Some Time Ago on Another Sphere: Two
“Vet-vek uses unarmed strike…roll is an 18 does that still hit?” Ray asks.
“Yes, it still hits.” Mike confirmed
“Ok I’ll use my stun for a ki point, boss needs a 16 to dodge.”
“14, it hits.”
“Awesome, that's 15 points of damage and it is stunned until the end of my turn. extra attack is 19, so that will be a crit with my increased threat range. That's another 27 points of damage. Is it still up?” Ray asks, looking up from his character sheet and dice.
“Yes, still up. But it’s not looking very good.” Mike replies.
“Alrighty, spending another three ki points to do Three fold attack, hot damn nat and dirty 20 double crit as well as a 17 and the dice are on fire tonight that's another 57 points off the crits and so long it doesn’t have anything special 17 should just hit. And that's another 7 points, guess the damage luck ran out.” Ray said.

“And, it’s dead.” Mike said.
“Ray, this version of Vet-vek is total bullshit!” Amy shouted
“Total and complete bullshit. We aren’t even getting a chance to hit anything.” Randy said
“Hey now, it’s totally by the book!” Ray replied
“I don’t care if it is by the book, at level 10 you should not be able to make four attacks all at advantage while at the same time stunlocking the enemy and healing yourself all at the same time. I agree it's total bullshit. Jami agreed.
“It’s not my fault that the devs didn’t realize that if you combine a Healing Fist Monk and a Phoenix Totem Barbarian you get an out right immortal murder machine.” Ray laughed
“That may be true Ray but that doesn’t mean that you aren’t cheesing things just a bit far.” Mike interrupted. “I know we talked this build over a little bit before I ok’d it but that’s before we converted the one shot into an ongoing campaign. Now it’s getting a little out of control.”
“Yeah Ray, leave something for the rest of us to do, it’s no fun to just sit around for an hour as you mow down everything in the dungeon in one turn. Amy said.
“I guess I can understand that sorry, didn’t mean to monopolize the session, just got caught up in the grove.” Ray replied. “I’ll make sure not to get carried away so you all get to play too.”
