As they arrive at the Hunters Association building, they see 3 other buses full of kids also ready to take the exam when they enter through a gated entrance. The buses start to slow down and each bus had its own separate school name The Ten Peaks Academy, The Eagle's Path Academy, The High Sun Academy. The buses make a full stop and slowly kids start leaving the bus and start lining up in their respective area and teachers.
An instructor walks out with 2 people one happens to be Ariel, Ace's sister the other is this man who has slanted teal eyes. He is bald and he's got stubble. He is short and has a lean build. His skin is light-colored. He has a large mouth. His wardrobe is professional, and is completely orange and yellow.
"Hello students from The Academies, you are to become hunters, as you know this is a very special day so lets start with introductions. My name is Austin, the lovely lady beside me is Ariel and the man beside her is her colleague Spencer. So let's introduce the Academies, today we will be going by color Ten peaks you will be wearing blue today and the head teacher is Mr. Lively. Eagles path your color will be red and the head teacher is Ms. Keli. High Sun your color is yellow and the head teacher is Mr. flay. Last is Lone Valley, and your color is green and the head teacher is Ms. Ray. Now that we know who is who, let's head and get started."
As we are walking Ariel turns around and notices Jayce and waves at him, Jayce waves back at her, but some of the students from other classes notice this and watch Jayce.
A boy with golden hair from Ten peaks, looks like he is telling his teacher something while walking and the teacher turns around where the kid is pointing and it is at Jayce but Jayce doesn't seem to notice it.
They enter the building and the Academies get led into a room, to get explained what the tests are. As they are walking to the room, Mr. Lively proceeds to ask a question.
"Excuse me Instructor Austin, but is Ariel gonna be affecting any of the grading or be actively involved with the exams?"
"Yes , she is but only for certain parts she is qualified in but in others she won't be in part of the exam. Why are you asking?"
"Because it seems that she knows a student in the Lone Valley Academy and I'm hoping this won't affect the scoring at all."
"it won't be affected and as the student you're referring to we already know Ariel is the older sister of this student and before she had to take a separate test from her colleague Spencer whether or not she will do such a thing and she wont, so don't worry."
"I understand b-" Spencer cuts off Mr. Lively before he can get another word out.
"Shut the hell up, we already gave you an answer, plus don't dare disrespect my junior like that, now stay silent and if I hear you speak again imma smash that clipboard over your head."
Mr. Lively is sweating, while keeping his mouth completely covered with his clipboard.
They enter a very large room and the instructor gets out a clipboard and proceeds telling the student what is gonna happen.
"There are 3 tests: Combat test, Mana test, and Talent Exam, only a few people are excepted from the combat exam however if they want to they can still take it but at an extremely lowered difficulty. Now everyone will be given a number and you'll be able to watch on the monitors provided in this room. we understand that this may not be very effective but as for young adults it works best, the adult exam is very different then this exam. Now everyone take a seat and head teachers pls hand out numbers to the student and when you're done please follow me outside. Thank you."
The numbers are being handed out one by one and I receive the number 45, and Leola gets 44.
"Hey Jayce, what number did you get, I got 44?"
"45 so that means you're going ahead of me."
"Oh wow you know numbers Amazing." She says while smirking.
"Very funny, now we got to wait fo-" Jayce gets interrupted by a group of kids all from the Ten Paths, and The golden hair kid is the one they are following.

"Who the hell are you and what do you want?' Leola asks
"Not talking to you weakling, talking to the other weakling beside you."

"I said quiet you or else, now you're gonna answer me or what. Do I have to take it from you or do I need to beat you ?"
"You can't silen-"
"Shush Leola for a second, and you, who in the hell do you think you are?" Jayce slowly gets up. "What can you do to me, tell me." Jayce gets closer to him.
"I'm not afraid of a loser who needs 6 kids to have the confidence to go up to one person. Now leave me the hell alone." Jayce sits back down ignoring the kid. Leola is silent and stares at Jayce.
The kids walk back clearly annoyed but also defeated and then the numbers start getting called, students from the Eagles path are going. Leola is still silent and staring at Jayce and wants to ask him something but stays silent. Jayce is calm and seems to be meditating.
Time goes by everyone that went were all average and nothing stood out and then the golden-haired kid is up and Jayce finds out his name is Jack by a kid yelling his name to do well. Jack looks to be nothing special, when Jack's test is over he comes out with confidence and proclaiming he is the best.
"Do you see that, that is what a strong person looks like." Leola stares and wasn't impressed, while Jayce wasn't even paying attention.
Another 15 minutes goes by, and it is Leola's turn up. Her Mana test she passed with one of the best for upcoming student hunters. She received a blue for the mana test, but it could grow in the future. Her combat test is up next.
As she prepares for the combat test, she seems to be stretching with nothing in her hands and as the test begins, 15 goblins appear, her whole body is engulfed in flames.
As she is running towards one of the goblins the fire around her instead covers only her arms and she proceeds to punch the goblin with a fire punch completely incinerating the goblin. Which then causes the other goblins to be slightly afraid but proceed to attack her all at once. She counters by creating a Fire Cyclone incinerating all of them all at once.
Her test is now done and she comes back to the room with a very large smile and staring at me and Jack. She proceeds to walk up to Jack and get up in his face.
"Who is the weakling now?" She leaves while stepping on him and sits by Jayce.
"You're up I wanna see if you're really stronger than me."
"The test doesn't look too hard so yeah I'll be back fairly quickly."
Jayce's number gets called and follows the instructor Austin to the testing area.
"Talent exam is 1st. what is your talent? What class?"
"I'm not telling and I can fight."
"Understood alright since that is the case please move forward to the Mana exam. The Talent and Combat will be graded at the same time."
Jayce and Austin enter a room with another instructor and an orb with wiring connected around it.
"Please place your hand on the orb and use mana on it."
Jayce places his hand on the orb and slowly puts mana into it. The mana has a grading system of colors and the darker the color the stronger the mana he colors goes to White, yellow, green, purple, blue, red, black and then Galaxy.
Jayce proceeds to put more mana into the orb and then it starts. The orb starts changing colors going from white, to purple, and continue to rise and reaches blue. The instructors are shocked by this and congratulate Jayce on setting a new record.
"Congratulations Jayce you set a new record for a student hunter and almost broke the normal record for the greatest color in the mana test. Now please proceed to the Combat exam."
Jayce gets led to another room and gets to pick a weapon from the weapon selection they have. He picks a sword and enters the Exam room and proceeds to stretch while waiting.
"The Combat exam is starting in 5 seconds" which is heard over the intercom.
Jayce relaxes and mana flows over his whole body and lightning can be seen crackling around and on him. The combat exam starts 15 goblins appear and as soon as they appear and it starts, they fall to the ground. Jayce shakes his shoulders and arms, then walks out of the exam room. All the instructors are amazed, on the camera they are able to slow down what just happened.
Jayce ran up to each one of the goblins with incredible speed with lighting flowing around him, and perfectly sliced each goblins head with a single swift movement.
"Ariel, did you know your brother can do all of this?" Spencer asked
"Not a single clue this is my 1st time watching him fight at all, if we are reacting like this just imagine the students and teachers reactions when he goes back ."
Jayce heads back to the waiting room with all the kids and teacher completely staring at the door and as Jayce enters the room, all eyes are on him. No one has any words and the room is as silent as a cemetery. He sits back down next to Leola and smiles at her.
"As I said you just got to see for yourself, you won't be reaching me any time soon."
Jayce proceeds to look at Jack and simply does the hush gesture with his finger and then laughs and looks away.
Leola lost her voice and is just making sounds trying to form words but can't.
