the sky. He never thought that this seemingly unnoticeable item among many God has, had such a connection with wisdom and power.

For an instant, he feels that his fate is already sealed. God's eyes seem to follow the long river of time, and he had seen this moment long ago.

“God! Did you arrange everything?” he asks.

Yesel recalls what his father said to him as a child: “Yesel, don’t be afraid. All the gods have arranged."

His sharp gaze falls upon the young priest.

“This...Where did it come from? How did you find such thing?” he asks.

Facing Yesel’s gaze, Schroder’s body shakes. He explains what he just encountered and everything he saw.

After listening, Yesel and the elderly man beside him, one of them shows a relaxed smile of joy, and the other is thrilled with excitement.

“The Divine land.”

“Home.”

Yesel lifts the cup of the sun high, as if holding a sacred relic of a Supreme being. This feeling is only known to those who have faced the crown of wisdom in the past.

Tears fill his eyes, and he makes a hoarse cry while a smile spreads across his face.

“This is God’s guidance! God did not abandon us; he gave us the future. As long as we follow God’s guidance, we will undoubtedly receive his forgiveness.”
